After they serviced my vehicle, I began having transmission problems. The owner personally inspected the vehicle with his own machine and confirmed that the transmission fluid had been overfilled by his employee. Even after that was confirmed, the owner has refused to take responsibility for the repairs. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of concern for the customer. It feels like once they have your money, they don't care what happens afterward. I trusted them with my vehicle, and now I am dealing with a major problem that happened after their service. I have already taken steps to address the situation and have legal assistance helping me with the matter. Please learn from my experience and take your vehicle somewhere else.
