Horrible customer service from management. Car was damaged while at this establishment and they take no blame for a cracked front windshield?! Even after I spoke with the employee whose face was right next to the spot that was damaged and confirmed he saw nothing wrong before I went in. Disgusting business practices. Lost thus customer and my household and I will be telling my neighbors as well. Big loss for an easy fix read more

Zipline Express Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Hemet, California

Great car wash. Competitive prices well worth it and Jonathan was a great he has great customer service

Johnathan was super friendly and professional. I have a membership here and it's so totally worth it.

Great experience, bought the membership today. Tony was the most helpful and very nice guy.

I've been paying for the platinum membership for about a year now. They last few months haven't been the same. The workers no longer scrub the front windshield with the brush or even use the pressure washer bug spray. Should I downgrade my membership since they no longer do the extra steps for the best wash ?? We all just want our moneys worth. Let's not forget there are tons of car wash options here in hemet. Let's step it up guys. read more

Meagan and Ramon do a great job and are both professional and friendly. Low cost monthly service is a great value. Highly recommended.

Antonio is so helpful and kind. I love this place and how quick it is.. I recommend getting the monthly membership

Antonio and Don had great customer service ! Quick and good for the value. Would return !

I tried to cancel my subscription to my car washes and the email I sent it to is not working. I would never recommend getting a subscription there. Horrible customer service. And can't speak to anyone. Bogus company read more

If you want to cancel the membership through the website or the phone number they have listed it's useless and no one responds. Fraud and I feel stolen from. This company has been charging my account for over four months for services at a facility I do not use or have no more need for because I don't live in Hemet. They don't respond to emails or calls. I have to contact my bank to stop the transactions. This service comes off fraud! read more

This car wash has a really friendly staff And your car wash includes dashboard wipe, free air freshener, drying towels, and free vacuum (Unlimited time) at the end - totally worth it !!driving through town and it was probably the best bargain I could get! read more

Great service when the worker had no cars he came over and dried my car. I will definitely be getting a membership there. They are so nice.

I go to this car wash all the time but this time David helped me. He is great. He told me about the new customer deal. $1 for a month of car washes then $25 a month after that. David is the only person that has ever sprayed the bug and tar remover on the whole front of the grill. The others just spray alittle here and there. Great job David!!! read more

Gilbert V is the man he helped me out with getting bugs and tar off my paint. Great customer service from him. Thank you very much.

Come here all the time! The younger guy helped me today and he was SO nice! The machine stopped working and got stuck a bit in the end so he came and guided me out, bummed but his personality was great! They gave me this little bundle and the air freshener smelled great! :) read more

I've been going here since opening. I was in a hurry and decided to pull in. I got the $8 wash with tire shine no joke no tire shine was dirtier when I I left. Please do some work on it, not the first time this happened. To much close competition to let this happen read more

Very disappointment at this place .Ihave been a long time customer with the E Hemet place for a long time. always very friendly people came back from a long trip and decided to get my vehicle washed, always tell the person to make sure to wash the bugs of the front windshield before sending it through. this time around the employee advised me that they have a new manager and they will not wash the bugs, well what a disappointment. i told them to cancel my contract, for 19 dollars a month they would at least take care of the windshield read more

A manager caused damage to my vehicle using a brush without my permission as they usually ask. Resulted in 50+ scratches. Owner of Car Wash has ignored and dodges direct conversation, left a repair estimate for $1300 with a manager. Never heard a thing back. Sent pictures as well, showed pictures to staff, and showed physically. Update: Karl and I haven't spoken since these text messages, he's a POS business owner who cant handle the responsibilities of a professional. He's gone out of his way to discredit me. Edit: Added photos of estimate read more

Good drive through car wash. I didn't like the scent of the air freshener, but the free vacuum was nice. Very affordable.

Zipline Express Carwash - Affordable car wash spot with super friendly employees! We appreciate the "help yourself spot" with the windex and microfiber cloths! - Car Wash Near Me - Hemet, California

Paid the extra for best package. Had to vacuum my own car. Rims came out filthy. Still many many bugs on vehicle front. And the blue soapy mixture they sprayed on the car wasn't even fully washed off - had to clean it by hand. I am so unimpressed. Do not recommend. Will not return. read more

Zipline Express Carwash - My hot husband going through Zipline car wash! - Car Wash Near Me - Hemet, California

Bait and switch by ZipLine Express Car Wash I had a coupon for a free carwash from that coupon magazine we all get. Just had to download their app. So I did and presented the coupon and was told that the owner, Karl, instructed all employees not to honor the coupon. Wtf. I was next in line and couldn't back out so I had to pay for the wash which was supposed to be free! Don't trust this place. I reached out to Karl via email with no response now for 4 days. It's messed up to take advantage of us Hemet residents who are on a budget and thought we found a good deal. Shame on you Karl! read more

Great service And friendly staff! Gilbert is always so helpful :) definitely recommend this place

I like this place. I've only been here once, costs $5. You get a good car wash, a token for the vacuum and air freshener. This place was empty a few months ago. Now that they changed the machinery here, it's the best place for a cheap car wash. Lots of people coming through. Bring your own towels to dry your car, the blowers don't dry the car very well. I normally pay $4 to wash my own car at those stall based car washes...for the extra dollar, I'm done with that. read more

At first, I like the zip line, but I had an older car and it didn't matter. I got a new car and now my paint seems to be dulling . The last three car washes were not good . The back of my car was not cleaned at all. I noticed they were trucks , working on the car wash line, so the next time I went in, I thought OK this should be better, but no the car wash stopped abruptly towards the end and pushed me back to the beginning. The machine broke my license plate and my license I no longer feel safe there. read more

Been going to Zipline for about 3 to 4 years now. Great price, car wash and vaccums work great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I take my car and my wife's every weekend and have always received good service. The manager Justin makes sure customers are taken care of. I have seen him help customers when he has time. We have recommended this place to multiple people and they are satisfied as well. If your looking for a place to get a carwash with consistent service this is it! read more
