He must use at least 10 different products, all well known , Chemical guys, Meguiar's, yada, yada. He spent about half time on the interior, and the rest on exterior. Total time, 2 hours. My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result.

We confirmed the appt a few times. He showed up for the appt. However, Within MINUTES, he said he had to leave and would be back. He said he would contact us with an hour. It's been 32 hours now and no call or text from Derrick. This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, insensitive, waste of time that we have experienced...not to mention the lost of some income. We lost a whole day, waiting for Derrick to call, so the job could be completed. No call. No text. No update. Nothing. He is unprofessional and unreliable. He is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Earlier this year I had a small but significant issue when using Zipline's Car Wash. It was such…read morethat the attendant sent me directly to the manager which I appreciated because he did not waste my time with lip service when he knew he could not help. Dreading however to talk with the manager because often in life patrons are not treated kindly when they call with an issue. This was not the case here, Carl the manager took my call right a way as he was expecting the call as the nice attendant had informed him of the matter and that i would be calling. Carl listened, came up with a solution, we discussed it and agreed upon it and he followed through on what we agreed upon. I am so happy the matter was resolved immediately as well and in a very courteous and professional manner because i really liked the service of ZipLines monthly membership and the ability to get your car washed as many times as you like for a fair monthly rate. I was however determined to cancel service if the matter was not taken care of.
