She began to yell, " Ma'am," and I explained, refrain from such a tone and label because it's unethical. Her colleague Joe kept inserting points that it's not feasible to use the machine in that capacity, although I explained that I use it in that manner whenever I'm there with no issues. Joe overspoke while I was speaking, after I explained that I was talking, so be patient to discern what I was sharing. Joe persisted stating, "I'm talking," and was very combative, stating how much tenure with the company existed and so on. I requested the manager's info. I called on 05/11/2026 multiple times, and the clerk kept ending the call without ever picking up to say hello. I called a few more times, then someone answered stating, "I'm with customers," and ended the call again. I called again and requested the manager, and the name of whom took the call. The clerk stated, Luis and I asked why are you ending calls while in a place of business? Said person, Luis stated, "Because I am with customers, but I'm not now, I had two lines, so I told you to call back in 10 minutes." Luis failed to state when the call was finally answered that I was stating the manager's name and asking to speak with the manager or to leave a message for the manager. Perhaps no customers would walk in within the next 10 minutes, and Luis could forecast that it seems. I asked when the manager would be available, and Luis had no idea. I've been going there for years now and never had a horrible experience until these two encounters. Business has ended.

I was so glad that this gas station was not only open, but it was clean and the clerk was very friendly. I fueled up. I got some water and I needed to use the restroom before I jump back in the car. Everything was so easy. The restrooms are clean and available. All the prices and promos were clearly marked and labeled. This was a very easy pitstop. And before I forget to mention, I want to say that I really appreciated how well lit the fueling stations were, and the fact that there was no trash flying around. Nice!

I pass by this Chevron whenever I'm in the Fontana neighborhood shopping at Summit Heights Gateway (gas station is located here) or I'm across the street at Falcon Ridge Town Center doing more shopping. This Chevron's location is perfect as it's right before you head up north to the Devore area on 15 Fwy. Quite convenient. However, its gas prices here are a bit higher than at other Chevrons IMHO. The gas pumps are a bit dated, too. Hope they'll get some new pumps in 2025. I was here last night to get some gas. I paid at the pump so I didn't have any interactions with the staff. While I was pumping gas, I found myself stepping on sticky and dirty grounds. It was not the most pleasant gas pumping experience. Even though its location is convenient, I may have to find myself another Chevron that is cleaner at the pumps and cheaper in gas prices. Good luck Chevron!

I got off of Sierra Ave. After I turned left, I noticed there was a new gas station about a quarter mile north of where I was originally planning to pump. Well, I was curious so I drove over to this 76. Its gas prices are a little bit higher than its neighboring gas stations. It appears to be a newly renovated gas station. It has about 20 gas pumps if I counted it correctly. It's a good size gas station. It has very bright lights outside. Food mart inside is a tad tight IMHO. They have too many stuff. They also have Krispy Krunchy Chicken available. After pumping gas, I needed to use the restroom. The women's restroom was locked. I asked if anyone was inside and no one answered. What I found odd was that it had a key lock from the outside. However, the men's restroom didn't have it. I didn't feel comfortable so I left. Anyway, if you're coming from the north side and you can wait a quarter of a mile, then I would recommend you pump at the other gas stations to save a little bit of money. Otherwise, pump away. Circle K it self at this location is well maintained with tons of snacks to choose from. The staff have always been professional. One thing that makes me giggle at this store is that theft is high in terms of "liquor store runs" or misc items, and for some reason the people never get caught rather later the store employees find out via footage, and with that being said they print the footage and tape it to the front door. It's a great way to shame people for their pathetic actions, such as theft.
