LOVE this carwash. I drive a larger black gloss vehicle, so these subscription places don't really work for me with the size and scratch-o-matic spin brushes. 24 hour is awesome. I can wash myself by hand or go through the auto bay with the touch-free option and not worry about scratches. The facilities are all very clean and well-kept, the vacuums are powerful, and the options are incredible. There's even a shaded area for you to pull off and detail to avoid water spots. Another employee came out trying to give me deluxe wash and said No, i wanted my money back taking my buisnes elsewhere l. The worker Started recording me and got mad I would not remove my review. I guess I'll it takes for them to try to fix something is by leaving a bad review. Not professional at all!! Take your buisenes down the street to fallbrook car wash. I experienced a significant loss of water pressure during my wash and reported it to the staff on-site. They mentioned they were working on it to give them 5mins, but my car sat for 30 minutes without resolution. I come here often, but this was frustrating and disappointing. The car wash is great. After I got done, I wanted to vacuum my vehicle. One of the vacuum machine didn't work well. Like the suction of the air. It just took my money. Which it was $2 - $3. I went to the gas station right next to it and ask if they own it. They said no. It's a separate business. There's no signs said not working well? Not a paperwork or anything. I just felt like it scam me. When it was actually my turn to use the vacuum machine. The instruction was terrible. Not even visible for you to see it in front of you. The paperwork was on the side. I went to this location oct 10, after the wash I went to the vending machine to get drying cloth $1 and air freshener 1.25. My drying cloth got stuck at the bottom so I thought if I get the air freshener to fall on top I'll get them since I need both but no my air freshener didn't even fall down it just got stuck ... here comes a guy I believe his item got stuck too because he looked upset and left with nothing I went back tried again I got two clothes and two air fresheners but for some reason got charges $5 two times. when I messaged then through the website they claimed their vending machine doesn't steal money... so I sent a photo of my transactions showing proof of how much I spent and got no response after that. my first time at that location and I was hoping to resolve the situation but nothing. read more

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD TO PAY HERE!!! I went to wash my car here last Monday. I used my card for the wash and for the vacuum because I didn't have enough change. I noticed the charges were pending on my card for several days and just said $5.00 but there were four charges for $5, I figured i would give it a few days to charge the correct amount. I was expecting maybe $30 or $35 dollar for everything (which is still ALOT imo). When I checked my account today the car wash ended up charging me over $90 for a SELF car wash and 20 mins of vacuum time. Needless to say, I am pissed and will never go back to this place. Hands down the best place to wash your car in Fallbrook! We Have a few choices in this town, but Max Car Wash is the only place I'll go to really get my car clean! They have an automatic wash that can use brushes or a brush free touchless wash. I've used both on several occasions and they are amazing! It also has 2 do it yourself bays with pressure washers, foaming brush, presoak, and blowers to dry your car. They also have 5 vacuums that have smell good scents, carpet shampoo, and compressed air. After coming across three or four really lousy drive thru car washes in the North County area I decided to try this one. Keeping expectations in check, I never assume an express wash will come out as good as washing the car in the bays but overall I'm happy with the results. The wash looked well maintained and seemed to be in really good condition. Plenty of soap, the brushes hit every part of the car, and there were two good rinses. The drier got my car mostly dry but I consider it normal to get out and wipe down the few spots the drier missed. Didn't find any residual soap or dirty spots. Considering this whole process took less than ten minutes (it was 6:30 a.m., there was no line) I'm impressed, will definitely be back. read more

The self serve bays are amazing if you wanna do it yourself but if you want a quick wash for a great pice I recommend the automatic. The owner really values his customers and wants to make sure we are all happy. You can choose 3 motor vacuum or 2 Motor and all the different things you can do on there like carpet cleaner, 3 fragrance's, spot removal and air sprayer you get alot out of the vacuum. With any automatic car wash you can pick to get a free vacuum token which is really nice. The token is worth about $2 which gives you about 4 minutes. Seems like the owner has worked very hard on this car wash and I would 100% recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

I took my car through this car wash and immediately noticed it was damaged afterwards so I called staff and they insisted I come back. I set a time to meet back with the manager at 9 AM and she was 45 minutes late because she "slept in". They are insisting no one else complained that day about damage to their vehicles so therefor it's not possible it could have done this. They said they "verified" wheel scrubbers didn't go off / nothing was in the way and all kinds of stuff that I don't believe to be true and they are dodging taking responsibility. Thought I would need the manual method but since the automatic had such a reasonable price I thought that Id give it a shot, and WOW it impressively removed 300 miles worth of central valley bugs!...and left my car looking like new. Christian is always super helpful with any questions I have. They even have a dog wash station so once you're done with your car you can wash your pup! Probably the best do it your self carwashes in San Diego and surrounding areas. When you move the dial to say wax or tire cleaner it switches over instantly. You don't have to worry about something other then what you have picked coming out. Everything is always working and should it not be there is a number you call or text and they will take Care of it ASAP. Also the vacuums are the best around, I have a brand new shop vac at home that I am now extremely disappointed in.
