Automated cashier, quick pay, lots of selections. Very large store has basically everything a quick mart needs.

They sell empty propane containers here and wouldnt give me owner or corporate number to speak with : nor could exchange simply said i shouldve came back but how was i supposed to know propane was empty. Manager came out of break room after 20 mins to tell me she couldn't do a thing about it nor give me company number. Extremely rude and all went to go hide after i called them out on their mistake. Especially the "manager " who ran with her tail tucked to the backroom supposedly on a call but couldn't phone me the actual owner or corporate or someone abovet her mysteriously. read more

Five stars for customer service. I don't expect much from a Circle K because, hey, it's Circle K. Its an alternative universe version of 7-11. You come here for gas and convenient snacks and drinks. Atmosphere: 5 stars. Take in context that I am judging as a Circle K. Maybe I got lucky and the staff was on their game but the store looked clean. Service: 5 stars. I am really writing this review because of the customer service I got. The cashier provide fast, friendly and exceptional customer service. Quality: 3 stars. I came there for ice. I left with it. I took a picture of the store when I checked in and minute I walked in a nice gentleman greeted me and asked if he can help. He also asked me why I was taking a picture of his store. Haha. I told him that I was looking for a restroom and he informed me that they didn't have a public restroom. He saw me looking around outside the store for a restroom and that's when he let me use the employee restroom. I'm thankful that he was kind enough to allow me too. I walked through the store after to grab some snacks. The store had multiple frying units so they had different option for fried foods. On display I saw the fried chicken and fries. They also had hotdogs and sandwiches available for a quick bite. I do recommend this place if your in a hurry. The gas station was also decently priced :) read more

I've been visiting this particular store for my entire life. My mom worked at this store when I was born and jumped around to various other Circle K stores in the area until she died a few years ago. In the years I've been going there, it has progressively gone to absolute shit. They're constantly rotating people who have either no idea what they're doing or don't care to try or even appear as though they're trying. I take pride and make a serious effort to ALWAYS be the absolute nicest person I can possibly be when dealing with service people and I'm almost always met with apathy, indifference, annoyance, etc. Can't lie, though. I do still love this stupid store for nostalgic reasons and I will probably always make an effort to go whenever I visit Jurupa Valley. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The employees really do not know anything about the industry. They sell fried chicken at this location as do other Circle K's. They have a great special going on of a chicken sandwich with their potato wedge fries for only $3.00. In the case they had only one but the cashier said they were making more in the back and when she checked they were ready. I asked for 2 of the ones that were just coming out and she told the other employee I wanted 2 fresh ones and the other employee got upset about that and that's when Francis said well the one here is only less than an hour old. I was like why would I want something sitting in a heater for less than an hour when theres fresh ones??? So the other employee was about to get them when she told Francis (so I could hear her) that we have to sell the ones there first. I told Francis you know what just keep them all. How can I take one that's supposedly less than an hour old (according to Francis) when my daughter is standing next to me saying I dont want you to get the old one daddy. Francis continued restating that it's only less than an hour old. I told her it's ok forget it. I will call corporate. She in a smart aleck tone stated we are privately owned. I said doesn't matter if this is a franchise they still have to follow corporate rules. They dont like hearing about incidents like this and they will come down on the store. As I was walking out she started making fun of my statement infront of her coworker and customers. I returned in to advise her that I will definitely mention her name to corporate as well! read more

This place is my favorite place to buy gas for my car. Reasons: 1. Krispy Krunchy Chicken with the best garlic dip I've ever tasted in my life. (You can see the chicken cooked from the window so you know it's not frozen) 2. The place is clean and has polite staff. 3. It was recently remodeled, which makes it look even newer. 4. This is the best looking gas station in Rubidoux! They recently remodeled & the place looks amazing. Also they have Krispy Krunchy Chicken - & it's to die for!!! Love that it's fresh & cooked there! They give you a garlic dip & you can eat this stuff for days!!! Great for quick dinner we fell in love with it. The staff is very polite & helpful. read more
