Recently, big pumpkin at big store that rhymes with Hallmart is half the price there but it's definitely not as crowded and busy here. Pretty good coupons in app. They sometimes have $5 off $5 coupon or a birthday deal and $1 off produce or $1 off Organic. Get the app. Enter phone number at checkout. Customer Service: Nice. Location: Easy to find. In big plaza with other restaurants and shops. Came here for a few items after being in the area. I was looking for Hatch Chile (IYKYK) and Albertsons did not disappoint. This is our neighborhood store. The lines are awful, move slowly, and the self checkout lanes do not move. I don't know if this is the demographic? Or the store? The staff is great but, we always joke to ourselves that this Albertsons is worse than anyyyy Staters. Do yourself a favor and just go to Ralphs... I just bought strawberries from this Albertsons yesterday, and when I opened them today, several already had mold on them. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened, I've had issues with spoiled or low-quality produce here before. Really disappointing considering the prices. You'd expect fresh produce to last at least a couple of days after purchase. Be careful when buying produce here and check everything closely before you leave the store. read more

Went in today (9-12-24) to specifically purchase chocolate mini cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting and wedding cookies. This is the 1st time in over 20+years I have been disappointed with an Albertsons bakery purchase. The chocolate buttercream tastes greasy and not milky/chocolatey-sweet. The wedding cookies were extremely dry, flavorless, not sweet at all and the powder sugar was very sparse. Almost non existent. I sincerely hope this was a fluke occurrence as I've always enjoyed their bakery goods due to the exceptional consistency in offering delicious homestyle baked goods of a very high quality standard at very reasonable prices. read more

The Clinton Keith store needs to be shut down. I called the health department when I bought 3 packs of chicken on July 20 with a July 27th sell by date, and all three were beyond rotten. Between the smell and the stickiness I was beyond disgusted. I returned it so I could make the manager of the store aware of how sick they could be making the other shoppers who bought it. I had to open the door and windows to get the smell out of my kitchen. On the same trip, I bought a "white" Birthday cake for someone who can't eat chocolate. Guess what? Although the label clearly said it was a white cake, it was chocolate. How embarrassing when I said I'd bring the cake. If you're visiting the Clinton Keith store in Wildomar, be very careful what you buy. I hope the health department shuts down their meat department. read more

Prices ridiculously high compared to other local supermarkets...hamburger, eggs and other food staples a dollar or more in price compared to others in the area. Customer service poor at check out...was forced to go to self checkout because one checker on a Friday afternoon...items didn't scan forcing the "helper" to come over and check my scans on the video like I was a thief... Produce was poor....and overpriced as well. Bread area was stale and mostly missing from bakery. Cake (we bought) had no scan requiring someone to go get another similar to scan/price check. Store is also messy and combined with high prices ($345 was my bill) and poor service...for sure I won't ever be back. read more

The manager accused me of having a fake ID then called the cops on me, I sat there until they came and I was able to get my alcohol after waiting an hour for police to arrive then verify the said ID was authentic. It felt good seeing the look on their stupid faces when they found out it was real but what didn't feel good was being put on display like I was a criminal for everyone to see. Also the lady with the colored hair just watched all this happen and that was irritating because she's usually the one that checks my ID and could have easily told them I come here all the time. It just feels like a very uncomfortable place to shop when your constantly being stereotyped. read more

I have only been to this location a few times, I ussually go to vons in eastvale but depending on my errands and which direction I am going since I live in Indian hills helps decide which one I go to pick up items I want from the sale ad, etc. the last few times I have been in there was an older guy that was super friendly and helpful when I was there and this time everyone was great! The employees here are so helpful, I called to get a product check I was trying to purchase on a rain check I had had for almost a month and I spoke to Joey on the phone and he was very helpful and said incouod come jn and still get an extension since I explained to him every week I have gone to vons and they haven't had the item I wanted, I was looking for rock star four packs and when I was there they took my info and they even called the vendor and said they come in Monday and they will call me and they also gave me another rain check in case I don't make it in, the strawberries I purchased were beautiful and I had bought a chicken salad croissant sandwhich which I was skeptical about since in the past at other places I have been iffy about them and I figured I would give it a try the guy at the hot foods section said they were good and it was delicious! I never come to this location and my first experience was with Lori in the Bakery and Brandi. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They were professional, compassionate and willing to help out in any way they could. My son is special needs and really wanted Mario Bros. cupcakes and they came out amazing and made his birthday extra special! The most sloppy, slow and rude deli workers I've ever seen! And no they're not short staffed. There was 1 of me and 3 of them. They noticed me waiting for the fried chicken, but didn't care to say a word. Both Deli workers walked to the back and stayed back there for a while. I got sick of waiting so I asked the bakery girl if I can get some help with the chicken. She looked at me with a smirk on her face, turned to the other two deli workers, laughed, then looked at me and said, "they'll be right with you." With the most ugliest smirk on her face! I've been into this location a few times, I've have had friendly encounters from staff but none of them compared to The awesome customer service John gave as he rang up my item! From the time I walked in his line! I mean he greeted me! Complimented my high braided bun lol and told me the deals they have on Friday's! Nice store with a variety of different meats and produce that are always in stock. This in particular is for the cashier Katlyn, she has the most stale attitude I have ever met. She starts to scan your groceries with even looking at you or saying hello, she will read you the amount due while you pay and then she just hands you your receipt not a thank you or have a good day will escape from her mouth and this is the 3rd time I had to experience her staleness. The nice employees who helps bag groceries are always very sweet and kind. My niece ordered 100 pieces of fried chicken for her moms birthday party. She accidentally took the order form home and her order wasn't prepared. Yolanda saved the day! She was super accommodating even with the long line of people waiting to pick up orders during this busy graduation season. She prepared half fried and half baked and even gave us some mango habanero sauce for dipping. Yolanda was so up beat and friendly. She was conversing with customers she knew by name and asking about their families. She is a gem and Albertsons is fortunate to have her as an employee. read more

Sent my wife and son to get chicken wings, but I had called (at 3:42 pm June 20) before they left so when they get there and the service deli said that this is all we have, which was limited to regular and hot and your website has four styles. Now I had called prior a leaving and ask to speak to the service deli and the person which answered said I do not need to order ahead they have THEM available. Horrible customer service at this location, not as friendly and focused as it use to be. Plus most food being sold is expired. When visiting the store on Friday, the cashier was so focused on finding out what everyone else was doing rather then servicing customers. When one employee answered her and inquired why she asked, she said she was just being nosy cause she was bored. However, she had customers and a line but failed to even greet anyone. Visited the store again for something I needed a day later and the cashier was basically throwing the stuff after scanning down the counter, including the bags I brought on with me and handed him,, the fresh cut cantaloupe container opened and then the birthday cupcake I was purchasing fell apart and made it where I could not purchase. Even though it was still offered to continue to purchase after the chocolate smeared on the counter and it was sideways. Overall, the newer staff they have hired show no care for items they are scanning/bagging, they don't engage with the customer and fail to deliver good customer service. Not too mention, most of the food items are expired so you have to really search for products that are still fresh since they don't check and clean/monitor there shelves. read more

This is absolutely my "home store" I spend so much time here (especially during monopoly game time) We moved closer to this store 26 years ago, raised my kids coming to this store. Sold Girl Scout cookies in front of this store and enjoyed BBQ back in the day, in front of this store. Honestly, some faces have been there forever and I wish I knew the lady's name that did all the BBQ but she brings me so much joy, being so sweet and still so hard working- she seems to love work. John, as many have mentioned is as determined to keep customers happy and give good service as anyone I have ever met and he is the main asset at this location. WE LOVE JOHN!! Simply a wonderful man. Kristal, and Kevin are my favorite cashiers to talk to when we check out, which is awesome and makes me realize sometimes you can have that home town feeling in a large crowded place. My coworker spent nearly $28 for a cake that looked like it was decorated by a 2 year old. The decorations were fine but the writing atop the cake left me speechless. Not only did the hand-writing look sloppy but it was also off-center. This cake was definitely not worth $28! Long story short, the cake was returned. I have ordered cakes from other Albertson's locations without an issue.
