Stopped at this Arco gas station (located on Mission & Ben Nevis Blvd) due to a flat tire today. Marisela helped us out and turned the Air machine on for us 3x. Then she came out to check on us and had recommended a local tire shop down the street since the tire was not inflatable. The Air machine says it's $1.50 but if you go inside and ask them to turn it on for you, they will... and it's free!! Thank you Marisela for helping us out today!! You're awesome!!! read more

Tonight me and my girlfriend went to pump gas at around 10:20pm I had recently broke my ankle and Im on crutches I went inside the am pm alone without thinking that I was gonna need help carrying the items I was gonna purchase and once I turned around to go let my girlfriend to come inside to help me the cashier Brandi offered to get everything I needed this gas station has so many wonderful employees not once have a had a bad experience here there was other employees tonight but I didn't get their names one women held the door for me while I was leaving the other two outside emptying the trash cans made me laugh this is the only gas station I go to I love it there read more

This AMPM is by far one of the worst ones that I have been to... ... It is always crowded, there are always meth heads sitting out front asking for change, and the food selection is horrible. as for the employees at work there, I am literally shocked that they were able to survive natural selection. The last time that I've ever gone to this AMPM I was the first customer in line, the lady at the cash register ignored me picked up the phone and started talking to someone about a how customer outside did not speak any English. I proceeded to move to the next cashier after my friend had finished his transactions, cashier grabs the guy who walked up after me stuff and starts ringing and him ip, totally ignores me. I got so fed up I just left my stuff on the counter and started to walk away in the lady could not even articulate words to ask me what was wrong, like I need to tell you what's wrong!!! ...needless to say that these people are a waste!!! read more

Stopped in for gas and drinks, saw that they had 12 pack of BudLight Strawberitas for $9.99. I was rung up for $14.68. Looking on the receipt they charged me $12.99. Had to stand in line again to ask for the correct price, the cashier wouldn't honor it since it range up $12.99 - told me to ask the shift leader for help. So I had to stand in line a THIRD time. She checked the price posted, went to the back and brought out a stocker, and they talked it over for several minutes. Finally she said that even though it was posted for $9.99 they could not charge anything but what the cash register told them to charge. At this point, I asked for my money back. And she would not give it to me, saying "we can't do returns on alcohol once you leave." Took a couple of minutes to convince her (with the first cashier's help) that I never exited the store. Finally, she called the store owner, left a message, and waited for a return call. After a few minutes on the phone explaining everything, she finally agreed to give my money back. 20 minutes total. I'm just one customer, a couple of visits a week won't be missed. But there are two other gas stations at this intersection who will be happy to accept my business. read more

Selection is nice but the Indian man who had been working today was rude! We wanted to pay for our stuff while he was having a conversation with someone else. Apparently, we were inconveniencing him with our purchase since he hesitantly stopped his conversation, rung our stuff up and left us there to use our card as he continued to talk to whoever the heck he was talking to.
