Stopped to get gas really quick. It's crazy how much gas prices are. Arco usually has the cheapest gas compared to most other stations. My only pet peeve with them is the .35 service charge to use a card. But it's ok. They've been doing it forever and it hasn't stopped me from getting gas here when I absolutely need to. The inside and outside of the location is carrot clean and kept up. I appreciate that because gas stations aren't the cleanest. The service today was ok. They're not friendliest here so I try to just pay at the pump. read more

I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION! 0 STARS Had to go inside to get gas which I usually never have to Karla was so extremely rude I asked if I was able to put my loyalty number in or if i would put it in at the pump she ignored me so I kindly asked again. She said we'll if you just read it'd on there in a rude tone.I told her yes its on there but do I just start typing my number on the pad or is there something I need to hit as there was no visible button I saw to hit to enter my number. She again rudely goes like I said if you just read it will tell you what to do. I was there to fill gas $50 but gas machine stopped $10. Only. Manager said $40 will RETURN to my credit card but NEVER RETURNED. I also asked to use toilet and it is locked so I asked if it is locked means someone in there? Manager said I don't know. I don't control toilet.. what is this meaning? This place lacks customer service. The lady behind the counter was nice but the older man was rude. A cashier is the face of this type of business. They have signs posted asking for exact change or credit cards. Then they add on a fee of .75 to use your credit card. But then their credit card machine is not working so I had to use cash, at this point the lady just gives me my change.. Now I remember why I stop going to Arco because they charge you to use anything. And please let the gentleman working this morning 8/1 @ 10am, you can get your message across but remember to deliver it with professionalism. read more

They're always closed between 10-10:20 pm for a "shift change." This is annoying since this is when my schedule allows me to go here since it's the nearest gas station. Don't always have money in my card so I gotta go inside to pay and fill up but it's annoying as hell to come here dude to their 20 minute closure. I have gone here many times and every time I come there is a sign up saying that they're on break for 20 minutes but it's literally up for two hours and when I would call from outside I would see the workers forwarding my calls. They never answer they are never open they take longer breaks than they should and I've seen many many customers leave pissed off because of this. This Arco always has the best price for gas. The store isn't anything special, however, has most things you need. Be prepared to wait because this is a high volume location. Lastly, if you use your ATM there is a $0.35 fee. read more

Such a busy intersection to get gas here. You have to plan ahead where you're going after you get gas to determine which drive way you pull out of and pull into. Never go during the mid-day or afternoon...always packed. Granted the gas is cheaper than across the street but then thats why you have to wait 5-15 min to get gas. I usually come at 5am and have no issue. Cant say much about this place. I mean its just a gas station. It has coffee, soda, icee, candy, beer. Customer service is ok. I mean how can customer service be when you say $50 on number 5 and then swipe your card. You cant really have bad service when thats all you say to the employee. read more

I visited this location on August 1, 2018 at 8:00 am in the morning. I was on my way to visit my husband in the hospital who requested for me to bring him a cup of coffee. I was at the counter getting sugar and coffee so that my husband can prepare his own coffee when an employee (Gaby) came and stood next to me and said good morning to me only when ther were other hespanic employees around who she did not address as they prepared their coffee, I thought it was odd that she came over but I continued with putting the top on my coffee and went and stood in line, while I was waiting the manager (Veronica) said something to Gaby in Spanish and when I got to the counter Gaby asked if I put creamer and sugar in the coffee I advised that I did not but why was she asking when she came over and watched me get the coffee. I asked her was she asking because I was black and she said no but I did not believe her because she did not question the other Spanish individuals and she said she was going to charge me for the creme and sugers but I declined to buy the coffee and left there quite hurt and upset. I advised the employee that this would be reported. This was all because I wanted to stop and get my sick husband a cup of coffee. So sad that stuff like this still exist! read more
