Have been here a few times this last time I got the pipeline and noticed when I got into my car the mats were all dirty. Did this one not come with vacuuming? I went on their website and saw that the pipeline didn't fact include vacuuming why are all my four mats still dirty will have to upload picture and share. Definitely don't think it's worth $30. Wanted to get a nice carwash today. Usually I go thru the "stay in your car drive thru carwash." I asked the guy checking vehicles in if they can focus on getting the dog hair in the back. He says "whatever comes off... comes off." Wow! Nicely, I asked, can you just do your best? So I went in to pay & greeted the gal. She was already sounding sour so when she asked if I wanted cash back for tip... I said no. The look on that face. I didn't volunteer that I already had cash on me. After paying ... They charge $85 for what they say is a quick interior which I don't even understand how the how quick interior is $85 and on top of that they do not include the cleaning of the mats. Only reason I went to this place was because of the convenience of distance close to my job and I had a lunch break to do so but I usually use a mobile car wash and he is amazing and now I know why these mobile car washes are taking all these businesses money. I love this place they never disappoint! I was pretty shocked to see the other reviews but let me tell you something, you get what you pay for. I have a 2 year old who sits in the back and my rav4 turns into a tornado back there and it's just one toddler back there. This place and workers do such an amazing job getting everything CLEAN! I PAY for an interior detail with seat cleaning. I see comments saying "don't waste your $29!" Haha well that's what you paid for was just a vacuum and wipe down lol. They expect detail work with just a vacuum and wipe down. Haha people are so silly. My car always looks like a brand new car when they are done with it and I can't be more thankful for them. Yes, I have custom detail taste on an express car wash budget, but if I pay extra to have the cup holders cleaned, they shouldn't look like this after my service is complete. And it's safe to say they didn't even bother wiping off the dashboard, let alone use any product on it. This place gets my car cleaner than other drive thru car washes, but it's still a struggle to not get what I paid for. I never leave reviews but this was honestly one of the worst car washes I've ever done. I paid for the pipeline and essentially got an outside and a quick vacuum. There was still plenty that was not vacuumed that I had to get with my own hands and nothing was wiped down besides the cup holders in the center counsel. I'm literally shocked that anyone could feel good about the job they did with this. And then when I called ten minutes after I actually took a look I was told they closed at 3:40pm but I could bring it back tomorrow to fix whatever they didn't do. I took my 3 car seats out for this so that won't be happening. I could have gone to quick quack and done a better job honestly. So disappointing. I have leather seats so I would easily be able to tell if there was even an attempt to a wipe down, but there clearly was not. I know it won't be spotless and maybe some things would be difficult to get out without a detail, but come on. There were candy wrappers and popcorn pieces my kids left and were still waiting for me in the passenger seat as soon as I got in. THEY LOST MY CAR KEY! Prices have gone up here, but the place has gotten worse over the years. I went on September 27, 2024 for a pipeline car wash. Everything was good until I was getting in my car and I couldn't find the keys. The employees there tried to say that I had the keys and I said no I left him in the cupholder. After making me look, the manager looked at the camera footage and turns out that they gave my key to the car in front of me and that person took off so I was waiting there and they asked about his spare key. I said no, I'm not paying for no spare key. It was not my fault. The person who took my keys, came back one hour later, but it was an inconvenience for me and so unprofessional. All they did was give me a free car wash for the following one. They didn't even refund me for that day. This place is a joke. Don't go here. read more

As you can clearly see from the receipt I request NONE to air freshener. Upon entering my car after the wash - I was hit in the nose with an air freshener nightmare stench of possibly cherry ... Asked for assistance in getting the smell out - what I got was an argument that the "manager" (really just a dude who didn't have a name tag or introduce himself) couldn't smell anything in my car .... I just bought a new car so all I wanted was the outside washed, they didn't put tire shine even though I told the guy who gave me the ticket to charge me for it, but the two guys that dried it said I had to go pay for it because I wasn't charged. Poor customer service. Owner could care less about customers. I have been coming to this wash for years and finally had a last straw. Several incidents at this carwash over the years have lost my business for good. I recently had a large scratch on my car (BMW 335i) that I didn't see prior to bringing my car in for a wash. I spoke with the manager on duty and he was no help and took my info so the owner could contact me. A month later still no response. Another incident happened when they were cleaning the interior. Some how a penny got lodged in my power outlet and shorted out my fuse. I had my car charger in the outlet to begin with, so there was no reason for them to even touch this or wipe the area where my change sits. Just the way this place handles customers is very poor. Run Forest Run-- run from Offshore Auto Spa!!! If I could give 0 stars I would !!! I took my 2018 4Runner to Offshore Auto Spa for a wash and vacuum on Saturday. When I picked up my 4Runner I noticed a large scratch on the bumper (no the scratch was not there prior to the wash). The scratch was so deep it now a black mark. I didn't leave the wash, pulled my car around to the front. Went in and asked for a manager. He came out looked at the mark, returned to his office and watched the video of my 4Runner being vacuumed and dried. He responded with "it didn't happen here" No accountability! No I'm sorry! No let me see what I can do! So NO I won't be returning. SAVE YOUR MONEY & SAVE YOUR CAR!! Here you get what you pay for... no more. I like to go to this car wash because it Is fast, they have alot of employees. They also have alot of chairs for the customers, you don't have to stand around and wait. It is also located in a very busy shopping area, so you have many options of what to do while your care gets washed. They also have the store right next door so you can buy drinks or snacks. I say you get what you pay for... because it is true. If you purchase any of the car wash options... your seats and interior will only be wiped down, not cleaned. So if they have anything on them, it will still be there when they are done. I have leather seats in my vehicle and was told I have to pay an extra $70 for my seats to be cleaned. read more

What bothered me is that you can tell by the reactions from the staff, there are common occurrences and unanswered exiting issues within their wash process. Long story short, on the handful of times I've gone to the wash Ive experienced the same issues over and over again in that the most expensive wash they offer doesn't actually wash very well and leaves spots on my car completely dirty. When you bring up these issues to staff it's like they have a built in generic response as if they hear these complaints all the time. Although there was some friendly staff that try to make the experience worth the visit...other members of the staff are clearly there to get a check, do their 8 hours and leave. read more

BOLO for floor mats with legs! It's a car wash that lacks attention to detail. My wife and I have used this establishment's services for a while now. It's close and convenient, but inspection is required before you tip and depart. My last three visits to include today, I had to point out my child's finger prints still on that back window after they signaled me that they are done. Today after departing, I went to a grocery store, purchased items, and realized my back floor mats were gone ( less than a 30 min window). I called and all they could say was my service (pipeline) did not include floor mat cleaning....HELLO! you removed my mats to vacuum my vehicle. The front are attached to the floor and the back one were not. I guess the back floor mats made a run for it! BOLO for floor mats possibly waking on the 215. At the end of that day, I lacked attention to detail for not noticing my floor mats walked away on this establishment's watch. No worries, I will never spend a dime here again! I give it one star for the service received and for the price paid. I dropped off the car for the complete detail which included everything shown in the pictures I have provided. I figured since I needed water spots removed I would get the complete detail and for being a member it gave me about a $20 discount.. not bad right...wrong! Pro: The water spots were removed. Cons: the front of the car still had dead bugs hanging in the front, around the license plate and fog lights. It's obvious they didn't do the full wax as swirls of wax were left on the car. They only conditioned the interior by swiped the sponge on half of the interior (see photos) and the most obvious that would be noticed is how they conditioned the dash ..yes half azz done! Not to mention the dash around the gages (see photos) definitely not worth the price! When I got a call to pick up the car the seats were still wet, I put my own carpets back into the vehicle as I noticed they were missing right before I entered the car to drive away. Oh and the carpets were also wet! The back seats were not shampooed either. I left a small pink rubber to see if they cleaned them and it was still there when I got home. The custom sunshade for my car was removed. I called 2 days later and the guy on the phone was a Complete jerk with comments like "I don't know, I haven't see it, you can come and look". The day i drove there I called again and the young women at the counter was more pleasant! There is clearly no oversight on the work being done there. If your looking for a good Detail Service for your cars save your money don't go here. Your better off supporting a local high school car wash fundraiser then throwing away your money at this place. read more

Not only did they scratch the paint on my car by yanking my half-hidden under the hood windshield wipers up (thereby scratching the arm against the edge of the hood), they didn't even clean it properly. I've gotten my car washed here several times over the years and I've been pretty satisfied. Lately I feel like the quality and care isn't quite as good as it used to be. The last few times I've been here, it appears that a woman has done all the work on my car, but when it's done she gives the keys to one of the men and they collect the claim check and tips. At first I thought maybe they pooled their tips, but the last time the man who gave me my keys put the tip right into his own wallet. Bought a brand new shiny truck and did a bit of off-roading over the weekend. There was mud and dirt on the under carriage and in the wheel wells. I went here because I figured if give them a try. I chose the package thay included the under carriage, wheels, outside trim, inside trim, blow gun dry and tire dressing. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but let's see how they do. We'll I watched the truck go through the wash and exit and saw a person working on it. After about 5 minutes the person left and it was just sitting there. They hadn't waved or honked to let me k ow they were done so I figured they were waiting for another person to finish it up. We about ten minutes after that a guy got in and mover it over near the gas pumps at the shell station. I had to walk over and ask if it was fi ished and he said yes and tossed the key at me and had a guy walk me over. Upon inspection the wheel wells were not clean, windows were streaked, water streaks were running down from the mirrors, water spots all over the hood and roof, soad still swishing around in the bed, the interior was not cleaned and still had dirt on the floor mats, floor mats were taken out and not put back in properly, and the dash still had dust on it. I tried to explain this to the guy I tipped $10 to, but there was a strong language barrier and he just walked off. Needless to say I'm over thos place and won't be back.
