My car was basically a feral habitat: husky fur embedded like it paid rent, dried mud from when I got myself stuck on a dirt road after a rainstorm, coffee stains, food stains, and yes--I'm messy and toss trash behind the driver's seat because if I can't see it, it doesn't exist. He brought that disaster back from the dead. My car looks damn near new. The floors? Clean. The seats? Spotless. The smell? Bomb. As in, my cat literally peed on a seat and now I can't smell a thing. It's been 2 weeks and in the 2 weeks it's rained twice and a lot of windy days. Frank was very accommodating when I wanted to fit my car in between rain storms (car stays garaged). I got an exterior wash and wax. When it was time to get the car washed, he was right on time. Franks attention to detail was awesome, bottom line is the car is 5 years old and when Frank was done, it looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot.
