Booking was very efficient and easy. They arrived on time and were very friendly. I was charged extra for dog hair, I don't have any animals and have never had one in my car. Only thing I can think is a vacuum with some residual dog hair after I cleaned a sick friends house. I would have appreciated if I was asked about the extra service beforehand. I would have done it myself, I have my own pumice stone to get it done. I understand chemical will run or overspray, wiping it up would of been nice. Probably won't use again. Very glad with the work and service provided by the Suds Auto Detailing team. I've been dealing with artillery spores for a long time and really thought my car was a lost cause, nothing worked. I found them on Yelp and talked with Jon about the situation and he let me know they could help. I was looking for mobile detailing, but the fact that they had a shop actually worked out better. They were very accommodating to my schedule and were willing to work with me to drop off/pick up. Good attention to detail. I'm not usually part of the $500 car wash club (if you are we should talk!), but I believe I got my money's worth for something I only do for my vehicles once or twice every few years. Honestly, where do I even begin, these reviews must be from people who have no knowledge on cleanliness, or are satisfied with drive-thru washes. I paid $160 for an ultimate wash, the result was extremely amateur, tons of missed spots, even damage, and lots of mistakes that I would expect a professional to know better than to make. I saw towels dropped and reused, dirty towels out of a waste bucket being used, I reviewed my camera footage and found they literally clay bar my dirty unwashed car, so now my car is filled with 10x the swirls it initially had. They missed under the bumpers, behind wheel spokes, wheel barrels, mirrors, scratched my instrument cluster acrylic wiping it down, didn't wipe or clean my exhaust tips, the visible area of my mud flaps and wheel liners still covered in dirt and mud. What exactly did I pay for? The owner calls me after this review harassing me and tells me "under bumpers aren't covered", he's always implying I didn't pay him enough to include under the bumpers (all the entire rest of the car he missed). He also denied clay barring the dirty car, little does he know my home is covered in cameras and I watched the entire thing afterwards. What a joke of a business. read more

After driving back from Arizona with the wife and two kids, my Ram was absolutely filthy inside and out. Caked on bugs, dust, sour candy spilled all over the back seat, you name it. I called Jon Monday morning upon my return to see his earliest availability, trying to find a mobile detailer that could fit me in by Wednesday. Jon answered on the first call, was courteous, and said that he thought he might be able to squeeze me in at the end of his day. Even though his day ran longer than expected, he still got me in same day, stayed until just before sundown, and the truck looks brand new. Very unprofessional customer service. I'm glad to that I didn't use this company. Definitely read all reviews before using this company. I made the biggest mistake only reading just a couple good ones. When I first contacted them I was told to look at the website and book there, instead of interacting through email and let me know that your not taking anyone due to the heat wave. I went to the website to book there was no available appointments. I then sent out a email to all companies in the area. Jon finally emailed back and said he's canceled all appointments because the weather. He messaged me and said his son will wash my car on Wednesday at 4 pm, he basically gave me no option to choice from and pick one. I need my car washed and just said let book. He text me in the morning asking if I was available soon cause he just had my appointment and he didn't want to sit in traffic because he had plans to drive to La Cresta after my appointment. He made me feel like he was in a rush. If he wasn't in a rush why even mention it. I tried moving all my errands around to try and make it early. Unfortunately I text him at 11 am telling him I ran something over on the freeway and popped two tires and waiting for a tow truck and I wasn't going to make it. I waited almost 3 hours for a reply. At this point I felt horrible for canceling but life happens. I even tried rescheduling and the day I asked for his reply "I'm fully booked on Wednesday in particular." Shipped a brand new car from Atlanta, and it arrived very dirty inside and out (dealership issue), and the dealership agreed to reimburse a detail. After reading other reviews, I selected Suds. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with. They were friendly and professional. They were late but did let me know en route. After 'detailing' the new car, they left multiple spots on the exterior of the vehicle in addition to the inside of the windows, which were extremely dirty (especially the rear window) and left that way. There was little attention to detail as many corners inside the car were left dirty. This vehicle should have been able to be spotless (brand-new vehicle, only test driven 1x by u), especially for the price (with added extra fees and generous tip). Luckily, we are being reimbursed, but we wouldn't use this company again. read more

A while back but still recently enough to review, my wife's cousin "Lacy" (not her real name as she preferred I not use it) was visiting from afar and wanted her car detailed inside and out after the long car trip with children. At Lacy's request, I listened in on her call to Justin (the son) at Suds. We should have checked Yelp reviews and not just the first few. We went by the sales pitch, which was aggressive, tearing down other detailers and building up their own business by describing what they do instead. If we'd looked at their website, we'd have seen the discrepancies. They said they always left cars spotless. We let Suds come to our home and work on Lacy's car, only to see afterward that he'd not even touched many areas of the car and had left big parts of the vehicle visibly dirty. Some parts were improved but very obviously still dirty, the dirt loose enough to be easily removed with home tools. The steering wheel was sticky, there were small sticky spots on some of the seats that had not been sticky before. (We think the moisture softened things that were dried on during the trip.) When Lacy gently showed the worker the dirty areas (again, with me listening by phone), the worker flew off the handle. He immediately bullied and insulted her. I hung up and called her back so her phone would ring and I asked her to just pay him so he'd leave. I promised we'd get it clean after he left. I went out there to give Lacy a hug. I apologized for not stepping in while he was still there. As we started to clean the car and I got a closer look at the shoddy results. The worker had skipped the cleaner areas and many small places like the sides of the seats, bottoms of doors, seams, dash components, metal parts exposed when you open the doors, and more. He'd left car parts and accessories strewn around the driveway. Some major areas he partially cleaned were still quite soiled, with only some of the soil being removed. I spot cleaned to see how hard it would be to remove and found it easy with my home tools including household steam cleaner, scrub brush, clean cloths, and a good auto vinyl cleaner. Note that the worker had not even tried to pretend that he'd cleaned some areas he had said he would clean, claiming he never said he'd clean those areas. He did get the floor mats clean. So, the vinyl floor was dirty but the mats were clean. He did not steam cleaned some things he promised to steam clean. Instead, he sprayed them with chemicals and rinsed them. Overall, the worker was shoddy and incomplete in his workmanship, full of unsupportable excuses, extremely rude, and dishonest. He scared one of my kids who heard him going off on Lacy. At my suggestion, Lacy paid him the full price despite his failure to deliver the promised results, just to get rid of him. I wondered how often that happened. After Lacy and I started cleaning the car ourselves, my wife suggested we just call another detailer so we could relax and enjoy our visit. We paid for Lacy's second detailing. The second detailer came the next day and pointed out various areas that needed to be deep cleaned, in addition to an overall cleaning and sanitizing everything. He commented on my spot cleaning and said he could get the whole car as clean as that, inside and out. He said that it looked like a car that was regularly detailed (true) but that got pretty dirty on the recent trip (also true). He asked, "How long has it been since it was last detailed." I said, "Not as long as you might think." He laughed and said something about kids being little cyclones. We relaxed at knowing we had a good-natured worker there. He got the car sparkling clean in about 90 minutes, saying that it looked like someone had "tried" to clean it since the last detailing but that "civilians" can't do what a professional can do. He was also a former Marine and obviously took pride in his work. From this experience, Lacy said she learned to read ALL the reviews, not just the first few. She also learned to take sales pitches with a giant grain of salt. About a month later, I was talking about this at the station and one of the guys asked if I was talking about "Suds." They'd had a similar experience where the sale pitch to his mom sounded great but the reality was a bad dream. He had dealt with Justin's dad on the phone. I thought that Justin had come to our home, but maybe it was the dad. I was inside the house. I cannot recommend this place. The most disturbing thing about dealing with "Suds" was that the worker treated Lacy so badly when alone with her and then could be heard tearing her down to someone on the phone as he left. She's a very calm and professional person. I waited all this time to write a review because my wife wanted to cut off all connections with Suds. We've now moved, and we only come to Temecula for business and to visit family. So, when I joined Yelp, she said I could review Suds so others were aware. Here you g read more

Justin, where to begin. What an entitled, unbelievable attitude this guy has. I wrote in, simply asking (can and will happily furnish the interaction I had with him) if he was able to do a wash that I was getting quoted elsewhere for a certain price. He sends back a novella, lecturing me on his business and trashing his competitors. A novice tactics at best. He then presents to further pick a fight in a private message forum where he proceeds to tell me that I am not his customer when to his dismay, I am as I educated him that I booked a wash for his prices but didn't work with him because he was terrible to speak with. This man is overpriced, but hey I get it, it's a tough business. However, if he were better to deal with and explained why the prices are the way they are, he would have actually earned my business. Moral of the story. Avoid at all costs. You'll see on other forums how terrible this guys is to his customer base and how Yelp customers are meaningless to him "so he says". Notice below where he calls me "low class". Very nice guy and obviously not at all proving my point.
