Went this afternoon for a deluxe car wash. I'm picky about water dripping after going through the dryer. I found the bumper and rear side mirrors did not have any water spots. While I tested the timer for the dryer it was still timed at one minute. I believe the wash dry solutions are the answer for me. Patrick was helpful in helping me log in when I got there and he was polite and quick. There were a few young employees that helped by getting me a drying towel. I suggested they ask if we need a towel when we drive up. Another customer also went to the drive thru to ask for a drying towel. My old rims were very clean; I wiped them down and found no dirt on the panels. I like the drying pistol hose, the strong vacuum and the rack for placing carpets to vacuum. I highly recommend this place to my friends. Easy to get in and leave, as the area is large. It contains large bays for 16 wheelers nearby. read more

I had to stop in for my weekly wash and Melissa walked up to assist without missing a beat. She and another employee handled my concerns; vacuum wasn't working in my stall, and also answered my twenty one questions regarding my membership. Melissa and her team are top tier! I've had a car wash membership at a competitors in Hemet and customer service doesn't compare. read more

Love this carwash! Always has great deals Unfortunately I have been stuck with a membership that I had cancelled and continues to renew. Have been to the carwash and spoke with a really nice kid who works there, he called his manager and was told to take my info and he would get back to me. The I went back same worker helped me again, apologized and took my number down and let me know the manager will reach. I have been charged for the membership again and I would like to please just cancel it and get my refund. read more

Always nice and friendly. Quick to help never to busy to get in and out. Vacuums work great

I have used this car wash for months and about two weeks ago my car door frame was broken while going through the wash. I contacted the employee, filed a claim and have yet to hear from them. Nothing. And the manager is giving me the runaround telling me "corporate" deals with that but he will not give me "corporate's" information. Absolutely lousy customer service and I would not recommend a car wash that causes damage to vehicles. read more

Magic Brush Car Wash - Damage to passenger side door - Car Wash Near Me - San Jacinto, California

Took my 2024 Bronco into the wash a few months ago with no problems, However 2 weeks ago I returned and my $2,000 light bar was damaged and needs replaced. I have pictures, and have tried to work with Dylan the Manager. He has submitted the pictures of the Corporate office and they are now refusing to pay the replacement quote. I do not recommend this wash . Unfortunately I may have to seek legal means read more

Recently this location got some new people. There was a previous manager that I guess left and courtnee was brought on and I just adore her. She just works really hard. She really genuinely wants to give you a good experience. She wants to provide you with everything you need just if you need anything or she just has like polite conversation but it's genuine and I see the staff and her running around like chickens with their heads cut off, which I didn't see with the previous Management and I actually had overlaps my membership but because of the new Management, I reinstated it because the service has gotten so much better just recently over the last month or so noticeably so I want to continue going to a place where I feel valued as a client and not to mention the vacuums are always really strong and working well. The staff is always available. It's not like I have to look for anybody and everything works properly. My car stays really clean so overall there's nothing to complain about. It's just all good stuff so I will continue coming here as long as I keep seeing these same faces, smiling and welcoming me read more

Very great car wash quality was great and the price was affordable will definitely return for another wash

Melissa was very helpful. It's easy, convenient and almost a brand new car wash. I have two vehicles on a monthly subscription.

Free car wash for the work van and decent pricing on memberships. I dunno what it was but the water pressure was awesome on the van it cleaned all the dirt pretty well. I could hear the jets which I don't usually hear on the van so I guess it was good pressure. Plus they gave me a towel to dry the windows and dash. No negatives on my first visit no pressure to enroll in membership . read more

Long story. Three weeks ago, I went to the Arco gas station at the intersection of Cotton Wood and Sanderson to wash my car because it was the closest to my home and had just opened. I am not a member (fortunately not). When my car entered the tunnel entrance, on their track, the right front wheel fender of my car was damaged by their track and fell off. At that time, their staff Carlos was very polite and apologized repeatedly. Then he made a report, took photos of the damaged car, my driver's license, and insurance, informed their manager, and then asked me to go home and wait for a call, saying that the manager would call me in a day or two. I waited for a week, but no call came. I went to the car wash to find Carlos, and he said sorry, the manager was busy, and then he left a message for his manager, telling me to go home and continue waiting. I waited for two weeks, but still no call came. So I went there to find Carlos again, and this time he finally contacted their manager on the walkie-talkie. The manager said he didn't know about it and asked if there was a report. Carlos said yes, there was a report. Then the manager suddenly said that there is a notice on the right wall of the entrance to their tunnel, saying that they are not responsible for any damage to any car during the car wash. In other words, my car was damaged by them, and they don't care! Why don't they post a notice at the entrance where you pay? No one told you to read this sign before your car enters the tunnel after the car wash? If they tell the guests in advance that they will not compensate you if your car is damaged, who would go to their car wash? This is really unreasonable and irresponsible. I hope everyone will be careful when washing their car there, because their staff said that this kind of thing has happened before. It's better not to go, otherwise if your car is damaged, you can only blame yourself. read more
