Ummm... I needed a wash for one car but was charged for two. I didn't put my card in the machine nor did I select my wash. The attendant did all of that for me and simply asked which wash I wanted. I thought it was great customer service until I later found out I was charged twice. Did I pay for the car behind me too? I called to get a refund but they need proof. My kids are obsessed with coming here The particular soapy joes on east vista way (across from Costco) is my favorite location. It's newer so the car wash equipment is newer and cleaner. I came late on a Friday evening and just wanted a quick basic wash. The workers were friendly and helpful, and there was no line so we got in immediately. The wash itself was alright, though I feel like didn't take off more than 60% of the dirt spots on my car, and the blow dry at the end was pretty subpar. After I drove off and had tons of water spots on my windshield and side mirrors, which I didn't really like. Also, when I went there was only a few working vacuums, so hopefully the others get fixed soon. On the bright side, this place has the most powerful vacuums I've ever used. Honestly they're almost too powerful, and I wasn't used to handling one so strong. Overall, decent value for a basic wash, though I can't speak to the upgraded washes yet. read more

This place is horrible. The machine left scratches on the car; they did not take responsibility for any of the damage and always blamed the "outside factors" that caused damages to the vehicle even though the vehicle was fine before entering the car wash. Our car's tire was popped, the mudguard was broken, and the tire cover was broken after using their service here; the car was undrivable after, and they said they don't have any towing service or anything to help assist with the situation. Not only that, they couldn't even provide the corporate phone number for customer service but could only file out a paper claim and gave us an email, letting us know that they would respond back to the email after 5-7 days. Great location, even though that intersection stays busy. The female employee this morning did not greet me at all. I was thinking she would try to sell me a membership but not a peep out of her. Okay so first of all, this is probably one of the worst car washes I've ever been to in my entire 53 years of driving! A very rude young man named Jack Oddo, told me that if I wanted to get a membership, I would have to tip him for his services because his job is difficult dealing with people all day???!!!! I've never had to do that at any car wash in my life, I left him a dollar and he says "that's it?" How rude! The machines left scratches all over my entire car and the vacuums barely sucked any of my kids crumbs off the seats. I'm so incredibly disappointed. As soon as my car gets out the wash. Jack exclaims "maam! You forgot your wallet!" As soon as I get out of my car to go grab my belongings, he says "haha sike b****". Super freakin rude. Kids these days should be taught REAL jobs. I've had my membership for a few months now and take my vehicle to this particular location multiple times a month and today wasn't so great. The from left wheel damaged my front left wheel. As my car went onto the carwash track I was able to feel the impact on my wheel. I did fill out their claim form and they will get back to me in 7 days. Went in to surprise my girlfriend with a new car wash. Pulled up at about 15 till close. After conversing and choosing my wash and getting through the wash, it was close to close. I wiped down my car and right when I pulled the vacuum it shut off. It was past close (9:05) at this point however since I had purchased the free vacuum that comes with the wash, I felt entitled to some vacuum time. The girl I talked to went to ask her manager for me and then proceeded to ignore me for 10 minutes, only for my to advocate again and be denied due to "policy". If it were policy, I should've been told I'd have no time to vacuum or for it to shut off at exactly 9. Neither was the case. And for that I say terrible customer service and horrific value if I can get scammed out of $25. Manager didn't care to listen and repeated "policy policy policy". Manually being shut off without warning for a service I paid for. Non apologetic management. Just a terrible experience. read more

Soapy Jone's has new owners. Gone is a car wash that has anyone to dry windows & car that is still wet when you come out of the wash. You go through the car wash in your car and out with no one at the other end. I was expecting some service. Paid for silicon on tires but I don't really know if their machine did it going through the wash. Attendants at the front of the car wash were pleasant enough. Shady shady business. I cancelled on 1/2/24 because they did not honor the black friday deal I originally purchased in November which was $13.50 for the first 3 months. They started charging me $27 the 2nd month. Cancelled and they sent an email confirmation with the last day I could wash. Fast forward to February and they just charged me $27 again. After not honoring their black friday deal, after confirming that i "cancelled" and still charging me a month later. Will never come here again. Make sure you check your bank transactions regularly so this does not happen to you with this shady buisness practice. I have pictures and emails to prove it.
