I spoke to the manager who was a total douche bag and was so dismissive. He said that he would not look at the cameras because he is certain it didn't happen there. He said "you ran something over and you must have not even paid attention" I'm sorry what? I'm so sure I would know if I ran something over. I even said look if I brought it in like that fine but my cameras at home show it wasn't like that. He continued to speak over me and not listen. Total ASS! I asked to speak to the owner and was told there was no way of doing that. I will never bring any of my cars here again. I'd also like to mention I never accused them of damaging the car. I simply asked if they had a way of checking if I brought it in like this. But the douche bag of a manager refused to listen to me and just brush me off. Save your money.

No other locations consistently have their car wash services shut down. The owner does not perform regular maintenance and keeps car wash closed on a regular basis. I signed up for a monthly membership in early February 2026, and by my second visit I was already dealing with damage to my vehicle. After going through the wash tunnel, I chose not to stop and vacuum. I drove straight home and parked in my garage. As I walked around my car, I noticed the plastic lining on top of my hood was hanging off on one side. I take pride in keeping my vehicle in excellent condition, and it was in perfect shape prior to this visit. It was immediately clear to me that one of the rollers in the car wash must have pulled it loose. I called Anthem's office right away and was told that because I had already left their property, they were no longer responsible for any damages. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager would not be available until the following morning. The next day, we went in person and spoke with the manager, Luis, who confirmed the same policy -- once the vehicle leaves their property, they are not liable for any damage. No effort was made to review cameras, or work toward a resolution. The customer service did not meet my expectations at all. I am sharing this to bring awareness to others: inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving their lot. If you notice anything after you leave, they will not take responsibility. Due to this experience, I have canceled my monthly subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. In my opinion, they do not deserve any stars.

Arturo and his wife came out spent around 5-6 hours on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner that has never been washed outside myself or a drive thru in the 7 years we've owned it. They did a fantastic job , the inside looks new , outside paint is like looking at ice , it's so clean I see off color touch up paint spots from the dealer I had forgotten about or never noticed. Roof of the car has black dots I couldn't remove for the life of me , now it's pure white and they added a coating. Every thing was smooth from first communication to finish. Price seemed fair from what I hear others pay and the fact the inside deals with a toddler daily and hadn't been cleaned like that in 7 years. Highly recommend this business!
