That's way too much for a subpar car wash. Not only did the price go up but they cut the air dry cycle at the end significantly and the vacuums only work half the time or the suction is not strong at all. We finally said we need something in writing to know we've tried canceling with you in case my card was charged again, bank requested proof. They had us text someone that we were there to cancel. They need to have some kind of professional protocol when it comes to canceling membership. So people don't fall for them telling you such thing. Make sure you get proof when you cancel it. After all this hassle, our card was still being charged. Finally with the proof we had we were able to dispute and cancel all incoming charges from this place. Pretty much, this place stole 3 months worth of membership, because we weren't able to get that money back from bank. So irritating when it comes to people stealing from others.
