Bought a new car and transferred my subscription with the agent at the car wash and got the new car washed. Couple of days later they refused service to my wife in the car. Only contact is via email and difficult to resolve. Business mgr response was typical. The app doesn't work because my account is screwed up. I sent all the relevant info to the link provided by the web site. Received an email request for the same info I sent. Next email asked if I was satisfied with my service...like it was resolved. I've had from the highest to lowest membership fees. And I see no difference in the cleaning of the car. It's just convenient. The vacuum often is broken or not enough suction. The stalls is full. It took a couple of times to run through the car wash to get it somewhat clean after a drive across the desert, but it still never got the front of the car clean from the bug guts and dust. I think the front grill scrubber on their wash equipment needs to be adjusted to literally rub a little closer to the front end of the vehicles. read more

Standard type of car wash sometimes there's not enough soap my windows seem a bit grimy but i take care of that with the abundance of towels they provide at the vacuum bays. Kids who work there are always cordial and always busy. read more

I had got a membership because of the good things I hear from others, I come out to vacuum my car and my whole back of the car is completely dry and dirty as hell. I will never come back. Came in for a wash after 3 weeks. Quick and efficient. When I jumped out to dry, I noticed the entirety of my back vehicle was dry and unwashed. The ladies assisting the line; both in the tunnel and by the vacuums, were very friendly. read more

While driving by I could not help but notice a kind friendly young lady assisting customers and handing out Free Quick Quack Wipes, as I arrived she didn't disappoint I was greated with the same friendly energy and a smile as the customers before me and I was very happy to he greated in such a manner, I had to ask her her name and she said Xiomara and I told her I would definitely be expressing how she is a definite asset to this company and she should be looked at a bit closer for a raise $21 or more you can't buy hart, drive, ambition, passion and above all pride for the hard work she does. If I could give more STARS to her I would have. I visited on 3/18/2025 at 3pm and personal saw everyone enjoying what they do. I took my car through, a stock Toyota Tacoma. The first time through it didn't wash the dirt off. I went back around a second time, and they let me go through again. The girl said they were still working on getting their equipment adjusted, so sometimes it leaves dirt. The second run-through got more dirt off, but far from all off it. This was normal driving-around-town dirt, not off-roading dirt or anything unusual. The wash didn't even remove the writing they put on your windshield when you pay. There were still bugs on the windshield and dirt around the wheel wells. The worst part was it tore the weatherstripping off of the roof on the driver's side during the second time through. This was the stock weatherstripping, not an add-on. It sits in a small channel and it's flush with the roof. It was hanging down on the side of truck when I came out of the tunnel. I asked the girl if someone could help me put it back on and she was very nice but said no, they don't do that. So, I paid for a wash that didn't clean my truck and now I also need repairs to get the weatherstripping back in it's groove. I drive a lot and have been through car washes all over the country and this is the first time it's damaged my truck, so I know it's not my truck that is the problem. The car wash broke my rear windshield wiper on my Toyota Sequoia and the management did not care I will be canceling my membership and would never recommend this place the management called me said they would be denying my claim due to my Sequoia being more than five years old Quick wack your machine broke my wiper off and pulled off the wiper control arm step up and fix my car!! read more

I took my vehicle for a wash on 07/27/2025 and ended up with a broken driver side mirror as a result of the powerful spinning brushes. The spin on the brushes was so strong that my vehicle was rocking. I submitted an incident report and did not get a response until two weeks later (was supposed to be 3 business days). All to be told that they determined that the cover was not clipped--which is a total lie! I've been to drive- through washes before and hand-washed my vehicle for the last few months. I thoroughly inspect my 2023 vehicle and have had no issues with my mirrors. So, now I'm stuck with purchasing a $300 mirror plus installation. I wasn't even offered my money back--not even an apology. I was told to "have a great day!" via an email response. Just wanted to put this out there so you are cautious when going through drive-through carwashes. I should have heeded the complaints. I will not be using a drive-through carwash again. And, of course your response is that the cover was not fully clipped, which is a lie! read more

This is the worst car wash service I have ever used!! There is always something wrong with the machines or operating system in addition to the staff not being knowledgeable. I called to cancel and they offered me two months for free however it's never working anyway. The members line is always out of service. I'm talking about 3-4 times a week something is down or in maintenance. Bad service and even worse quality. I used to have Tommy's but had to switch due to our move. Quick quack is not worth the headache. I'm sad because I really wanted to like them but it's been 6 months and it's just getting worse. Save your $ and go anywhere else but this location! read more

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Towels are usually available if people aren't stealing them (have literally seen other customers take the whole stack out of the bin). Place is kept clean for how dirty some customers can be and the fact that there is a lot of homeless in the area and let's not forget to mention that it's literally outside!! I've seen them scrub the orange trash balls, side walks, orange vacuum tips, sweeping, etc. I spoke with an attendant that informed me they have replaced a lot of mechanical parts in the wash recently which is why they had a period of being down and even I notice my car getting cleaner, shinier, more tire shine and dryer! They've made upgrades and are still in the process while trying to maintain open status. It's a refurbished wash and they are working with what they have and not being wasteful. I support this establishment tenfold, they deserve higher praise!! Let's help keep this place going hemet folk, treat this place with kindness and it will return the favor. The world needs more understanding and less entitlementalso you can't beat the value of getting a membership if you're wanting to maintain your vehicle, it's easy math, common sense! Just make sure you read the "fine" print (they have signs throughout the site) on what they are liable for and make sure your vehicle is within those guidelines. read more
