Car #3: ultimate($80) loose debris in both the carpet matts and seats Car #4: ultimate($80) received the following day as I had asked santos to call me when it was ready and came back to a closed car wash... no voicemail or even a missed call Inconsistent service and lack of "communication" I really hope this place improves My advice if you do go: stick with the basic wash and don't spend more than you have to. I had a great time and experience going here. The guys were fun and real who know their stuff. I brought my car here looking for a good detailed clean and that's exactly what I got. They were able to remove every spot and make my car look brand new. It was crazy to touch my car and have the paint feel like clean glass. Stopped in for the first time and liked what I saw. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who assisted with my choice of wash. He took the time to explain their process to me and assured me I would be pleased with their work. I entered the building, leaving my car in capable hands. Inside I found a friendly man at the counter who took my payment. The shop was bright and filled with lots of car accessories, snacks, drinks, and comfy seating. It definitely made my short wait a pleasant one. My car was finished and I was on my way. They did a great job cleaning, both inside and out. Only complaints I have is: 1. They are pretty expensive compared to other car wash businesses in the area and 2. They forgot my air freshener. For it being a Saturday with decent weather, this car wash establishment was not very busy. At first I was surprised but it didn't take long to realize why. This car wash is extremely slow, and not because of their attention to quality. Instead, their attention is paid to fellow employee's conversations and a complete lack of haste. It took an hour to have my Toyota Carolla done with their basic wash. It was impressive how long they made it take, it's like they tried to purposely make it take that long. I watched the employee drying my car (who claimed their name was Andre) stand still for at least 2 minutes and have a conversation with another employee while he leaned on my car. Also, these employees act like ignorant thugs and think they're gangsters, they speak very loud obscenities and I would not consider this behavior family/child friendly by any means. Upon completion of the "wash," I left and realized the front wind shield was still completely dirty, literally the easiest part to wash. Made no sense to me. The old saying of doing something yourself if you want it done right continues to reign true. Will never return to this car wash. read more

I pay monthly fees to go to this car wash. Today I went there and no one was at the entrance. There was a car in front of me. We both waited and no one came, so the car in front of me went ahead on his own. I waited a little longer and then went on my own. A male employee, jumped out in front of my car from within the car wash and yelled at me. He asked me how old I was, and proceeded to tell my I was going to have a stroke, and that I was a terrible driver. I've never had anyone be so rude! I was a flight attendant and have dealt with a lot of people, but no one ever treated me like this. He should be fired. read more

The new owners have really turned this place around. My car is really clean every time I get it done here now. The people are very friendly. And this time I came in they even have a coffee bar! I think the owner or manager walks around a lot to make sure the people are doing what they need to. I've even seen the guy help out when it's busy. When I mentioned that I had bought a gift card from the previous owner and they won't honor it, they gave me decent advice on contacting my credit card company. First time at this establishment and it will be the last time. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to "wash" my truck. There were maybe 2-3 cars ahead of me and 1-2 that came out behind me while I was there. They were not, by any definition, busy. I purchased the $40 wash. This was the biggest ripoff of any car wash I have ever been to. I'm not the type of person to scrutinize a wash on site before I get in my car to leave. I'm fairly flexible with what car washes these days call a "wipe down". But this was ridiculous. I noticed the total half-assed job they did as I was driving down the street. Water spots EVERYWHERE. Dust EVERYWHERE. My bed cover looked like it never even got wet much less scrubbed. Even my dashboard had the same layer of dust on it that had collected since the last time I washed it about 3 weeks ago. My driver side rear wheel was even left out of the tire dressing application. The $40 wash is supposed to include exterior plastics treatment/dressing - there is plastic trim only partially treated or not treated at all. By the time I got home my blood was boiling. Too pissed off to drive 10 miles back to this place where I wouldn't want them to touch my vehicle again anyway. Absolutely the worst! Never again. read more

So I had been wanting to give this place a shot since it's so near to my house. I showed up on a Monday afternoon and was one of the only cars there. There was no one ahead of my car and pulled right up. The guy helping me out wasn't the most welcoming but I ended up choosing the "platinum" wash since it included exterior trim dressing. I went on to go find a seat while I waited for my car. About half an hour later, I realized my car hadn't come out of the wash yet. I stood up and walked over near the doors and saw that it was barely going into the wash. I wasn't in a huge rush so it wasn't a big deal. A few minutes later I see an attendant pull my car out of the wash and park it while he supposedly wiped down the exterior and interior. Almost an hour after I had arrived, my car is pulled up and is ready to go. By this point, I was starving and ready to leave, however, there were smears on all of the windows from using a dirty rag, there were water spots and areas that were barely dried, and the interior hadn't been wiped at all. I asked the attendant to wipe down the most obvious areas that were missed and went about my day, disappointed I had paid $45 for arguably the worst wash I had ever had ($5 up charge for SUV and not including tip). When I got to my next errand, I saw more areas on my car that were filthy. The interior was still dusty, the passenger side mirror wasn't dried, and they hadn't applied any exterior trim dressing to the plastics on the outside (the whole reason I upgraded my wash), oh, and no "new car" freshener that was supposed to be included. I called the car wash and expressed my disappointment to the girl on the phone. She said she would leave a message for the manager and that he would call me back to rectify the situation. It's been 24 hours and no call. I can't say I'm not surprised. After this experience, I wouldn't bother coming again. I've had better results from the drive thru wash at the Chevron half a mile away. I could have done a better job in my garage using a spray bottle and paper towels. Don't waste your money by coming to this joke of a car wash. Extremely long service, reminded me if the mobile detailing that takes hours to finish. Not sure if it was the timing, because I did get there pretty close to closing so possibly they were short staffed so close to the end of the day but overall my car looked amazing! My car is not even a year old so it's new and the dirt that was on it was literally just from rain so it's not extremely hard to get this off. It came out of the wash and no one touched it for 10 min so the water just tried as is and they didn't work hard to scrub off dirt. Easy to tell it's under new management. Slow service and understaffed. But wow! The quality work is amazing. My black SUV looks brand spanking new with a glossy finish and no water marks whatsoever. Can't wait to see this business once they are 100% staffed and rockin'. Some things I would like to recommend to the owner is maybe some outdoor speakers with some lively music (not too loud), maybe a popcorn stand for kids on busy days, and a coffee station inside for those early birds that come in. They gave me a small discount for my small car and did a fantastic job. They didn't seem to have much business, too bad for them, but good for me. The young man worked on my car for 1.5 hours. When I dropped off my car to get it washed, the attendant did not tell me it would take over an hour just for my car to get through the system to get washed. After an hour, I walked to where my car was and the door was opened and left untouched. I paid $40 for an upgraded wash and was left waiting. Boy was I impressed with not only the wash, but the wipe down procedure. The car has never had such care before from other car washes. Got home, stood back and admired. (Usually I have to do a wipe down when I get home because of runs). So impressed, hopped in my truck and had them was that one too. A black truck is difficult to look perfect but it did. The past two times I have been here have not been a good experience. The first time I paid overprice to get my seats wash the guy promised they would take off my seat covers and do the front seats. I hoped with the new owners it would be better but it is NOT! I asked how long it would be when I first arrived because I had somewhere I needed to be. I was told 30 minutes 45 max. I came in a couple days ago and a guy (big bald dude in a blue shirt) was trying to updo me on a car wash when I already knew what I wanted and he was being so rude to me as if I wasn't a customer. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone like him. He made me feel so uncomfortable and no one should be treated so poorly nor feel uncomfortable for simply getting a car wash. This is the second time I come after the change of ownership, so far good. People need to be patient and wait your car is getting washed properly by hand. If you want a bad service run them thru machines. Keeping the same employees is key to any successful business. Keep up the good work. The same guy that gives you tickets heavy set, bold tells me that they are running 45 minutes wait I said why and he gives me the speech told him I know the process but you must be short handed he said nope. I have been here three times. The first time for a full detail and twice for hand car wash. The second time was less than satisfactory and I was about to leave without service when I was told $50/for wash and vacuum because I had "dog hair" in the back seat, IMO not that bad! Santos must have been having a bad day, he flagged me down and they ended up doing my car for a very reasonable rate. I did speak with Mike (owner/manager?) since I believe if they don't know, they don't have a chance to fix it. I decided today to give them a try again since I have lived here over seven years and been unable to find a quality car wash. Yes, they are a little pricier than your "drive thru/budget" washes, but the quality of there work has never been a problem. They do a great job! When I went today Mike and Santos both remembered me, spoke with me about mine and some others experience and were very appreciative that I came back.
