After looking for a reliable detailer, I decided to put my car in Ricardo hands after a few conversations on the steps he will be taking and prior customers vehicle pictures. With myself being too busy to have phone conversations, via text is my way of communicating and it worked well. I have set up my appointment for 6/20/26. Once I arrived, he went over the steps again to assure me he was going to leave my black beauty-like glass. That is exactly how he left it. I was amazed when I arrived to pick her up. I could see the blue metallic in the paint, like when I first bought it. Haven't seen that in a min. Small scratches, swirls marks...all gone as well. It is a 2025 Blk Camry, so it is a year and half old but looks like new again. My impression of Ricardo...he takes pride in his work and that is what you should look for in a detailer. He also shared care instructions and things I should not do moving forward like, no more taking my car to the car wash. Get a professional mobile car detailer to take care of my car washes and guess what, I found a local mobile near me and this guy complemented the ceramic job that Ricardo did. He told me that Ricardo uses quality supplies to take care of the job and the job came out great. Thank you Ricardo for making my black beauty new again. I am very satisfied! Ppl, book your appt!!! You will not regret it. read more

Needed a interior detail on my Jeep Grand Cherokee L after spilling some cream in the trunk and an exploding soda smh. Ricardo answered on a post and was available. Dropped off my car and when I picked it up! Wow! It looked better than when I drove it off the Dealership lot!!! Will be bringing my other Cars to him soon! $ well spent! read more

Thank you Ricardo, for your fast response and your very detailed work. It is difficult to find someone reliable and skilled in this small town. You were the only person able to remove the foul smell from my trunk after my kids spilled something. The deep cleaning you performed on the carpet completely solved the problem. I will certainly continue to use your services for my other four vehicles read more

We just had our 3 cars done, two 2025s and a 2017. They did an awesome job on them and the 2017 looks as good as when I first drove it out of the showroom. We'll worth the money. We'll be having them back on a regular basis. read more

I reached out to them and it was very easy to book! I wanted my husbands truck done for Father's Day! While having 13 vehicles in one day -- he still squeezed us in! Got there on time and did an awesome job! Went above and beyond and the truck looked great! Will defiantly use this mobile detailing company again! read more

Contacted this business to detail my mini van. Set up a day 3 weeks out. Day it was supposed to be done he reached out to me stating he found another detail gig and wanted to push mine back an hour. Ok. No problem. Arrives at my house and says he has to pass because it's too dirty. He made me wait 3 weeks to tell me he's gonna pass. First thing he said was he and his partner were tired from the previous gig that was picked up. Not scheduled 3 weeks out. So odds are they just needed the rest of the day off. Completely unprofessional. Still tried argue the topic. Until finally I just asked him to leave. He already passed on it so no point in arguing anything. Edit: adding a couple pictures to show amount of time I waited just to be told he would pass. Also, there was no dishonesty. I told this guy I have kids that make a mess in the car. But I guess you can't help turn something down when you're not devoted to your work and sticking with your word. read more

Ricardo was able to do an exterior detail and interior cleanup with less than a week's scheduling notice, which is pretty awesome for mobile detailing. He also called me today and asked if I minded if they came early (I did not). I requested a full exterior detail with wax, and an interior cleanup including dog hair. They were very friendly and did an awesome job. Ricardo came with one other guy and they spent almost 2 hours on my SUV. No joke, I hadn't washed my car since before COVID started (as I'm not driving much now that I work from home). I love my car, but had honestly forgotten how good my car could look cleaned up! When he was done, it was probably the best it's looked since it was new (it's my third time detailing it, I do a full detail about once a year normally - but it was definitely the best of the three details!) I legit had the urge to just go driving and enjoy how clean it was haha. Anyway, Ricardo did an awesome job, and I 100% plan to keep using Five Star for future washes and details!! If you read this - thanks Ricardo, the Kia looks amazing! read more

I have never gotten my car detailed before, so I was very open with who did it / I just really wanted them to come to my house ( convenience). So I found this company, when the man came by for a consultation I'm almost sure he told me $130 for a full detail / seat shampooing. Which I thought was a good price considering I have a Honda coupe. The day of the detail he didn't tell me a set price before he started even though I did ask. When I then texted him (after he started), he then gave me a price of $170, when I told him he told me $130 initially he then proceeded to "drop the price" to $150. The worst part of this wash for me was when I had to grab some belongings out of my car, I guess I had a condom in the pouch behind my seat. He then grabbed everything, put the condom on top of the entire handful of stuff then said to me " at least you're being safe" . Honestly, I am disgusted. There's no way he would've said this to a man for one and for two it's not any of his business. I would also like to throw in that he told me that he did have a " partner" but I did not know there would be 3 men standing in front of my house. ( I guess they came later). The wash came out well. Other than the wax spots??? in the photos. But the overall experience was not worth the money. Will not be calling again. read more

Got nothing but good things to say. They showed up early and worked there butts off. There price is a great value not much more then going to the car wash and sweating your butt off while waiting for a typical car wash clean. Bottom line well worth the money will definitely be my detailer for now. read more

Yesterday my SUV was detailed by IE 5 STAR Detailing! I'm getting ready to sell and wanted to have the best presentation for the best possible sales offer! I wish I had before shots but just let me say my car was a total mess. I've been through a lot lately and the car was full of 2 different types of dog hair, black lab & white chihuahua. I'm so pleased with the outcome that I'm spreading the word to whoever will listen. The attention to detail is phenomenal and cannot be beat. And the price I cannot complain about for the work that was done. Ricardo is extremely easy to work with and has a testament that will allow you to see his heart of gold. He is respectful and is extremely hard working. Ricardo has a repeat customer in me!!! read more

Came out to detail my car at my office and get the swirls and scratched out from previous bad detailing job. After about 3 hours, the car looked amazing. The swirls are gone, the inside is spotless and smells amazing. I have had 2 compliments already and referred a friend who just had his truck done as well. Highly reccommend IE 5 star to detail your car, boat or rv. He does an amzing job! read more

I hired Ricardo to do a full detail on my truck on the phone he really sold me on how hard he works on the vehicle and I stressed the importance of doing the engine bay and specifically showed him the interior which he agreed was not to bad however there were just general dirty ness on the interior I said I need that cleaned and shampooed he agreed he was paid $225 for this job Said he was going to make it look amazing. Well let me say this I was very disappointed he spent 95% if his time on the outside which did turn out ok. The engine bay and the interior both he decided to whip out in the last 35 minutes and believe me it shows. So yes very disappointed in The thoroughness very lacking so many areas inside I had to wipe down surface dirt that was Not even touched. I'll definitely be using another quality company that actually cares. read more

I have never had my van detailed, and it needed it badly. With 4 kids, my carpets needed shampooing and the seats were messy. Ricardo came out and fully shampooed my carpets and cleaned my seats. My van looks AMAZING in the inside. Nice and clean and smells awesome. Good pricing and he did it all in a timely manner. Definitely will be getting my van done by him again! read more
