Typical hand car wash starts at $34.99. The first time I got my car washed there with my plan. My car was left with water spots on the windows. The back of my SUV was never vacuumed or cleaned. The second time again, my windows were left with water spots, after I left, I called and lodged a complaint with Rick. The third time I went. I made a statement to please make sure my windows are left clean without water spots, Rick assured me that they will do a clean detail on my windows. I saw him tell some of the guys, make sure to leave the windows on that SUV clean. For the third time, my windows were left with water spots. And the top of my car was completely wet apparently they forgot to dry the top of my SUV. I immediately called they never pick up, after calling three times, eventually I got a call back from Rick. I was very upset and informed him it hasn't been three weeks into my monthly plan and each and every time my windows are left with water spots in my car not vacuumed or cleaned in the back, Rick apologized offered for me to go back to clean my car, but it's always an hour of my time going through their car wash service. It hasn't been three weeks into my monthly plan. I take my car for the fourth time. I see Rick I make it very clear. Please make sure my windows are clean and not left with water spots. The times that I was there I witness people complaining about their cars, one guy was furious that he had his windows tinted at this business and they did a horrible job. All he wanted was his money back. The four times that I have been there I witnessed people complaining that should have been a red flag for me. OH!! Advertised is $80 for the Express Wash but the lead guy offered me $100 for all the bells and whistles. $100+ is how much I pay for a mobile wax/wash/vacuum service so I was okay with it since I hadn't treated my car in a while. FYI the Express Wash is $15 off on Wednesdays. I had a lot of pollen droppings on my car from parking outdoors and under palm trees. They started with a hand wash to get all the gunkies off then it went through the machine. This is NOT 100% hand wash (but again I'm getting a wax so I'm not fully concerned about scratches). If you are looking for a full hand wash, just go to a mobile detailer. Why only 4.5 stars ? 1 car came out clean as expected. No streaks or scratches. All cars are hand dried after a blow dry. 2 lead was friendly and helpful but will upservice you. "Tell me what you need and I can help you out" 3 offers both reasonably priced exterior-only washes & in/exterior options 4 definitely took care of my "special requests" to get all the pollen spots off #5 WOULD HAVE BEEN if there was a hand wash only option.
