This review is in regards to the Air machine. It was broken!!! Attendant said "it's been broken".... ok... well, Air is a very important necessity at a gas station and there's no excuse as to why it was left broken for who knows how long!! Not acceptable!! Fix your Air machine, this is a necessity!! This is equivalent to going to a donut shop and the coffee machine is broken. Not cool!! Go to the AM/PM across the street instead!! Today, June 17 around 9:30 AM I stopped by this local Shell gas station to put air on one of my tires that was low. I went inside and spoke to two Hispanic women one with blonde hair, one with red hair to ask them if they c could turn on the air machine immediately with no explanation they said no you need to purchase something. I have been to other gas stations and never had this happen so I went across the street to Arco and right away without hesitation The lady at the cash register said yes I'll turn it on. If I need to buy something, if I needed to purchase something I would just pay for the air. This doesn't make sense. read more

Inside has a convenience mart with essential mini travel items, snacks and bottled drinks. Car wash available I've only used once with no issues. Get code inside when paying for fuel. Well lit during the evening with bright lights surrounding. Right off the 60 fwy it's easy to get in and out. Two driveway entrances for large vehicles to pass straight through but there is a bit of an incline coming from the fwy. If you don't want to make this tight turn make a right at the light and another quick right enter through that side. Right across the street are great food options if you have time to sit down at a restaurant or need a fast food drive thru to get on your way. read more

I just came there today to get some gas I spent about $70 plus got a car wash and then attempted to use the vacuum, put $2 in the vacuum did not work went reported to the manager she called her other manager on the phone,( big decision)I asked if I can get a refund for the $2 that I spent on the vacuum, they said no call the phone number on the vacuum, they're not responsible I said to myself, wow for $2 they're willing to lose me as a customer to not come back to this specific gas station so I have a fleet of vehicles that I fill up every day and I spend about 500 to $600 a week, So I will take my business across the street to the Arco gas station instead, it's amazing that someone is willing to loose thousands of dollars per month over 2.00 read more

I purchased a car wash only to find the car wash was broken. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and they said they couldn't and I'd have to come back another time. Their gas is already overpriced compared to Arco across the street. Why would you go to Shell and pay more? I only went for the car wash and never again. You should not sell the wash of the machine is broken. Common sense people. read more

What a joke. Couldn't even get the items to ring up correctly. And employees were clueless to figuring it out.

Workers there (2 in particular- dusty Destiny & Roxanna) are rude af & lack custom service etiquette. They do not know how to talk to people without having attitude when there is a issue or problem. Also with dealing with representative destiny she appeared to be impaired/under the influence which was visibly noticeable, with her actions confirming... *** wish We had the option for less then 1star or "negative stars". I used to love this place due to the contact less encounters when getting gas. It was fast due to not having to wait in a line inside, it was not the case today. Long line and one person. Is not a fast way to get gas...back to costco if I am going to wait in a line. read more

SCAM ALERT There is an overweight middle aged clerk with bleached hair and grown out roots that works here. After I paid and went out to my truck she said one of my bills was fake she refused to show me the bill and said if I wanted to talk to the police it would take several hours for them to come and this happens a lot. Obviously she knows no one will wait hours to get their $20 back. I contacted the police and am filing a report for theft. read more

Came to put gas here with the intentions of getting a car wash seeing as it was $3.35 if you purchase a car wash. I thought it was a little strange when I inserted my car and it didn't give me an option to purchase a car wash but I still proceeded. At the end of the transaction it just printed my receipt. I walked into the convenience store and asked the clerk and right away she said "car wash is down" I said it would be nice if I knew that prior to pumping you guys should probably post a sign and her response as she rolled her eyes "ya". read more
