This was my first time here and since there are no full serve car washes left in Hemet, it was a joy and pleasure to find one with a quality to detail. Because of the fabulous job they did on my car, I would have waited for hours. Luckily I didn't have to and the concern for perfection was much appreciated. The prices are very reasonable, the owner is a super nice guy and my car looked spit polished. What a treat ... but I must say, it's interesting to watch people in Hemet breaking their backs vacuuming and polishing their own cars, wasting all the precious time, when Hemet Car wash will gladly do that for you. Since this place was bought from the old owners, it's gone down hill even more!! I come here maybe 1-2 times a year because it's so close to my house and every time I come I regret it. I tell myself "never again". Will I ever learn?! Staff is so rude, they do shitty work and expect a tip. If you don't tip you get a an under the breath comment in Spanish. I hate writing negative reviews during these hard time but this is a must. We decided to treat ourselves to a paid carwash and this place was closest. We believe in keeping our money IN our community. I pulled in (apparently the wrong way) and not one employee stopped me telling me I was doing it wrong. I walked into the office and waited for someone (which was in the office on her cell phone). After 5 minutes I walked over and tapped at the window to let her know I was there even though we had already made eye contact. I asked her "I have never been here before... how does this work?" She said "how does what work?". Now I am at an emotional standstill... answer without being snarky or just say it again differently so she could understand. So again I state that I had never been here before and would like to get my car washed. I looked at the other board and picked the one that is almost $40 which covers washing and cleaning inside and out. I was told by the young lady it should be done in 45 minutes. I said "cool, I am going to walk down to Rite Aid and back to get my steps on". I gave her my phone number and requested her to call me when it was done. She said "yea, for sure". We both laughed and then she asked me to move my car, but I wasn't sure where to move it to. I may be a bit naive but how hard is it to give someone exact instructions? It was like pulling teeth. I picked the Jasmine smell. Clark was the man that told me how the process worked which I greatly appreciated, Clark is the only reason they got one star at all! I left him my key set my fitbit for my walk and off I went. I got back in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I couldn't see my car anywhere so I start to wig out! I go into the office passing by all of the people in masks watching the Tv on the wall. I was standing at the counter waiting and there she was again... on her cellphone. In all fairness it could have been business related... but We know it wasn't. I never received a phone call from that phone glued to her hand. I maintained my professional courtesy while she was looking for my car. Finally we went outside to look and the dryers looked dumbfounded. No one knew where it was or where the keys were. I am at the point where I am going to explode. I say a prayer for Jesus to calm my heart rate down and then they spotted my car. The young man ran over to it frantically looking for the key which turned out to be sitting on the passenger side seat. There are three things Hemet is known for: 1. Car accidents are the #1 cause of death. 2. Overdose is the #2 cause of death. 3. Car theft runs rampid here! So, excuse me if I freak out right here. I walked over to where they parked my car and smelled it. The Jasmine spray smelled good so that made me happy. Then I look at the floor mats that were not wiped down, the back seats had not been vacuumed and the trunk (open hatch) also had not been vacuumed. I am pretty positive I will never come back here again. Clark is the only person here who has half of a clue on customer service. So five stars for him. If you want to spend a lot of money, wait for a long time and get back a dirty car at the end, this is the car wash for you. I have a new mid size SUV. This was the first car wash since buying it so it was the pretty clean to start with. They charged me $50 for a car wash. It took nearly 2 hours for them to "wash" my car which consisted of vacumn, running it through the tunnel and then an employee drying and finishing on the end. That end employee was the biggest problem. She kept wandering off and then would come back and act like she was cleaning my car. This went on for an hour and a half. She wasn't working on any other car, just mine. So you'd think my car would be perfect at the end but no. Windows dirty and streaked inside and out. All the trim streaked. Rims half cleaned. I've been coming to this car wash on and off for years as it the only "full service" car wash in the area. It's gone through a bunch of owners. Most of the time it's at least ok, sometimes good, sometimes awful. One big issue is it seems they use the same dirty rags over and over no matter what the task. So windows and chrome trim get cleaned with the same rag used to armor all leaving a film and streaks. This was by far the worst though. In the end I paid a lot of money and then had to re-clean my car latter. My error was in going when I only had 2 hour of time to spend there so I didn't have the time to get them to fix what was wrong. But this is the last time. read more

Worst car wash place I have ever been. Having a hand car wash is supposed to prevent from getting scratches. The car is brand new and hardly driven. They are under staffed and they are trying to hurry and get to the next car. I pay $40 dollars for the COMPLETE WASH but it's not complete .,seats still look like shit. Doors are horrible. I paid 48.00 dollars for a basic hand wash, took 2 hours to wash my car and there was a bunch of dirty spots left. The employees are casually having a little too much fun; unorganized mess. I had a deluxe wash and "clay rub" costing $175. It was the worst job ever ! Windows were still dirty, clay rub didn't cover all of the car, large areas were missed. I expected a decent job, what I did get was a basic wash that was half assed, didn't even clean the top of the van. When I presented this to the owner he stated that because they didn't drive it through the wash I would only get a basic wash for $40. Wow.... (in a bad way...). went today to get a car was I got the complete pack @34.99 plus I added the leather seat conditioning. After they started with the car a worker told me they close at 5pm I got there around 430p. I said well I hope I get a good job because they could have just told me to come back tomorrow. When they handed me my keys I inspected my car there were water spots on the care. The side mirrors and front bumper was still covered in spots from bugs. The inside still had spots on areas they were supposed to have cleaned and it looked like they just wiped oil over everything. On top of that I looked under the seats and there was still dirt and debris on the carpet very visible things if they would have looks. I am very disappointed. The quality of car washes at this location has definitely gone down !!! brought in my brand new 2019 traverse for a $30 hand detail and it looks like complete shit. Smudges all over the windows not vacuumed fully and the whole front of the car still had bugs and dirt. I would have washed my own car if I knew it was going to look this bad. read more

After paying $36.99 for the full service car wash that was soposed to include wiping down all the leather. I would think you get what you pay for. But I guess not at this spot. And they ask you what kind of air freshener do you choose, eaven if you choose ,Piña colada they give you bullshit. My car was fairly clean as it was just dusty I figured I put new tires and rims on it I'll treat it with a good inside cleaning and have them wipe down the leather with a five dollar tip. No lie I felt a little screwed driving away, with no lube lol. Just a warning they do the bare minimum there's like five people drying your car and I think it's just a little busy. I have to give it to them, they do good window cleaning I'm not gonna lie but I went there to get my leather wiped and cleaned and they were supposed to put armeral that's what they said, well if you want something done right you got to do it yourself these days there's no such thing as good customer service any more. I got the "Super Wash" I didn't realize that after my car washed through the machine the person that dried my car used a F****** Brillow pad! They scratched the inside of my handles, scratched the back fin, AS WELL as the windshield. Went back to explain, wasn't screaming or upset, and the manager proceeded to tell me that was normal?? After that the young lady at the cash register seemed to be high or something customer service skills were questionable. The guy who i believe is the manager short skinny dark skin guy walks around like he works for homeland security, he is rude does not acknowledges you he goes by you and does not greet you. I have been to this car wash numerous times. They were okay when I first started going, then they started getting sloppy. I wanted to give this place one more chance, so I went back Wednesday 2/27/19 to get my car washed. The workers chat a lot and they don't pay attention to what they are doing when they chit chat too much. I got my car back and they didn't clean the inside or wipe down the top of the dashboard like they usually do. My windows have spots all over them. The corners of my mirrors are filthy like they weren't looking at what they had to clean. I pay for dressing on my tires and they forgot to wipe them down with dressing again. I've had that issue with them before, more than once. I don't recommend this place and I've been going there for awhile.
