This is the place to go to, the best in town. Going to this place for over 10 years and their quality of service is second to none. The management staff always goes the extra mile with their customers. read more

I requested the super clean and they used dirty shams in my car which had my car smelly when I picked it up. I couldn't roll down the windows because my car was just washed. When the car was finally dry I had to roll down all the windows and use an air freshener to get the car to smell nice. They also popped out a button in my car that goes to my infotainment center. The price wasn't bad the owner did give me a discount, but you have to watch the cleaning crew. I wanted to take my car back to get the seats washed but I'm scared they won't wash and dry the seats properly read more

Been coming here for a few months and it's not too bad! I haven't done the full detail, so I can't really speak to that service. They offer options for machine wash and hand wash, plus a typical rewards program with double days and a military discount. If you opt into their loyalty program, that's where you can really get a great value! The handwash offers up to one wash a week for $99, essentially saving $15 per wash. They have left a few tree droppings in the past but overall not bad service. #CarWash #Loyalty #Savings #Discount read more

We had a great experience at this car wash. We took both our cars here, and they treated it with care and detail. The process was smooth, they were busy didn't wait too long. They have amazing deals throughout the week and a punch card. I'm a sucker for a great weekly deals and rewards for coming back. Considering the cost of car washes and you have to vacuum yourself, it's worth spending a couple dollars more to have professionals do it for you. When I realized it's almost the same cost but more service, I am definitely coming back here regularly. read more

Worst Car Wash of my entire life they did not clean anything there were spots all over my car and I just opened my backseat to find that they didn't even clean and I paid $120 for super clean. What a rip off they did not clean I'm so upset what a waste of money they didn't even vacuum. read more

Had our Dually hand washed & waxed, wheels cleaned, and inside wiped down. Took about 45 minutes. Staff was friendly and did a great job on my vehicle. They have a pretty big waiting area inside, and a little store where you can buy all kinds of car accessories, snacks, and even greeting cards. There is a window where you can watch the cars getting cleaned. No complaints here. Good work for the money paid. read more

Don't understand negative reviews. Process was smooth, prices are reasonable and staff is super friendly. I spoke to the lady inside (cashier) and she was very nice. The guys did a great job washing my car and had a great attitude. Tipped them well and look forward to returning soon. read more

Love the service. However surely they can afford to put new cushions on the inside seating. It's sooo uncomfortable. read more

Rancho Car Wash has been our preferred full-service car wash for several years. I currently have a subscription for my company vehicle, and we also bring our personal vehicles here regularly. Their attention to detail consistently surpasses many of their competitors. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to take a moment to chat, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Their pricing is competitive and fair, and while I haven't personally used their detailing services yet, they offer a wide selection of options for anyone looking for more comprehensive care. I highly recommend Rancho Car Wash to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality full-service car wash. read more

Car was is cheap and trashy. Front service when you get there was fast to rush you after having question about there services. They even gave me the wrong wash. I asked for the top bundle and they gave me the lowest. Thats what happens when your workers are inpatient. Car wasn't even cleaned. I could've took it to quick quack wash if i just wanted to go through an outdated car wash. It still left residue on the car from water. The inside was even worst. I admit the car I brought was really dirty, but they didn't even try. They didn't vacuum or wipe down the doors. Instead they said it was out if there reach since it was too expensive for them. Even though the bundle said it was INCLUDED in the car wash. pathetic. even after them touching up it. It was like they still did nothing. photos are the ending result btw. never going back. you guys suck. read more

I own that I should have lifted the seat before leaving the lot but lessoned learn. The manager was not willing to give me my money back and just told me to come back and he would vacuum it. Don't waste your time or money here. What a joke this business is. read more

Fantastic car wash to start off! After leaving I realized I dropped my notebook that had all my cash in it and went back expecting the worst. They were closed but luckily the owner was there and had found the notebook and put it somewhere safe and all my money was still there! Thank you so much! 10/10 read more

This is one of the best full car washes I have found. Friendly works very clean area. They decorate for every holiday. Super fast service.

Believe the bad reviews! I recently was at this car wash and witnessed a customer complaining about damages that incurred to her car. I overheard their conflict and the staff seemed very dismissive, short and rude towards her. Perhaps because she was female, but staff handled the situation very unprofessionally. I have been to this place for a few times but from what I witnessed, I don't want to risk anything similar in the future and especially won't support a business that conducts customer service like that. Upon further research, I found that they have a bad reputation with other customers and have caused damages that they are unwilling to take responsibility for. That is not worth it to me, I will take my business elsewhere. Beware! read more

Stay away from this place...!!! What a rip off...! Liars and crooks...! Took my Lexus for an "engine steam cleaning"....Price quoted was $85.00, then it changed to $100.00 [excuse Lexus are more expensive] and they added an extra $ 30.00 because "somebody" had to clean the bottom of the engine due to washing the top was too difficult...?? Are you kidding me..? NO manager around to discuss and cashier lady said..."NOT my problem..." Typical answer from a place where there is NO customer service...BAD business...I DO NOT recommend it....As I left, some of the illegals working there took a threatening BODY language...and used an aggressive language...Totally UNCALLED for...! Folks...DO NOT bring your car here or to the 2nd location on Rancho Ca. next to Target....NO GOOD..... read more

Do not use this carwash. I got the most expensive wash today. My SUV was returned to me with s cracked windshield. I immediately questioned why they didn't inform me. They said "We take no responsibility for damages, read the signs." I requested to make a written complaint. They brought a form where the manager Miguel Garcia pre filled out the customer account saying the windshield had rock damage. That is a lie. My vehicle was not damaged before coming to the carwash. I requested a blank form. This business is terrible. They take no accountability. read more

Purchased 5 car washes at a discounted price, paid with my debit card and they charged my card again, without my permission and will not refund it. WORST CAR WASH IN TEMECULA!!! If I could give this ZERO stars I would! Paid for custom detailing on my new car and waited forever, the vacuuming job was horrible and the interior was still dirty!!! They didn't wipe the interior door panels and had to redo the whole car to get it right. Waited again which was a waste of time. Never going to this dump again! read more

my rear floor mats were ripped where they connect in the center. I came back a week later because I was in the hospital couldn't get back anyway they said it's been more than a said I have a share for porch saying I was in an was no way to get here and he said too bad. I'm watching people around me here complaining about scratches or things that weren't clean properly. This is not a place you wanna leave your car? read more

I brought my car by the other day for "the works" wash. While the price seemed fair and the customer service was great. The car wash itself was terrible. Barely vacuumed the inside the car and damaged the rear quarter panel before the tire. I asked the guy that was doing the final wipe down why it was still dirty. He stated that it might be "paint overspray or road tar". It was until I went to the mall and checked it out in greater detail. I hand wash my car most of the time and the one time I take it into an automatic wash and this happened. read more

They do a terrible job at vacuuming out the car, and always rush through when they dry and always miss stuff and miss inside windows. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

I asked before they even started washing my car how long it would take. He said 20 minutes tops. I was in a huge time crunch. They washed my car and it sat for 15-20 minutes before I finally had to go and get my keys and drive away with water spots and bugs still all over the front. I paid $28 for my car to go through the sprinklers. And to look worse than it did when I first pulled in. What a complete waste of time and money. read more

My sister recommended this car wash I WAS not satisfied my car was not fully vacuumed, interior wasn't properly wiped down for $36 I could have done this job myself. I still had makeup on my steering wheel, water stains on my door handle from the rain last night. The car has scratches on the hood and passenger side. I was very disappointed I called and spoke with Miguel the manager. He was very professional and wanted me to come right back. He acknowledge the interior and vacuum not properly done and also seen the scratches although he said the machine couldn't have done it because it's safe. He drove the car over and buffed the scratches along with redoing the wash and vacuum. I take pride in my vehicle and I'm happy I was able to work with him to get my issues somewhat resolved. MIGUEL HAS TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I recommend you reach out to HIM if you have any issues. read more

My husband joined the membership about a year ago. We have been nothing but happy with the service. They are hard and hustle to get the job done. You cannot be lazy and work here. I am very disappointed with the service that I received today. This is actually twice now that I've had to come here and ask them to clean my car. The outside looks nice and clean. The inside is disgusting full of dog hair full of dirt. I wiped the dirt off the screens inside of my car with my my hand is completely black. I'm going to post some pictures below because as you can see, they did not clean nor attempt to care what the inside of my car look like, but the most Part is I just paid over $70 for the service today. I will never be returning to this car wash!! If you decide to go here you need to make sure you examine the outside and the inside of your car before you. read more

Excellent car wash! Fast, friendly and quality work. I love these guys! Definitely try out their hand car wash and waxing services.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL NOT COVER DAMAGES. Took my car in to have it washed and when it came out it had a flat tire. Upon further inspection I noticed that the valve core inside was completely snapped off, so I couldn't even reinflate my tire. I went to go file a claim to cover the damages that it would cost to have it towed and repaired because this obviously happened from the car wash. The manager George came out and said that it was my fault for not paying for the 60$ hand wash. To which I told him that I have been here previously before and I've never had an issue using the machine, but he still kept saying that it should've been hand washed (despite not a single person telling me that) therefore, they don't cover those types of damages. George claims that the only damage they do cover would be if they were to hit another vehicle, which makes absolutely no sense because how am I liable for damages cause by someone else driving my car. They must've been driving it poorly and don't want to take responsibility, so if you don't want to be stuck paying huge bills over a cheap dollar store car wash then I wouldn't recommend coming here read more

If I could give this business a 0 I would! My family and I have been washing our cars here for a while to the point where we got the loyalty car wash, a few days ago I went in to cash out my free car wash and get cash back, guess I should've kept my receipt because they charged me $41 and then when I called, the manager said there was nothing he could do if I didn't have my receipt and that he had to "check the cameras" and would call me back like are you kidding me? How would I know about the stupid card if I didn't have it? It was your employees fault for not giving me the card back. Horrible service and a horrible way to treat your customers. I will never ever come back to this business, they are untrustworthy. read more

What is with these 1 star reviews, people? I have been a customer since the 90's (with a ten year gap) and have never gotten less than a stellar wash. Maybe it's because I don't let my car go super long without a wash. idk. But I am happy every time I pick it up - it shines, and smells good inside despite having dogs. The wait isn't any longer here than anywhere else. All the employees do their jobs well and are friendly. Just...idgi. Tip: there is a restaurant in the strip mall (next to Our Lady of the Lake) called Pangea - Greek/Italian. The food is great quality and the service is good and fast. It's a nice treat for yourself while waiting for your car ;) read more

Been using this place for years. Today one of the workers stole a phone adapter out of my car. I know because you literally have to unplug it to take it out. They offered me two free carwash... but it's the principle and the pettiness that has me angry. To add insult to injury the cashier and general manager are completely shielding me from contacting the owner so I can voice this. Done with them. They will steal!!! read more

The outside of the car wash was very nice. We got the works package for $36, I think it was. But we were really disappointed with the quality of the interior cleaning. They only wipe down with a wet cloth. No shine at all, no windex on windows. Everything was still dusty inside. The leather seats didn't even looked wiped down or vacuumed. The floors did look vacuumed well. I believe any of their add on interior packages started at $70. We're new to the area from San Diego. Every car wash we used there wipes down with armorall and cleans the windows and mirrors for the price range of $35-40. So we were disappointed to have to come home and wipe down the inside and clean the windows and mirrors ourselves after paying and tipping. I wouldn't recommend. read more
