Love this spot and other than handwashing my ride with my own hands (ain't gonna happen!), you won't find a better wash for your vehicle! It's one of the longest tunnels as I've been to 3-4 locations and some tunnels are half the size. Odd cuz the shorter ones must have less equipment operating yet my car always seems to be just as clean no matter what location I hit. But Oceanside at the 76 and Foussat is my local spot. Attendants are ALWAYS upbeat and positive and willing to help out. I could share some stories but will save you. Just know that they are fantastic with customer service. I even read a few 2 and 1 star reviews and those people still gave kudos to the workers. The other things they got down on them for (faulty equipment, car damage??). I don't know any of that and haven't heard anyone talk about that and I get my ride spruced at least once every 2 weeks and more like once a week! You know how it is. I've got kids too, bro! I usually need the inside more than outside but why not get both when you have the monthly unlimited pass? Wash, rinse and repeat and your whip will never look nasty. The ladies, or dudes, and maybe both, will be stretching their necks as you shoot by. One. "Concern" I have to bring up is the constant issue of non-operable vacuums It seems almost every time I go for a wash, the vacuum is not working -little to zero suction. However I will say that the team is in it as those hoses are typically repaired within a week or so. I think it's a problem that is somewhat out of their control. The problem being too much usage. Came today for a quick wash after work, ended up being an annoying and damaging process to my car. The first run through did not clean it, as there seem to be some misalignment with where my car was, and where the equipment was set up to move. The washers would stop moving halfway across my car. It left the back half of my car untouched and dirty and the front half looking great. I went around and explained this to the very helpful attendant and he set me up for another go through. I came out even soapier the second attempt, see my picture. What's worst is that they have some of the worst potholes I've seen right outside of the car wash exit, and I bottomed out leaving the second time. At this point, I'm annoyed and just ditched the washer to go to the vacuums and their vacuums have terrible suction!! Update: Found out from an employee that the track is damaged and off-alignment and that the bumps that hold cars in place often don't "pop up properly". Go to the location on College off the 78! I tried to call but the phone number loops back to going online. I do love this car wash except today I almost hit the car in front of me. That vehicle was HALF A TUNNEL ahead of me and by the time the foam on my windshield cleared and all the brushes spun past me, I realized I had caught up to them and my roller was still pushing me forward. I braked to not hit them. This happened around 11:40 am on 8-7-25 and I am hoping someone reads this and either contacts me or at least is aware of the issue. I should not have caught up to that vehicle if the automation worked properly. read more

Had to leave the line I was in because an employee was 'working a hard sell' on the customer in front and three cars had gone by in the lane to my left. 2. Black streaks at the back of the white Honda Pilot that I was getting washed. Luckily was able to towel the marks off. 3. Employees are concentrating on Promotional Sales rather than Customer Experience. A. No clean towels at my bay. Walked around till I found some. B. Filthy truck using the vacuum in the drying area next to me; obviously hadn't been washed. C. Apparent by the above two (A & B) , the employees are selling and not providing a service. Hello, it seems like my situation is not all that unique. I only wished I had read the reviews. I probably wouldn't have purchased a membership. Last Friday while getting my truck washed, my truck was damaged quite badly. The hood is dented up windshield cracked across the passenger side, the windshield twisted upward (see pictures). NOT A HAPPY DAY. Immediately after I came through the car washed I notified the attendant, filed a complaint. I received this automated email stating we will get back to you in three business days, well I sent a second request same thing. I stopped by there today, and just so happened the District Manager was at the location. Well, just say I left there feeling worse than ever. I'm thinking, if the DM gets involved I am going to get results. He mentioned one to three business days before I get some reply. I don't think he believes that the brushes could have done the damages that happened to my truck. I take pride in keeping my truck clean, it's a shame that you have to jump over backwards just to get HELP. One thing for sure, I am being charge another month's membership. This location has three lines. One of the lanes was blocked off as it wasn't working. I chose the shortest line to purchase a car wash. Upon purchasing the car wash and attendant came over and told me that this was a members only Lane. He had an attitude and just quickly said do you understand. I was gonna purchase a membership, but decided to only get one car wash to give it a try. If it is a members only Lane it allowed me to purchase one car wash. For the last 3 months I have told management and walked them over to Tire shine machine where you can see it doesn't extend out. It's hard to recommend this place unless you're in dire need of a car wash. The area it's in is completely unsafe. You'll have to be on alert as there's a lot of transients & other types. I too have had the issue where crud on my windshield wasn't removed, along with vacuums that were clogged and not working. It's cheap which is nice. But for Super Star I recommend instead the location on Melrose in Vista. A lot safer and just better overall. read more

In a pattern only a giant brush could make...of course no one was available to give me option to remedy bc it's outside of normal business hours. The car wash and vacuums are not bad, especially for the monthly price. However, the overall experience gets drastically reduced when you factor in the customer service. I got a new car in August and kept my monthly membership while I waited for my new license plates. Once received, I submitted two online requests to have my license changes so I could start getting car washes. I received no email acknowledging my request, so two weeks later, I submitted another request. I still received no email about my request, so I decided to go in person. I went to the car wash at a time when there would be little to no cars waiting to be washed. I was the only car in line, and my new license plate did not work. I waited for someone to come and help, and no one came (even though there was a worker sitting on the ground). I honked my horn, and the worker got up and walked away. I then backed up and went home. I went back the next day and still received no help with the situation. I immediately went home and canceled my membership, so I didn't pay for a 3rd month of no car washes. Again, services are ok, but customer service is in no way helpful. And if you get a new car cancel your membership right away because switching cars is near to impossible. read more

Driving down the 76 freeway you can't miss this car wash. It's a really spacious, clean and nice car wash however it was kind of smelly? My husband and I couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from... but there is a pet store across the street so we're not sure if that's the cause. Anyway, I do appreciate the sun shade parking lot for when we are drying our cars and vacuuming. We went late Thursday morning and there was no lines. I received a free coupon for todays car wash through Facebook. Unfortunately I learned if you open the coupon it expires in 5 minutes so don't open your coupon beforehand. I opened the coupon while we were on the way to make sure it opens... so the employee told me there wasn't anything he could do to fix the coupon or honor it even though I didn't use it. He did offer us to buy a plan but we denied. Then he told me I could try texting a new promotion to get a free car wash and that worked, thank you! The car wash is ok, it gets the job done but don't expect it to be squeaky clean. You still need to put in work rubbing while drying your car. read more

Worst experience at this car wash.. first none of the vacuums were working so I kept moving spots to find one that was working. I found one at the end but it still had no suction so I just started using the rags to scoop out the dirt in my car. I walked around the other side of my car with my two year old in my arms and slipped and fell in a big paint spill that someone had left there. All of the workers were in the office so no one was walking around supervising the place & I got paint all on my shoes that are now ruined also paint all over the hood of my car from when I stood up. I went to get the manager and he was so rude (yelled at us) and did not once say sorry for you falling or for the inconvenience of having paint all over my car or the fact that my son could of been injured from me falling with him in my arms. I asked him what they would do to make up for the situation and he said what you want an ambulance and laughed. They should have noticed the spill it they were doing their jobs or atleast have compassion for the situation instead of getting angry at me. He kept demanding me to move my vehicle but I was scrubbing the paint of my hands and legs so I wouldn't get it in my vehicle. I literally had to throw away my shoes. Customer service does NOT exist for this company! My back windshield wiper broke off during a wash. I had to hunt down an employee for help. I filled out a report in regards to the incident. The report took a while to process and came back that I was responsible and allegedly had my wiper on during the wash. That is something I highly doubt I did. They sent me a vague photo as evidence which did not reflect and actions of my wipers on while in there. So, I fought it and informed them of my intention to cancel if a timely response did not come through. No response was provided at all, so I had to cancel. read more

I typically get my vehicle washed twice a week. Two pieces of equipment in the line do not work and this has been going on for awhile. The brush that does the left side of the vehicle and the left tire brush DO NOT WORK. It's great this area finally got a good high-capacity car wash. It's easy to get to, there are plenty of car bays to pull into (and each bay is larger than the College/Vista Way location). Lots of bums in the area however, and I've seen times when they would venture into the car bay area so watch out. Only issue I have really is the blue towels they put inside each bay are always WET. What good is drying your car with a wet towel?? This makes no sense to me. I've had to resort to buying my own towels (Costco has pack of yellow ultra plush microfiber towels for $15 FYI). read more

They do not deserve any stars. I took my car into their car wash to get it cleaned and their faulty equipment derailed my car and my car was damaged. I was scared, sitting behind my wheel in neutral with no control and all my windows were foamed up and soapy and I couldn't see outside, I couldn't open my door to get out. It felt like a roller coaster, and it went on for several minutes. It took their personnel a long time to finally shut down the equipment. I was honking and screaming, it took again forever for someone to show up and direct me to put my car in Drive and go forward. My car and the truck behind me were both derailed and he hit me from behind causing massive damage to my car. I was irate at their staff not showing any type of sympathy for my pain and suffering and did not even say sorry that I was left in that situation and my car got damaged. This made me more upset after I talked to another lady who was drying her car outside saying her car was also derailed before me. My question is why the staff let the equipment operate and let my car in if there was a derailing problem like this before I entered the car wash. This is unacceptable and the worst part is that the carwash is not taking any responsibility and saying it was the operators' error which is ridiculous and not true. read more

My husband and I have been washing our car here since the day it opened. Today was a horrible experience. The wash stopped and the attendant told my husband to drive forward over bumps and it happened 3 times. Finally we were at the vacuums and I was drying off our wheel covers and the 2 covers on the left side were messed up. My husband went and found someone that worked there and the guy came to look at our wheel covers. My husband was trying to explain to him that we got hung up 3 times. He had my husband fill out a claim form and said it would take 3 to 6 weeks. My husband said "that long?" And he replied do you want it to take longer. My husband then said "vour kinda a smart a-s. Then the assistant manager told my husband to go F..k yourself. So my husband return it back to him and then he brought the manager over and said to get us out of there. The manager was very nice but it is too late. We will not ever go back there. My husband is 75 years old and we are retired and life's too short to be treated in such a rude and unprofessional way.. It's the worst car wash we have ever belonged to. It has been getting worse with the machines not working and the rags they provide are usually dirty. We give it 0 stars read more
