I like this one better than the one on Alessandro. They actually have soap in the wash and tire shine for the tires. I was impressed by my car being so clean. I was paying all that money and for the Ceramic wash and never really got a good clean or tire shine when I went to Alessandro. This location doesn't have as many spots to vacuum your car, so more than likely you may have to wait. Luckily when I came out the wash, there was someone leaving. This car wash has excellent customer service and are great at handling unforeseen situations! Came in today, and a car drove over the chain while I was about to get a car wash today. This unfortunately, broke the chain and I was not able to get a wash. But the staff was super helpful and explained to me what was going on, and they helped me drive through the wash since it went down as soon as I entered. When the situation first happened I was nervous about my vehicle and wondered what was going on. But again staff was super helpful and even apologized for something that was not their fault! The window trim of my car was ripped off in the wash and the manager, Alfredo, refused to handle the repair. He said he did a "google search" he found that my car has a recall for that particular part. I called the dealer and they said my car isn't part of that recall and had paperwork to back it up. Alfredo also refused to refund me for the $22.99 car wash which I feel is the least he could've done for customer service. I called the customer service line for the company and even they didn't help. This whole company is awful and they don't care about their customers or good customer service. I disputed the charge with the bank, reported them to BBB and if the dealer won't fix it then I'll be filing a claim with insurance. read more

Danielle the regional is probably one of the worst regionals I have ever dealt with in business. Ignores my calls, blocks my number. Pushes me to the side and doesn't seem to wanna handle anything as the only time I did contact her she rudely started to give me an attitude not understanding the situation at hand. Long story short, I drove in to get my vehicle washed. No employee measured my vehicle to see if it was clear to enter keep in mind. The employees continued to take my payment and wave me through forward , hand full of times and until I heard a crack and rip. They insisted for me again to move forward as if nothing happened until I told him through the window I heard something and got out. To find it their Damaged piece ripped and grabbed the undercarriage of my vehicle causing it damage. The employee clearly witnessed it and got help. They have me sign something , not even taking pictures of the damaged part of the car and send me off letting me know they will reach out. Keep in mind I even get pulled over for debri falling into the highway from under my bumper flying into traffic. Thank god I didn't get a ticket but was escorted off the highway way and was told not to drive it until it was fixed as it's a hazard. They reach out and deny their facility caused any damage to my car. Even though they had camera footage and a witness employee that directed me while it happened. While denying me I found out they talked to other employees that did not witness it asked them what happened as they stated "we didn't see it". But ignored the fact to talk to the actual employee that did admit he witnessed it, which I thought was odd. I escalate it go in request the footage and watch it with the manager as they still choose to deny the claim as you can clearly see everything that happened. I then contact again To escalate it sending them footage of the proof. They FINALLY accept responsibility, they have a shop that gave me an estimate and approved for me to go to the shop of my choice as long as it did not pass the amount they had their people estimate it at. They stated I can wait for them to fund it and pay the shop OR I can get the process started pay out of pocket myself to start the process and they would reimburse me the amount in a form of a check. Fast forward my car is being worked on and they call me back days later stating that I have to go through my insurance instead because of the amount. Which my insurance is not going to start a claim when the car has already been getting worked on. Keep in mind now I'm paying for a rental and losing money on my car being in a shop for so long on top of the mechanic shop now threatening to place a lien on my car if it's not paid. Danielle the regional has yet to get back to me and has blocked my number. HORRIBLE customer service and plan of action! Still waiting in the dark! read more

Love going to this car wash place and love their membership. Just not a fan of the price but totally understand why they increased their prices. Unfortunately, the price can be a lot if you are on a budget and I see myself turning this membership on and off depending on what our financial situation. The price tiers on their membership makes it difficult to downgrade from the highest tier because the price difference is just so small. You can either get the best "lucky duck" for $32 or the next tier down for $30... And the lowest is $22.. I would be happy with the "better" option if it was $25... Then I could get our second car for another $20... But que Cera Cera. They are smart in making it so you have to think it's only a few dollars more for the best one so u pick that instead. The workers are hard working and quick so you can go in and out pretty quickly. It's across the street from the Costco gas so it's at a great location for errand day. read more

My SUV paint job is ruined with drip marks due to Quick Quack. I had to spend $429 to get a detailed buffering done on my SUV to corrected the issue. The company who corrected the problem asked what I was using to wash my car. I told them I didn't I was using the Quick Quack car wash. I was told that it was due to going through Quick Quack car wash where residue from a product that they used was not rinsed off properly. Location: off to the side by Winco and across from Costco. Needed a quick wash after all the rain showers. The people were friendly and tried to sell me on the membership but I wasn't feeling it. It's not a terrible car wash for $20, but you could get a better wash elsewhere for that price point. They have different washes to choose from, which go up to $20 or you could buy the $29/month premium "lucky duck" membership. The wash itself was pretty quick and was done in 5 minutes. Free vacuum service was nice but the suction really sucks. Not in a good way! Noticed a few scratches on my paint. PROS: great customer service CONS: bad wash read more

I feel like I'm being scammed. I purchased a monthly membership, the first trip was great they have great vacuums and even two types of vacuum spouts so you can get in between the crevices. However, I've visited at least two or three times since and each time the vacuums were very low. So as promised, I received a free re-do of my free trial car wash. Apparently it was just an anomaly because my car came out looking great this time. There still wasn't anybody there checking the cars as they came out, but knowing that they will re-do your car if it doesn't look great is worth the little extra you pay when you come here compared to local competition. I still find $20 for a single wash crazy since it's less than that for a complete inside and out hand wash at other places, but the idea of paying $20 a month for unlimited bargain washes or $30 for unlimited deluxe washes is not bad for some people who regularly wash their cars. I only was my car once a month at most so that's not for me, but I might be an occasional customer at $8 per wash when I'm not feeling like doing it myself. They're conveniently located in the Winco parking lot for those of us who shop there and they take care of their customers, so I'm in. read more

I actually prefer going here than the one in alessandro, its always packed there and the lines are disorganized. the staff here are really friendly, i always see Jesshar (im sorry i dont remember how to spell his name) but i always see him and he's very professional, always puts a smile on his face. im a fan of this place but not the price, i actually signed up with the highest tier but unfortunately i had to downgrade to the lowest due to financial situation. i dont care how there's a little difference, its still $10 more if you bump to the highest tear.
