Well first of all I came to this carwash because the young lady named Alda approached me as I was walking towards the store to pay for my gas and she said she can save me money today, so i agreed to signing up I didn't come to get a carwash just gas But when she said there's a gas discount I was all for it and my car obviously has been needing to get washed. So the point of it is that all this time I've been coming here I never used there carwash because I go to quick quack. And no attendant has never come to me and say they wanna save me money. So after trying the carwash I'm happy to say that the results are outstanding the service by the workers Alda, Devin, & Jacora was outstanding. They are very helpful The parking lot where u vacumn was well kept and everything was working unlike other places stuff usually missing stuff. The wash didn't get all the tree sap off my hood but I guess after a few washes or a good buff it will come out. read more

If i could add zero stars i would... they were no help at all and i had to pay to get everything fixed because they refused to take responsibility even though the boss told the worker to tell me that this has occurred before with a nissan. Purchased gas and a car wash today. After the wash I backed my car in and vacuumed with my daughter. While vacuuming I noticed a good amount of soap on both sides of my SUV and roof. I approached the attendant who came over and hemmed and hawed at it like he was going to perform surgery. He then informed me I needed to use the air hose and blow the soap off my car... Huh? So blowing soap down the sides of my SUV is the answer? I think not. That means I'm drying soap onto the paint of my car. I had just purchased a car wash, I wasn't asking for anything other than to leave without the soap on my vehicle. He stood there taking pictures of my license plate and staring at me in the mirrors. Creepy! I've never in my life left a car wash mad.... Till today. Silver lining? Went down the freeway to a different car wash. When I told them what happened, they looked and confirmed I needed to get it rinsed off. They gave me a free car wash and codes for another next week for the trouble. I purchase the membership there. No need to return to a subpar car wash with attendants who shouldn't be working there. Blowing soap down my car... What a joke! Do better Ron. read more

Everything could improve about this place. This place is absolutely horrendous. I can get past the car wash just not doing a good job but Jesus you can never get a hold of anyone to cancel the membership. On top of that, just now they had a non employee working the car wash, not only is he spraying down every car and building up a line, he sent me and my car in the car wash without turning on the car wash. What a bonehead move. I Would rather wash my car with an old toothbrush than go through this joke of a car wash. read more

Pretty good car wash. I'll be honest, my truck was gross and I imagine this made for a difficult car wash. However, the young gentleman Jason was very helpful and had me go through again because my truck wasn't clean enough. Very nice guy and happy I got a membership. I'll be here often. 4 stars because I think it would be helpful to hose spray the vehicle before going in as muddy vehicles will likely get scratched during cleaning. Lazy. The most lazy kids working here. I asked for a pre rinse before going in through the wash and the kid sprayed the windows only. Th brushes here hardly touch your car and when they do they just rub wax and dirt into your paint. read more

I went to try this car wash because I had a free coupon. Unfortunately I drove out with my rear window still dirty and tons of bug stuff still on my car from front to rear. The vaccuums aren't equipped with a chisled tip so I couldn't get in the narrow spots. I won't be going back. read more

Zero stars. Do not use. Most of the staff is polite. No issues with them But the actual car was leaves soap all over your car, windows dirty. This wasn't a one time thing either. I had the monthly subscription and it never properly cleaned my car. Vacuums are set up incorrectly, always fall off. Went there multiple times where the employees forgot to turn on the wash or the place was closed. read more

Great Car wash! Better than the other membership drive thru wash in Menifee. I actually cancelled all my cars subscriptions for that place and moved them to here instead. The other place never dried them completely and their vacuums are subpar. I love Magic Brush though! The staff is so friendly and give free towels plus a pre rinse with a hose. After there are soooo many AMAZING vacuums that actually do the job PLUS an air blower to finish off any water spots! AND the parking lot is big and there are so many stalls I never feel rushed or like I can't back out of the "one lane 5 stalls at most" area like the other brand wash in Menifee has. This one is so spacious and chill. Will eel driving outta my way to come here it's that good! And I live a block away from the other one haha! read more
