I was the 2nd person in line today, yet my car sat for over 20 minutes while they washed about 6 other cars that had come in after me. This place is great. Every time I have been here they do an excellent job. I have a big SUV and it was really dirty inside and out. Took it in and even the basic wash they spent about 30 minutes on it. They vacuumed it wonderfully, hand washed it and then detailed it so nice on the inside, incredible for $29.95. read more

I was excited to find Fallbrook Car Wash, which offered a hand wash for a very reasonable price (no swirl marks from the machine washers on my brand new car!). Very dissatisfied in this place. As being a Fallbrook resident and wanting to support local business vs big chain car washes I continually go here as much to fill up there loyalty car wash incentive. Today I took my dusty SUV in for a basic car wash. I guess a basic car wash doesn't include washing the wheels and tires at all. They simply just spray water on them and call it good. I didn't pay for the tire dressing application so I didn't expect that all. I spoke to the manager and he simply said not included in the basic car wash. So after paying $24 and a tip I had to wash wheels and tires myself. No thanks. For $29 I'll just do it myself. read more

We have been going to the Fallbrook car wash for many years and they have always done a great job.

Took my car to Fallbrook Car wash and when they were finished I had a cracked windshield almost from the top to the bottom. I told the manager and he said that it may be when a hot windshield is hit with cold water it cracks. I looked on my dashboard and told him that it was 75 degrees. He then said that a chip from a stone may have caused it, bit we couldn't find one close to the crack. He then said to give him my contact info and Rick would call me. After a few days I called them and Rick was there. He said that he would check the video and call me. After a week and a couple calls from me Rick has not responded. The repairs cost $2,400. Insurance covered all but $500 and my agent said that it would increase my renewal. I can only assume that the video showed them damaging my window. The quality of the car wash wasn't very good. read more

I've taken my car here before but today was the last time I will do that. I got there at about 2:00 PM on a Saturday and asked if I could get the car detailed. They were very busy and I was told they couldn't detail my car but offered a full service for $130 which included wash, vacuum, interior and exterior surfaces cleaned as well as tire dressing. I was told it would take about two hours to finish. I took a walk and came back about 45 minutes later to find my car was "finished". I was a bit skeptical that a very thorough job had been done in such a short amount of time. When I got the car home and decided to do some of the finer detailing myself, my concerns were validated. Parts of the car appeared to not have been washed at all and those that were seemed to have been done haphazardly. The prices are pretty good, if you actually got everything you paid for. They didn't wipe down my dashboard. They didn't wipe down my doors. They didn't wipe down the console. There are still crumbs all over the place. I actually called them over to do the doors but didn't notice the rest of it until I was driving away. I definitely will not be back. I was charged $29 for a hand car wash and when I got home, I had to go back and wipe my car down because they missed a lot of dirt didn't vacuum my cupholders didn't wipe my seats down. This is why I didn't tip. They have a dollar military discount and charge 3% to use your debit card. Never going back read more

First of all this business says its 100% Hand wash. When is using a brush on the paint of my car ok? if i wanted a brush wash i would go to Soapy Joes. There is no Management there. Just called to ask if they can do a detail service on two cars(shampoo carpets, etc.) at 2:50 p.m. A gentleman mentioned some thing about them not taking cars after 430 but they would take us right on in. my understanding, we were going in for two detail services. Pull in gentleman says it's going to take 2+ hours for add on carpet clean and if we wanted that type of service it would be a five hour job. That's not why I'm upset. Totally understand that. They wouldn't have enough time to do a full detail service even though I called and they said they could I just did a basic hand wash and they said that they would discount me that service if I come back tomorrow and decide I'd rather get the full service, but it looks like they didn't even touch my center consul. I can't imagine if I had paid all that money for a detail service and I still see sauce on my center consul. So disappointed read more

They're always courteous and willing to do extra to get the smashed bugs off the windows and any spots that might have been missed - all with a smile usually. So, apparently they don't like money. If you come in 30 mins prior to closing they will not detail your car. If you get a basic cleaning you will get a half assed job. I will say I'm quite disappointed, my first experience with this business was great. You're probably better off rinsing your car and wiping it down yourself. They do have very good ease of access and pay. I think I probably lucked out with today's crew. However it shouldn't be like that. read more

A solid car wash. Bought the 17 dollar was and was completely satisfied with the wash. They did a great job on the inside and outside and had a nice place to sit and wait in the shade. Very slow and a long wait. The waiting area is small and masks were not being worn by other customers. Fortunately the employee who drove our truck to be washed wore a mask and gloves...other employees did not. I've attempted to use these services on three separate occasions and unfortunately never had my car cleaned by Fallbrook Car wash. So I give three stars for the service and hours of operation. I came at a time where they were busy but I was willing to wait. There was one employee vacuuming three cars??? Why? This was not working obviously because the three cars were being vacuumed for over 15 minutes but I waited.... another car pulls up next to me as well she was only there 2 mins and when a spot opened the worker waived her in.... all I ask for better business practices is be VIGILANT of whom was in line first. After waiting to even be acknowledged for 20-25 minutes I just drove off. On two other occasions around 1pm ish I drive up and their closed?? Not sure why?? But it was within the hours of operation. For being the only place in town that is a working car wash joint they could be making way more money and keeping all consumers going to them if they made a great first impression. Took our 2018 car there that I normally wash myself to avoid improper washing that causes scratches and swirls. After this one wash I now have scratches on almost every panel of the car. While they were "drying" the car they left all of their dirty rags sitting on the hood. These are the same rags they have been using for hours on the cars before ours. I've taken my car here a few times, I should know better by now. I feel that every time I take my car I do it to give them another chance but this was the tip of the iceberg. They offer 3 types of wash and one would think that getting the expensive of the 3 would mean a better wash but absolutely not. I find that the super wash is just as bad as a hand wash. When told the car was finished I noticed the tires hadn't even been touched and there were bugs all over the front of the car.
