I had a bad experience at another location before, so I was honestly pretty uncomfortable trying a different one. Last time, I literally had a brush get stuck inside part of my car, and they also messed up areas around the body and mirrors. This location completely changed my opinion though. They handled my car carefully, didn't leave any scratches, didn't damage my mirrors, and most importantly didn't mess up my red paint at all. My car came out clean and in perfect condition. Huge difference compared to my previous experience. Definitely appreciate the extra care they took here. I may try it again sometime as a frequent car wash user. On Thursday, May 1st, I visited Quick Quack with the intention of trying the car wash and vacuum services because I was short on time. Unfortunately, the attendant at the entrance repeatedly pushed a membership even after I said "no" multiple times, which felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. I paid for the highest package, expecting a premium wash, but the car came out still very wet. I tried using the air at two separate vacuum stations to blow off the water and prevent water spots, but the air pressure was so weak it was ineffective and wasted my time. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in both the customer service and the quality of the wash, especially given the price I paid. Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash down on Los Almos has the dryers and the soft cloth at the end of the wash to insure your vehicle is dried well. Jimmy's is also $5-8 cheaper for a membership. Full disclosure I am not a member at either or. I normally wash my vehicles by hand. I don't mind taking the cars to the wash if I'm running short on time... which is what an automatic car wash is designed for. On this day Jimmy's system was having a connection issue. I paid $25 for the best wash and was immediately refunded. This is what caused me to try Quick Quack. Plus my daughter's school is a few blocks away (Shevila Middle). This review is to help anyone deciding to go get their car wash that if they want to spend a lot of money to be aggressively harassed for a membership sale and a up sale and have a poor wash to go here. If you want a friendly interaction with a good quality wash go check out Jimmy's where they give you free air fresheners and don't push anything on you. The wash made the molding of my car come off, and instead of taking responsibility they blamed my car. As soon as I left the wash, I parked and pointed it out to them. They admitted to the damage happening in their wash in their follow up email, but instead of making the situation right, they said it was because of my car and the age of it. Basically they don't care if they damage your vehicle and if your car is older than 5 years old don't use this wash because they will damage it and say they won't cover it. All they try to do is sell you their membership to a very low quality wash. Waste of money. There are so many other options in this town. Avoid this one. BEWARE! The car wash left small pressure dents on my hood and roof. Noticed it immediately after exiting wash and drying my car. Immediately reported it, they took pictures and I Filled out an incident report, no manager was on site. Went back 3 more times to try to speak to manager, was never in. Staff said they didn't know manager schedule. Finally spoke to Assistant Manager who said I should hear from corporate. Told me they are slow and have many reports but will reply. Never heard back from anyone. Not an email, call or any communication whatsoever. 100% lack of responsibility or customer service! Not worth the risk of damage to your car considering their complete lack of accountability. Their wash can damage your vehicle and if it does, you're left high and dry!!! I have been coming to quick quack for a few years now and I have always had a good experience. Recently there is someone working at this location by the name of Casey who is incredibly rude, does not know how to properly guide you through the wash & rolls his eyes repeatedly and raises his voice at you if you can't line up your tires properly. Mind you, I have never had an issue before. Even if some do have an issue it is incredibly discouraging and rude for an employee to roll their eyes at a paying customer. It makes me very uncomfortable to even come back now. read more

People: Very friendly Quality: lacking. Leaves brush marks on my truck and water spots EVERY time. So far, every quick quack I've been to has been the same. Value: Good value because I can go to ANY quick quack. Overall, I would say their quality of wash is not as good as their competitors but the value and convenience is decent. If they can make the wash actually wash with a spot free rinse that would be great. I've also never been through a dryer at the end of the wash that I can hear denting my roof. I just left this car wash, and while almost finished with the wash in the drying process something "spat out" and hit my windshield. Sounded like if you were driving behind a large semi- on the freeway and a bunch of gravel came flying at your car. When I came to dry the outside with the towels, I noticed a bunch of little nicks in my windshield. Very unfortunate. The workers are very nice and we filled out an incident report, might have been a one time accident, but it's unfortunate for my new car. Wouldn't recommend, I'd stick to the self serve car washes. read more

I don't pay a membership to smell weed and listen to rap music while I'm drying and vacuuming my car. There was a young kid who thought it was appropriate to light up and blast rap music while he was cleaning his car for an excessive amount of time, in a handicap spot nonetheless (showing no signs of a handicap placard or sticker). He was there before I got there and was still there after I left. I thought the multiple employees who passed by him would tell him not to smoke in a public place or to turn his music down but all they did was nod in his direction in acceptance as if this is a normal routine for him, or maybe he worked there? Either way I will do my best to avoid this particular car wash and the employees blatant disrespect for others. The fact that the business does not find this behavior disruptive or rude to their paying customers blows my mind. Not the type of establishment I want to do business with. read more
