There's always a nice and friendly person greeting us at the booth. And also a person guiding our tires to align with the washer. Certain Services come with a free towel and air freshener! WASH: The wash is pretty awesome here. I love the light show inside. It transported me to LAS VEGAS for a few minutes. I have LED light all over my piano so I can definitely relate to this car wash! BEWARE OF THE VACUUM: It's so strong! I love it though. I wore a long dress one day and it sucked the bottom half off my dress. I had to put up a good FIGHT to get my dress out. They give you a microfiber cloth to wipe anything the carwash missed. When you get done, you can park and vacuum your carpet. I chose the color foam and car protection spray for $15. I think the basic wash is $12. The car wash didn't get rid of the dead bugs so I wiped them with the cloth they gave me. read more

Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and did not try to upsell or put me in a membership. I appreciate that! We opted for the $12.00 time saver wash which included some polish and wax as well as tire cleaner. The process is quick and easy and the light show going through the wash is fun. As you exit the wash there are several vacuum bays to pull into to wipe down the vehicle and vacuum the inside. They do not provide free towels or chemicals for cleaning the inside or dressing the tires. This is the only reason I did not award them 5 stars. It is worth the $12.00 considering the carwash on Jefferson has raised its rates to $15.00 for just a wash and dry. We got our moneys worth and well return next time we need to wash one of our vehicles. read more

I have come here every now and then since moving here within the last year to wash my car and it has always been a pleasant experience. The employees do a great job to make sure everything is flowing properly, they have several different types of washes, and offer self-service vacuum stations. It was the last time I went being on 09/04 that Trevor was working when I drove up. I paid, went through the wash, and noticed I may need a second wash due to my car having some tough spots on it. I drove back around and Trevor was so thoughtful and helpful to make sure my car was cleaned again. Five Stars for Katie at Eco Car Wash! I had such an amazing experience thanks to the manager, Katie. I accidentally vacuumed up my car keys (yes, like a total dummy), and without hesitation, Katie went above and beyond to help me find them. I'm not even exaggerating when I say she saved the day. She dropped everything to help me. I'm saying she personally searched through every trash bin, turning vacuums on and off, climbing ladders, using tools, and literally digging through all the trash just to help me find my keys. She did it all with so much patience and kindness, never once making me feel dumb or like a burden. It was honestly one of the kindest things I've experienced from someone in customer service. I don't know what I would've done without her. When I tried to give her something as a thank you, she said the best gift would be a great review. So here it is, because she truly went above and beyond. Not only that, but the rest of the employees were also incredibly sweet and patient the entire time making them super easy to work with. Also the prices are totally worth it! My car was squeaky clean & dried way better than ANY other car wash. On top of that, the vacuums are strong! They picked up my husky dog hair super easy & there's multiple vacuum heads for certain parts of your car to make it easy to vacuum. If I could give more than 5 stars to this car wash, I would. My rental car was a light silver, it was so filthy, the girl let me go through a second time, because there were just too many spots of dirt. It was a Rogue SUV, so there were all kinds of random spots. Not the car wash's fault, but the aero-design of the car, I got the cheapest wash - $10 - after you exit the was you can use the vacs. I didn't realize the bad mood driving such a filthy car put me in, until it was clean again! My mood improved as well. read more

I would avoid this place unless you want your car scratched. As my car went through the wash, something didn't sound right and when I came out, noticed scratches on the hood/side panel that were brand new. I alerted the manager who took some notes and pictures and said someone would get back to me. A few days later, I was told to bring my car for further inspection. Some 16 year old employee came and took more pics and kept telling me that it wasn't because of the car wash lol As expected, I got an email saying they didn't think the scratches came from their car wash. Who would have imagined? They offered me a free wash lol never again. I learned my lesson, never go to these types of car washes. There are thousands of stories like mine online. read more

I have been coming here since the day it opened and I have never had an issue. I started a membership earlier this year for both of my vehicles, lately this past week they have been closed, today (Sunday 07/09) I went by they are closed again, I checked the website they are supposed to be open, but they are not. So instead I went to Cotijas, out of anger and ordered a burrito. In all seriousness, it is disappointing I am paying a membership and unable to wash my car. This all happen in the past week, I went Thursday morning and they were closed with the manager outside by the driveway to explain why they were closed on Thursday morning. I will be canceling/closing my membership Tuesday morning when they are scheduled to be open. It was great at first, but in the end, disappointment and frustration. I went to uptown auto spa and redhawk to wash my vehicles, even though I left them originally for Eco Express Wash. UPDATE: Monday 07/10 1:50pm I saw Eco was open and customers present. Even though they are supposed to be closed today, stated online. Photo to show it is open on a Monday. Got a premium membership - and they have been closed during listed business hours the last 3 visits without explanation. Very inconvenient. Very bad business practice. I feel like I've been scammed since I cannot even use my membership. They are supposed to be open 7 days a week as listed on their website. This carwash is excellent!! First, they are diligent about following covid19 protective protocols, very important to me. Second, it actually washes the car! All those tiny bird poops get washed off. and, the wheels actually get clean. We get the $18 carwash and are handed a drying towel, dash and window wipes AND 2 kn95 masks!! The people are very friendly. The person spraying the front actually does a good job. This carwash seems to care about the customer and their employees. Let me just say this first: the quality of the customer service and care I received at this car wash is unmatched. The manager (Caytey, i think her name was?) is absolutely wonderful and quite stellar at her job and at running the place! All this being said, however, I was skeptical to see what the value in the actual car wash itself was. But to my surprise and delight, my car was squeaky clean when I went through and I ALSO was able to clean out every square inch of my car on the inside as well when I got to the vacuums.
