While he was doing that, I looked over my order and asked about the hole punching. He said he could help, but then started assisting the customer who had been waiting behind me. I asked if he could finish ringing me up first since I was already being helped. He told me I could go to the regular checkout line instead, which would have meant getting back in line behind several people. I was confused and frustrated because I had been waiting before the customer behind me, and Angel had already offered to ring me up. When I explained that, he said he didn't want the other customer to wait, but I was left waiting too. When I thanked him, his response was something like "yup," which came across as dismissive in the context of the interaction. Afterward, I saw him laughing and gossiping with the manager about it. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I left disappointed with the customer service. Then she came out to check on us and had recommended a local tire shop down the street since the tire was not inflatable. The Air machine says it's $1.50 but if you go inside and ask them to turn it on for you, they will... and it's free!! Thank you Marisela for helping us out today!! You're awesome!!!
