The owner/manager is completely rude and condescending and any grievance you have about customer…read moreservice makes him defensive and argumentative. I had a minor issue with the amount I was charged. I had purchased 2 water bottles and a banana and the the total came out to $3.77. As I handed the cashier my 4 dollars I realized I hadn't punched in my rewards number.. so the price dropped to $2.79 (because the water bottle was discounted $1.18) she had realized this but had already punched in $3.00, when I looked at the mini screen I had realized that it said "cash tendered $3.00". I had told the cashier that I had given her 4$ and she said I hadn't. Honestly I didn't think it was a huge deal because it was only a dollar so I just left. I didn't want to argue with the cashier or make a scene but just decided to call the store to give some feedback. I wasn't mad and I was calm as I explained my situation to the manager. Oh boy... I told the manager, "hey there was an error on how much I was charged, and explained the whole situation." I told him I didn't want to make a big deal but I just think the cashiers should be more mindful when counting money. THATS IT!!! (((I DID NOT ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK ))) and when I tell you this whole thing escalated...my god. He automatically became EXTREMELY defensive and irate said "well I have the best team and we are always on top of stuff." The way he said it was completely uncalled for because I was not even attacking his team. He talked to me like I'm was lying and I told him that he could look at the cameras because I counted the money on the counter. I even told him " I know you have a great team, I've been a customer at this location for the past 2 years and the cashiers are great, I'm just telling you that mistakes happen (THATS ALL!). Then he starts arguing with me.. then back pedals towards the end and says "all I'm trying to say is that we have the best team and always take care of our customers." Ummm no sir you did NOT in fact just say this... you blew the ENTIRE situation out of proportion because you thought I was somehow attacking your managerial skills when not once did I insult you or attack you in any way. Then has the audacity to say VERY RUDELY "I'll give you your dollar back." And said no "I don't want the dollar, keep it, I just wanted to give feedback. He then says no "we'll donate that dollar to you." I'm like no keep it and hung up. This man is always rude when he talks to people and not a good spirited person. I can see the cracks in his "nice facade" all the times I've come in but I never got the brunt of it until today. I will never ever come back to this location. I have to clarify that I have never had any issues with the cashiers and they have always been friendly to me. Mistakes happen and that's all I was trying to tell this rude manager. I didn't even ask for my dollar back even though I've had people tell me that it's about the principle... I rather cut my losses. Maybe he could use that dollar towards some etiquette classes. The cheap gas isn't worth his bullshit. I'll gladly spend 2$ more at Chevron accross the street for better quality gas.

There was an older woman in line and was walking towards the other bathroom and the clerk behind the counter said out loud to the older lady walking towards other bathroom "You cant use that bathroom because its ONLY for employees!" C'mon what if this older woman had a condition where she just couldnt wait and could possibly get sick if she holds it. Geeze!! Let the seniors or children use the bathrooms when there are long lines like that.. Another thing, is it store policy that makes it ok for employees to eat while serving the customers?? I'm attaching photos and the first girl with the mask below her chin was the rude one. Lastly, are the employees not required to follow covid rules and suppose to wear masks?

Stopped to get gas really quick. It's crazy how much gas prices are. Arco usually has the cheapest…read moregas compared to most other stations. My only pet peeve with them is the .35 service charge to use a card. But it's ok. They've been doing it forever and it hasn't stopped me from getting gas here when I absolutely need to. The inside and outside of the location is carrot clean and kept up. I appreciate that because gas stations aren't the cleanest. The service today was ok. They're not friendliest here so I try to just pay at the pump.

She again rudely goes like I said if you just read it will tell you what to do. I said there is no reason to be rude can you please just show me where to put it.she rudely goes " I'm not being rude its called reading it like I said" and pushes something and is like you put it there like I said. She was extremely rude for no reason for a customer just asking a question.how hard was it to just be nice and show me. THEY LOST SEVERAL CUSTOMERS AS MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE COMING HERE.
