    Wanted to get a nice carwash today. Usually I go thru the "stay in your car drive thru carwash." I asked the guy checking vehicles in if they can focus on getting the dog hair in the back. He says "whatever comes off... comes off." Wow! Nicely, I asked, can you just do your best? So I went in to pay & greeted the gal. She was already sounding sour so when she asked if I wanted cash back for tip... I said no. The look on that face. I didn't volunteer that I already had cash on me. After paying ... I told her to have a good day. I hope she feels better. She definitely sounded much nicer to the other patrons after me. Couldn't help but observe that. Hey manager, you might want to double-check your staff & maybe invest in a customer service refresher course for them.

    This place is a joke and will charge you on anything they can! They charge $85 for what they say is a quick interior which I don't even understand how the how quick interior is $85 and on top of that they do not include the cleaning of the mats. Only reason I went to this place was because of the convenience of distance close to my job and I had a lunch break to do so but I usually use a mobile car wash and he is amazing and now I know why these mobile car washes are taking all these businesses money. Don't waste your time or money coming here save yourself the disappointment and get yourself a mobile car wash guy. I will never bring my car here again.!

    I love this place they never disappoint! I was pretty shocked to see the other reviews but let me tell you something, you get what you pay for. I have a 2 year old who sits in the back and my rav4 turns into a tornado back there and it's just one toddler back there. This place and workers do such an amazing job getting everything CLEAN! I PAY for an interior detail with seat cleaning. I see comments saying "don't waste your $29!" Haha well that's what you paid for was just a vacuum and wipe down lol. They expect detail work with just a vacuum and wipe down. Haha people are so silly. My car always looks like a brand new car when they are done with it and I can't be more thankful for them. Unlike others, I do recommend this place to anyone who needs a deep clean inside and out. They even went as far as cleaning my son's car seat Oh! And they cleaned my mats too for my full interior detail ;)

    Bad quality !! Paid for interior wiping and vacuuming and you can tell it was not done correctly . Waste of $29

    Dirty dashboard

    Yes, I have custom detail taste on an express car wash budget, but if I pay extra to have the cup holders cleaned, they shouldn't look like this after my service is complete. And it's safe to say they didn't even bother wiping off the dashboard, let alone use any product on it. This place gets my car cleaner than other drive thru car washes, but it's still a struggle to not get what I paid for. Additionally, I've attempted to give them my business multiple times during their posted daily hours, but they were closed up tight.

    I never leave reviews but this was honestly one of the worst car washes I've ever done. I paid for the pipeline and essentially got an outside and a quick vacuum. There was still plenty that was not vacuumed that I had to get with my own hands and nothing was wiped down besides the cup holders in the center counsel. I'm literally shocked that anyone could feel good about the job they did with this. And then when I called ten minutes after I actually took a look I was told they closed at 3:40pm but I could bring it back tomorrow to fix whatever they didn't do. I took my 3 car seats out for this so that won't be happening. I could have gone to quick quack and done a better job honestly. So disappointing. I have leather seats so I would easily be able to tell if there was even an attempt to a wipe down, but there clearly was not. I know it won't be spotless and maybe some things would be difficult to get out without a detail, but come on. There were candy wrappers and popcorn pieces my kids left and were still waiting for me in the passenger seat as soon as I got in. I wish I would have taken a picture but I threw those pieces away thinking it was just a simple mistake and I didn't have to overreact to that, but wow. That was just the beginning.

    What ever you do DON'T use Offshore Auto Spa. I have been a customer for 10 years and last year in my Birthday they told me I was out of luck even though they were closed due to COVID. This year we'll it's 3 days before and 3 days after, even though it had always been a week before or a week after. Very disappointing and the manager was rude when I tried to speak to him about it. All you need to do is to see their reviews over the past 4-5 years. They have always had plenty of employees and unfortunately their two long time managers lost their lives to COVID last year. Time for a major review of their business practices. Seems like I'm not alone in my experiences.

    As you can clearly see from the receipt I request NONE to air freshener. Upon entering my car after the wash - I was hit in the nose with an air freshener nightmare stench of possibly cherry ... Asked for assistance in getting the smell out - what I got was an argument that the "manager" (really just a dude who didn't have a name tag or introduce himself) couldn't smell anything in my car .... I said "so we are going to argue over if you can or cannot smell something when all I want to know is how to get it out ASAP .... he could care less about what I was saying .... do you get so many complaints and people asking for something for free that you couldn't even LISTEN to me .... I didn't want anything - the car is clean - you just made my car stink and I'll have headaches for days now..... thanks for that. Take my lifetime VIP status and shove it in your stinky air freshener bottle and stick it where the sun don't shine - I mean that's basically what your employee said (or didn't say) ..... I. Didn't. Want. Something. For. Free.

    Don't even worry about the big water dripping down just look at the dirty window

The only reason I gave them four stars is because it is pretty expensive, but I know that's because of the good job they do. And I always want to tip, of course, so it ends up being a service I can only afford a few times a year at the moment. But I guess that's not their fault. They are worth what they charge because they go above and beyond most other full service car washes. So actually, I'm gonna give them five stars. It's not their fault I'm poor lol.

I began trying to cancel three memberships online and the website is so glitchy it didn't process for at least one of my vehicles. Dawn Dyer, another claims rep said we needed to cancel 7 days prior to membership being charged. No exceptions for their faulty website or subpar service. This company is so crooked and just out to take your money without care for you as a customer or your vehicle. So many reviews I now see of similar situations. They do not take responsibility for ANYTHING. Save your money and your vehicle and don't use this service.

    I am writing this to warn others to use this Super Star Car Wash at their own risk. I entered the…read morewash with perfectly intact tires, but my car stalled on the rails mid-wash. An attendant instructed me to turn my wheel to the right; immediately after, my front driver-side tire went completely flat and came off the hubcap while still inside the tunnel. To make matters worse, my car exited the wash covered in thick, soapy residue because the system failed to rinse it. Because I was being forced to tow my car and didn't want the soap to bake into and damage my paint in the blistering California heat, I had to spend my time using their own damp towels to manually wipe down the car just to remove the soap. I certainly wasn't going to risk putting my vehicle back through their malfunctioning equipment. Despite the clear mechanical failure and the fact that I've seen other cars come out soapy on prior visits, management and their corporate office (I was assisted in filling out a customer service form onsite right after coming out of the wash while waiting for the tow that was submitted to corporate) has completely "washed their hands" of the situation. Via a cold email- They claimed their equipment "couldn't" have caused the damage, therefore denying responsibility & leaving me to pay for a tow and a brand-new tire out of pocket. The equipment here is inconsistent and, in my case, destructive. I have canceled my membership and will never return. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere. UPDATE: The the business reaching out to me and asking me to fill out a customer service form - the same one I already filled out on the day of the incident and was subsequently sent a response from corporate denying responsibility- is laughable. Go elsewhere. If they wanted to make things right they would privately message me not ask me to fill out a form I already mentioned completing.
