After driving thru, my car still had some gunk on the back end. the manager came out and talked to me and actually sent me thru again with an upgraded wash, which i really appreciated. as we all know, this area has a plethora of car washes to choose from, and while i dont get my car washed enough to purchase unlimited monthly washes, if i did, this would definitely be my car wash of choice.

Unfortunately now I know that today's wash for certain was my last time returning. I paid for a platinum wash which is more detailed and closest to a detail and when I picked it up the floors barely looked vacuumed, none of the door trims, or door areas were wiped down and they didnt even wipe the dash. I was waiting for them to bring me my keys so i had a chance to talk to the guy, i told him the floors didnt look vacuumed and nothing really looked wiped down and he said your car is dirty and you only paid for platinum. If you want we can do a detail for $180. Like what?! I didnt pay for the cheapest wash and ask for a full detail, I paid for the 3rd most expensive wash and expected the basic details to be taken care of. The intent to upsell me after basic concerns we're met is wild.

It caused unnecessary confusion until I finally spotted a sign with the correct logo. 2. Malfunctioning Screen: Upon arriving, the screen didn't respond at all despite my repeated attempts to push the buttons. I even inserted my card, but nothing happened. I honked for assistance, but no one came out. 3. Help Button Issues: I pressed the help button, hoping for assistance, but still no one responded. Eventually, the screen flickered to life, but it barely worked. 4. Repetitive Membership Offers: During this frustrating transaction, I was offered the membership four times, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested. Last time, I literally had a brush get stuck inside part of my car, and they also messed up areas around the body and mirrors. This location completely changed my opinion though. They handled my car carefully, didn't leave any scratches, didn't damage my mirrors, and most importantly didn't mess up my red paint at all. My car came out clean and in perfect condition. Huge difference compared to my previous experience. Definitely appreciate the extra care they took here. I may try it again sometime as a frequent car wash user. 1 STAR -- Extremely Frustrating Experience…read more My husband and I have been monthly members here, paying $61.99 every month for two vehicles. On August 5, I came in for a wash and an employee told me that our monthly payment had not gone through. They asked me to provide a new credit card to update the payment method. I gave them my card, they processed it, and I was able to get my car washed that day. I had every reason to believe our membership payment had been updated correctly. Then today, August 11, I came back for another wash. The gate would not open, and an employee told me that my membership payment was past due. I explained that I had JUST been there on August 5 and had already given their employee a new card specifically because they told me my membership payment had failed. After checking, the employee told me that the charge on August 5 had apparently been processed as a SINGLE WASH instead of toward my membership. How is that my responsibility? I did exactly what THEIR employee instructed me to do. I provided my card because I was specifically told it was needed to update my membership payment. If their employee processed the transaction incorrectly, the business should fix it -- not make the customer pay again and then tell the customer to call a service center to chase down a refund. To make matters worse, when we tried calling, it was nearly impossible to reach an actual person. We were stuck dealing with an automated phone system for a problem that we did not create. This entire experience was an unnecessary waste of my time and incredibly poor customer service. A company should not make customers financially responsible for mistakes made by its own employees. We have been paying $61.99 every month for two cars, but after this experience, we will NOT continue our membership. There are hand-wash places nearby charging around $30 that actually vacuum and wipe down the vehicle. For a basic exterior wash, I can go to a gas station for around $12. I see absolutely no reason to keep paying for a monthly membership here when the billing is handled this poorly and customers are expected to fix the company's mistakes themselves. If you have a membership here, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS AND TRANSACTION HISTORY carefully. They didn't just lose one customer today -- they lost TWO monthly memberships.
