We had a great experience at this car wash. We took both our cars here, and they treated it with care and detail. The process was smooth, they were busy didn't wait too long. They have amazing deals throughout the week and a punch card. I'm a sucker for a great weekly deals and rewards for coming back. Considering the cost of car washes and you have to vacuum yourself, it's worth spending a couple dollars more to have professionals do it for you. Had our Dually hand washed & waxed, wheels cleaned, and inside wiped down. Took about 45 minutes. Staff was friendly and did a great job on my vehicle. They have a pretty big waiting area inside, and a little store where you can buy all kinds of car accessories, snacks, and even greeting cards. There is a window where you can watch the cars getting cleaned. No complaints here. Good work for the money paid. read more

Car was is cheap and trashy. Front service when you get there was fast to rush you after having question about there services. They even gave me the wrong wash. I asked for the top bundle and they gave me the lowest. Thats what happens when your workers are inpatient. Car wasn't even cleaned. I could've took it to quick quack wash if i just wanted to go through an outdated car wash. It still left residue on the car from water. The inside was even worst. I admit the car I brought was really dirty, but they didn't even try. They didn't vacuum or wipe down the doors. Instead they said it was out if there reach since it was too expensive for them. Believe the bad reviews! I recently was at this car wash and witnessed a customer complaining about damages that incurred to her car. I overheard their conflict and the staff seemed very dismissive, short and rude towards her. Perhaps because she was female, but staff handled the situation very unprofessionally. I have been to this place for a few times but from what I witnessed, I don't want to risk anything similar in the future and especially won't support a business that conducts customer service like that. Upon further research, I found that they have a bad reputation with other customers and have caused damages that they are unwilling to take responsibility for. I brought my car by the other day for "the works" wash. While the price seemed fair and the customer service was great. The car wash itself was terrible. Barely vacuumed the inside the car and damaged the rear quarter panel before the tire. I asked the guy that was doing the final wipe down why it was still dirty. He stated that it might be "paint overspray or road tar". It was until I went to the mall and checked it out in greater detail. They washed my car and it sat for 15-20 minutes before I finally had to go and get my keys and drive away with water spots and bugs still all over the front. My sister recommended this car wash I WAS not satisfied my car was not fully vacuumed, interior wasn't properly wiped down for $36 I could have done this job myself. I still had makeup on my steering wheel, water stains on my door handle from the rain last night. The car has scratches on the hood and passenger side. I was very disappointed I called and spoke with Miguel the manager. He was very professional and wanted me to come right back. He acknowledge the interior and vacuum not properly done and also seen the scratches although he said the machine couldn't have done it because it's safe. He drove the car over and buffed the scratches along with redoing the wash and vacuum. I take pride in my vehicle and I'm happy I was able to work with him to get my issues somewhat resolved. I am very disappointed with the service that I received today. This is actually twice now that I've had to come here and ask them to clean my car. The outside looks nice and clean. The inside is disgusting full of dog hair full of dirt. I wiped the dirt off the screens inside of my car with my my hand is completely black. I'm going to post some pictures below because as you can see, they did not clean nor attempt to care what the inside of my car look like, but the most Part is I just paid over $70 for the service today. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL NOT COVER DAMAGES. Took my car in to have it washed and when it came out it had a flat tire. Upon further inspection I noticed that the valve core inside was completely snapped off, so I couldn't even reinflate my tire. I went to go file a claim to cover the damages that it would cost to have it towed and repaired because this obviously happened from the car wash. The manager George came out and said that it was my fault for not paying for the 60$ hand wash. To which I told him that I have been here previously before and I've never had an issue using the machine, but he still kept saying that it should've been hand washed (despite not a single person telling me that) therefore, they don't cover those types of damages. George claims that the only damage they do cover would be if they were to hit another vehicle, which makes absolutely no sense because how am I liable for damages cause by someone else driving my car. They must've been driving it poorly and don't want to take responsibility, so if you don't want to be stuck paying huge bills over a cheap dollar store car wash then I wouldn't recommend coming here read more

My family and I have been washing our cars here for a while to the point where we got the loyalty car wash, a few days ago I went in to cash out my free car wash and get cash back, guess I should've kept my receipt because they charged me $41 and then when I called, the manager said there was nothing he could do if I didn't have my receipt and that he had to "check the cameras" and would call me back like are you kidding me? How would I know about the stupid card if I didn't have it? It was your employees fault for not giving me the card back. Horrible service and a horrible way to treat your customers. What is with these 1 star reviews, people? I have been a customer since the 90's (with a ten year gap) and have never gotten less than a stellar wash. Maybe it's because I don't let my car go super long without a wash. idk. But I am happy every time I pick it up - it shines, and smells good inside despite having dogs. The wait isn't any longer here than anywhere else. All the employees do their jobs well and are friendly. Just...idgi. Tip: there is a restaurant in the strip mall (next to Our Lady of the Lake) called Pangea - Greek/Italian. The food is great quality and the service is good and fast. Been using this place for years. Today one of the workers stole a phone adapter out of my car. I know because you literally have to unplug it to take it out. They offered me two free carwash... but it's the principle and the pettiness that has me angry. The outside of the car wash was very nice. We got the works package for $36, I think it was. But we were really disappointed with the quality of the interior cleaning. They only wipe down with a wet cloth. No shine at all, no windex on windows. Everything was still dusty inside. The leather seats didn't even looked wiped down or vacuumed. The floors did look vacuumed well. I believe any of their add on interior packages started at $70. We're new to the area from San Diego. Every car wash we used there wipes down with armorall and cleans the windows and mirrors for the price range of $35-40. So we were disappointed to have to come home and wipe down the inside and clean the windows and mirrors ourselves after paying and tipping. I wouldn't recommend. read more

After bringing my car here for over a year they misjudge the location of the left side of my vehicle and caused $5,000 in Damages to my car which they completely denied. I had to put this through an insurance claim and I would never ever visit any of their establishments again. They lied to me and told me that the video footage did not show that my vehicle was fine when they first received it. The bottom line is that there's no way the damage to my car was done by a collision.
