Earlier this year I had a small but significant issue when using Zipline's Car Wash. It was such that the attendant sent me directly to the manager which I appreciated because he did not waste my time with lip service when he knew he could not help. Dreading however to talk with the manager because often in life patrons are not treated kindly when they call with an issue. This was not the case here, Carl the manager took my call right a way as he was expecting the call as the nice attendant had informed him of the matter and that i would be calling. Carl listened, came up with a solution, we discussed it and agreed upon it and he followed through on what we agreed upon. I am so happy the matter was resolved immediately as well and in a very courteous and professional manner because i really liked the service of ZipLines monthly membership and the ability to get your car washed as many times as you like for a fair monthly rate. I was however determined to cancel service if the matter was not taken care of. I also appreciated that they considered me as a "valued customer". i would rate Zipline as such: Professionalism A+, Integrity A+, Customer Service A+ and just an overall A+ experience since 2016. The workers no longer scrub the front windshield with the brush or even use the pressure washer bug spray. This company has been charging my account for over four months for services at a facility I do not use or have no more need for because I don't live in Hemet. They don't respond to emails or calls. Very disappointment at this place .Ihave been a long time customer with the E Hemet place for a long time. always very friendly people came back from a long trip and decided to get my vehicle washed,always tell the person to make sure to wash the bugs of the front windshield before sending it through. this time around the employee advised me that they have a new manager and they will not wash the bugs,well what a disappointment. i told them to cancel my contract, for 19 dollars a month they would at least take care of the windshield read more

A manager caused damage to my vehicle using a brush without my permission as they usually ask. Resulted in 50+ scratches. Owner of Car Wash has ignored and dodges direct conversation, left a repair estimate for $1300 with a manager. Never heard a thing back. Sent pictures as well, showed pictures to staff, and showed physically. Bait and switch by ZipLine Express Car Wash I had a coupon for a free carwash from that coupon magazine we all get. Just had to download their app. So I did and presented the coupon and was told that the owner, Karl, instructed all employees not to honor the coupon. Wtf. I was next in line and couldn't back out so I had to pay for the wash which was supposed to be free! Don't trust this place. I reached out to Karl via email with no response now for 4 days. It's messed up to take advantage of us Hemet residents who are on a budget and thought we found a good deal. Shame on you Karl! read more

At first, I like the zip line, but I had an older car and it didn't matter. I got a new car and now my paint seems to be dulling . The last three car washes were not good . The back of my car was not cleaned at all. I noticed they were trucks , working on the car wash line, so the next time I went in, I thought OK this should be better, but no the car wash stopped abruptly towards the end and pushed me back to the beginning. The back of my SUV and Truck do not get washed with the big brush and always have a lot of soapy residue when the wash is done. The blowers don't clear the windows of water either. I like this place. I've only been here once, costs $5. You get a good car wash, a token for the vacuum and air freshener. This place was empty a few months ago. Now that they changed the machinery here, it's the best place for a cheap car wash. Lots of people coming through. Bring your own towels to dry your car, the blowers don't dry the car very well. I've liked this place since I moved to Hemet. Everyone is always nice. I get a free car air freshener. And the washes are fairly priced. I just don't like that sometimes there is no one to towel dry my car and there aren't free towels for me to do it myself. The microfiber towels are for a fee and I don't want to buy them. Do not go here! Leaves cars with water spots that are hard to come off. Some light scratches too! Go to car wash depot intead on state st and florida. They left my car shiny and spotless.
