1 STAR -- Extremely Frustrating Experience My husband and I have been monthly members here, paying $61.99 every month for two vehicles. On August 5, I came in for a wash and an employee told me that our monthly payment had not gone through. They asked me to provide a new credit card to update the payment method. I gave them my card, they processed it, and I was able to get my car washed that day. I had every reason to believe our membership payment had been updated correctly. Then today, August 11, I came back for another wash. The gate would not open, and an employee told me that my membership payment was past due. I explained that I had JUST been there on August 5 and had already given their employee a new card specifically because they told me my membership payment had failed. After checking, the employee told me that the charge on August 5 had apparently been processed as a SINGLE WASH instead of toward my membership. How is that my responsibility? I did exactly what THEIR employee instructed me to do. I provided my card because I was specifically told it was needed to update my membership payment. If their employee processed the transaction incorrectly, the business should fix it -- not make the customer pay again and then tell the customer to call a service center to chase down a refund. To make matters worse, when we tried calling, it was nearly impossible to reach an actual person. We were stuck dealing with an automated phone system for a problem that we did not create. This entire experience was an unnecessary waste of my time and incredibly poor customer service. A company should not make customers financially responsible for mistakes made by its own employees. We have been paying $61.99 every month for two cars, but after this experience, we will NOT continue our membership. There are hand-wash places nearby charging around $30 that actually vacuum and wipe down the vehicle. For a basic exterior wash, I can go to a gas station for around $12. I see absolutely no reason to keep paying for a monthly membership here when the billing is handled this poorly and customers are expected to fix the company's mistakes themselves. If you have a membership here, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS AND TRANSACTION HISTORY carefully. They didn't just lose one customer today -- they lost TWO monthly memberships. I had a bad experience at another location before, so I was honestly pretty uncomfortable trying a different one. Last time, I literally had a brush get stuck inside part of my car, and they also messed up areas around the body and mirrors. This location completely changed my opinion though. They handled my car carefully, didn't leave any scratches, didn't damage my mirrors, and most importantly didn't mess up my red paint at all. My car came out clean and in perfect condition. Huge difference compared to my previous experience. Definitely appreciate the extra care they took here. I may try it again sometime as a frequent car wash user. Maybe a membership if I get comfortable enough. read more

Everything is right about this place! The staff is super-friendly and accommodating. The equipment is well maintained and top quality. Plenty of towels to dry, and good vacuums. We have the monthly plan that is in the low $20's and it serves us well. A new Popeyes is going in next door so that is another Benny...get chicken and wash car! read more

They allow you to use micro fiber towel to drynoff your vehicle l, you have access to air if you want to blow the water out between the body lines. They also have vacuums in the space provided under the covered area where you can dry off you vehicle. They have a few different monthly packages to meet your needs to have a clean vehicle. Good car wash! Until you run into a problem. Employee didn't direct our car until last minute causing our tire to pop. We witnessed that same employee kicking the track back into place behind us. We filed a claim thinking they would cover the expenses, just for them to get back to us claiming our tire never made contact on the footage. I requested the footage and of course they denied. 39 dollars a month, per car, so quick to charge but hesitant to actually care about their customers. Shitty customer care And to respond to your comment- Tire before wash = perfectly fine. Tire after wash = not fine. My Tesla notified me of the tire being popped right after. we couldn't even make it out of the wash itself. How is that not your washes fault if my tire was perfect prior to your wash. Anyways, whatever me and my entire family are canceling our membership with you. -117 a month for you when you could have covered my 80 dollar repair. Have a nice day ! read more

On Thursday, May 1st, I visited Quick Quack with the intention of trying the car wash and vacuum services because I was short on time. Unfortunately, the attendant at the entrance repeatedly pushed a membership even after I said "no" multiple times, which felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. I paid for the highest package, expecting a premium wash, but the car came out still very wet. I tried using the air at two separate vacuum stations to blow off the water and prevent water spots, but the air pressure was so weak it was ineffective and wasted my time. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in both the customer service and the quality of the wash, especially given the price I paid. Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash down on Los Almos has the dryers and the soft cloth at the end of the wash to insure your vehicle is dried well. Jimmy's is also $5-8 cheaper for a membership. Full disclosure I am not a member at either or. I normally wash my vehicles by hand. I don't mind taking the cars to the wash if I'm running short on time... which is what an automatic car wash is designed for. On this day Jimmy's system was having a connection issue. I paid $25 for the best wash and was immediately refunded. This is what caused me to try Quick Quack. Plus my daughter's school is a few blocks away (Shevila Middle). This review is to help anyone deciding to go get their car wash that if they want to spend a lot of money to be aggressively harassed for a membership sale and a up sale and have a poor wash to go here. If you want a friendly interaction with a good quality wash go check out Jimmy's where they give you free air fresheners and don't push anything on you. Extremely unhappy, took my wife's car for the first time to this location, which I have been going to for over a year and had a membership. After exiting the wash, noticed the driver side passenger window trim was missing, called an employee and the trim was found inside the wash, scratched, broken clips and scraped. She provide an incident report, and they emailed me a week later saying they aren't at fault, when I tried to contact the manager, he stated he would call back and never did. This car wash could be awesome unfortunately they aren't. The towels are rarely stocked. They say they don't have the staff to wash clean towels. They also close off an entire row of stalls so no one can dry their vehicles or vacuum their car after washing. This has been an issue for months now. I'm tired of purchasing an expensive membership only to have no towels or way to vacuum my car. read more

The wash made the molding of my car come off, and instead of taking responsibility they blamed my car. As soon as I left the wash, I parked and pointed it out to them. They admitted to the damage happening in their wash in their follow up email, but instead of making the situation right, they said it was because of my car and the age of it. Basically they don't care if they damage your vehicle and if your car is older than 5 years old don't use this wash because they will damage it and say they won't cover it. All they try to do is sell you their membership to a very low quality wash. Waste of money. There are so many other options in this town. Avoid this one. BEWARE! The car wash left small pressure dents on my hood and roof. Noticed it immediately after exiting wash and drying my car. Immediately reported it, they took pictures and I Filled out an incident report, no manager was on site. Went back 3 more times to try to speak to manager, was never in. Staff said they didn't know manager schedule. Finally spoke to Assistant Manager who said I should hear from corporate. Told me they are slow and have many reports but will reply. Never heard back from anyone. Not an email, call or any communication whatsoever. 100% lack of responsibility or customer service! Not worth the risk of damage to your car considering their complete lack of accountability. Their wash can damage your vehicle and if it does, you're left high and dry!!! I paid $23 for a car wash that literally just wet my car. It was still completely and unable to see out of my windows still. It basically just smeared the dirt around and didn't clean my car at all. Also if you use this car wash, bring towels to dry. They never have any towels available to try and you'll end up leaving with your car dripping water. read more
