Highest integrity business I've EVER come across! I guess once in every 40,000 washes, the machinery picks up something and it scratches a car. Happened to me, but the reaction from management was off-the-charts helpful and accountable. Like most things these days, I expected a "too bad, too sad" reaction, but not here. The manager immediately apologized, sent me just a few blocks away to an outstanding body shop, and upgraded my membership for free. The scratches were fixed with no bickering or issues. They do a great job there. The truck always comes out great, but that excellent service is world-class. I am a customer of Eco Express for life! read more

This YELP REVIEW is overdue! We've been coming here since it opened and I just realized that I have not written a review for this GEM yet... SERVICE: Excellent! There's always a nice and friendly person greeting us at the booth. And also a person guiding our tires to align with the washer. Certain Services come with a free towel and air freshener! WASH: The wash is pretty awesome here. I love the light show inside. It transported me to LAS VEGAS for a few minutes. I have LED light all over my piano so I can definitely relate to this car wash! BEWARE OF THE VACUUM: It's so strong! I love it though. I wore a long dress one day and it sucked the bottom half off my dress. I had to put up a good FIGHT to get my dress out. I would recommend wearing pants or shorts to dresses! OVERALL: GREAT VALUE! You save time and some money too by coming to ECO Express Car Wash... This is the best car wash so far !! Vacuum works, power blower is my favorite!! I get a green cloth and can always find a good spot !! Handicap gives me extra space! A very easy going experience!!! read more

Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and did not try to upsell or put me in a membership. I appreciate that! We opted for the $12.00 time saver wash which included some polish and wax as well as tire cleaner. The process is quick and easy and the light show going through the wash is fun. As you exit the wash there are several vacuum bays to pull into to wipe down the vehicle and vacuum the inside. They do not provide free towels or chemicals for cleaning the inside or dressing the tires. This is the only reason I did not award them 5 stars. It is worth the $12.00 considering the carwash on Jefferson has raised its rates to $15.00 for just a wash and dry. We got our moneys worth and well return next time we need to wash one of our vehicles. read more

Have been coming here for a while now, and compared to Fast5Xpress, this place definitely lives up to the standard. Trevor is always welcoming and recognizes me every time I come in. If you want a quality wash, this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable, and I'll admit -- the upselling got me. I'm a man of convenience, and they definitely delivered on that. The towel service, air freshener, and dash wipe offers are great, even though I usually bring my own. Trevor really takes pride in his job. From time to time he'll come check on me and ask how the wash was, which shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. I've seen some of the reviews here, but if you're looking for an economical, quality wash, this is the spot. If you expect to never get out of your car and want a completely spotless vehicle, then hire a professional detailer and pay $100+. read more

Coming here off and on since it opened. Tried it again today, but price keeps going up, equipment appears to be getting worn and wash quality not what it once was. Have been using the new wash near the mall most of the time now. It's cheaper for comparable wash and newer/cleaner equipment. read more

I have come here every now and then since moving here within the last year to wash my car and it has always been a pleasant experience. The employees do a great job to make sure everything is flowing properly, they have several different types of washes, and offer self-service vacuum stations. It was the last time I went being on 09/04 that Trevor was working when I drove up. I paid, went through the wash, and noticed I may need a second wash due to my car having some tough spots on it. I drove back around and Trevor was so thoughtful and helpful to make sure my car was cleaned again. I wanted to make sure I gave him a shout out for his awesome customer service and say thank you! read more

The manager Trevor seems like he doesn't care for his people nor the guest who use the wash. Rude, disorganized and all they care about is upselling you. Manage your team better. read more

They give you a microfiber cloth to wipe anything the carwash missed. When you get done, you can park and vacuum your carpet. I chose the color foam and car protection spray for $15. I think the basic wash is $12. The car wash didn't get rid of the dead bugs so I wiped them with the cloth they gave me. read more

Five Stars for Katie at Eco Car Wash! I had such an amazing experience thanks to the manager, Katie. I accidentally vacuumed up my car keys (yes, like a total dummy), and without hesitation, Katie went above and beyond to help me find them. I'm not even exaggerating when I say she saved the day. She dropped everything to help me. I'm saying she personally searched through every trash bin, turning vacuums on and off, climbing ladders, using tools, and literally digging through all the trash just to help me find my keys. She did it all with so much patience and kindness, never once making me feel dumb or like a burden. It was honestly one of the kindest things I've experienced from someone in customer service. I don't know what I would've done without her. When I tried to give her something as a thank you, she said the best gift would be a great review. So here it is, because she truly went above and beyond. Not only that, but the rest of the employees were also incredibly sweet and patient the entire time making them super easy to work with. Also the prices are totally worth it! My car was squeaky clean & dried way better than ANY other car wash. On top of that, the vacuums are strong! They picked up my husky dog hair super easy & there's multiple vacuum heads for certain parts of your car to make it easy to vacuum. If I could give more than 5 stars to this car wash, I would. To Katie and her amazing team, thank you SO much--you're seriously the best. BEST CAR WASH EVER!!! read more

My rental car was a light silver, it was so filthy, the girl let me go through a second time, because there were just too many spots of dirt. It was a Rogue SUV, so there were all kinds of random spots. Not the car wash's fault, but the aero-design of the car, I got the cheapest wash - $10 - after you exit the was you can use the vacs. I didn't realize the bad mood driving such a filthy car put me in, until it was clean again! My mood improved as well. read more

I would avoid this place unless you want your car scratched. As my car went through the wash, something didn't sound right and when I came out, noticed scratches on the hood/side panel that were brand new. I alerted the manager who took some notes and pictures and said someone would get back to me. A few days later, I was told to bring my car for further inspection. Some 16 year old employee came and took more pics and kept telling me that it wasn't because of the car wash lol As expected, I got an email saying they didn't think the scratches came from their car wash. Who would have imagined? They offered me a free wash lol never again. I learned my lesson, never go to these types of car washes. There are thousands of stories like mine online. read more

I don't know why there are negative complaints about this place, seems like the majority are about membership which I cannot attest to since I am not a membership type person so I have not had one here. I have been coming here since the day it opened and I have never had an issue. The wash does a great job, the staff have always been friendly, and the vacuums are strong enough I swear they could suck an elephant through a garden hose! Love this place, don't be cheap! Get the "ultimate" it's worth it! $18 is cheaper than $100+ to pay someone to do it. read more

Wow my car has never been this clean for $18 Customer Service was outstanding. Everything you need to make your car look good is at your fingertips. The vacuum was incredibly powerful! I had a bunch of dirt in the back of my Prius from buying plants! Don't hesitate to come here. read more

I started a membership earlier this year for both of my vehicles, lately this past week they have been closed, today (Sunday 07/09) I went by they are closed again, I checked the website they are supposed to be open, but they are not. So instead I went to Cotijas, out of anger and ordered a burrito. In all seriousness, it is disappointing I am paying a membership and unable to wash my car. This all happen in the past week, I went Thursday morning and they were closed with the manager outside by the driveway to explain why they were closed on Thursday morning. I will be canceling/closing my membership Tuesday morning when they are scheduled to be open. It was great at first, but in the end, disappointment and frustration. I went to uptown auto spa and redhawk to wash my vehicles, even though I left them originally for Eco Express Wash. UPDATE: Monday 07/10 1:50pm I saw Eco was open and customers present. Even though they are supposed to be closed today, stated online. Photo to show it is open on a Monday. I still proceeded to cancel my membership with and no problem with the employees who assisted me cancelling my membership. read more

Very clean and fast, excellent service, new and great installations, all new equipment

This places sucks my car is never clean, even with the bug pre-screen intro the bugs don't come off, and my windows are always streaked. It's expensive and underwhelming; for such a big car wash with so much potential it is massively under performing and way too over priced. Customer service is good- the car wash just sucks- the vacuums are good at least read more

The carwash left water spots on my hood and rear hatch. I had to rewash these areas when I got home. Also, the blowers leave much water. Take a towel to dry your car. I will not return. read more

For periodic car washes, this is our go-to place. It's a super convenient location and we've never had to wait long to get through. The employees I've interacted with have all been personable. Great car wash, always very pleasant staff and great deals on the monthly wash! And early bird specials.

Not bad for a quick wash with light dust or dirt. I tried this place because I was in a hurry and figured I'd try it. The first wash would not remove the rain water stains. The manager was nice enough to let me go through again, but I would've been better off getting a refund. Employees were nice and the self-vacuum/drying stations are nice. But not a very thorough wash. read more

Got a premium membership - and they have been closed during listed business hours the last 3 visits without explanation. Very inconvenient. Very bad business practice. I feel like I've been scammed since I cannot even use my membership. They are supposed to be open 7 days a week as listed on their website. All of a sudden they are closed Sundays and Mondays without explanation. This business is not being run properly. Can't even go to cancel my membership since they're always friggin closed. read more

Great value for price with military discount and a free towel. It has blackening and shine for tires too.

Love this car wash. I go 3 times a week. Love the quick, fast easy wash and the high powered vacuum. Would highly recommend the membership.

The car wis close, so it's convenient bjt do not sign up for their membership, i have emailed twice now to cancel, and they still have not canceled my membership, very frustrating to be charged 29.99 two months in a row when their website says just email to cancel. I would use their car wash bit be very leary of their membership read more

This carwash is excellent!! First, they are diligent about following covid19 protective protocols, very important to me. Second, it actually washes the car! All those tiny bird poops get washed off. and, the wheels actually get clean. We get the $18 carwash and are handed a drying towel, dash and window wipes AND 2 kn95 masks!! The people are very friendly. The person spraying the front actually does a good job. This carwash seems to care about the customer and their employees.
