After 20 minutes of and several attempts of trying to get a photo printed I finally discovered the equipment is faulty with no signal to allow you to do it. Terrible pharmacy! I am an RN that works 12 hour shifts in the area. I ran out of blood pressure and thyroid medication and tried to have prescription filled at pharmacy on my lunch break. Was NEVER able to get through to pharmacy. Placed on hold for over 2 hours and hung up on three times. When staff answered they would say "please hold" and then call would disconnect. I will have to go two days without my medication because I am off duty after the Walgreens closes. If you care about your health find another pharmacy. I know I'm going to do the same. read more

Have been coming here for years. I have never had any problems with the store itself or the photo department. Ordered photos online and also regular products for in store pickup without issues. Store is clean. I am taking off one star, because I do agree with previous reviewers that the wait times at this pharmacy can be extremely long and I think they need to add more employees there to handle inside as well as drive-thru pharmacy customers. read more

If you don't already know to steer clear of the pharmacy, let this be your warning!! As many have noted, your going to wait wait wait wait if your in your car or in line at the store to pickup a prescription. Seriously, budget between 20-45 min. I thought I would try my luck with scheduling an appointment for an exact time for a vaccine. I had trouble checking in using their QR code and they couldn't find my appointment in the system. They said I could do a walk in appointment but it would be 20-30 min. I said I would go out and find my confirmation number to confirm the time I booked but she then informed me that all appointments have a 20-30 minute wait. Why??? While the staff are nice, they are completely setup for failure since it seems they are under staffed or just tan inefficiently. I left and will go to CVS for my vaccines instead. I spent about 22 min in the store trying to get checked in and wasn't going to spend another 20-30 minutes waiting. I seriously hope someone from this store reads these reviews to make changes. read more

I would avoid the pharmacy if possible. The lady who gave me my vaccine was nice. The other staff however we're not, including the male pharmacist. I do not recommend this place, you will wait at least 30 minutes with an appointment to get a vaccine. It was not very busy when I came in. It sounds like most people who complain treat pharmacy's like they are a McDonalds. The pharmacy does what they can with what they got and I think they are heroes. Pharmacist are doctors who are not treated with respect. I'm always surprised how people walk in and talk to them like they are beneath them. People don't complain when they wait at Doctors office. Just easier to do so when the pharmacy in a retail environment is expected to "do things right now" It really is simple. Understand your insurance plan and preferred pharmacy within the plan=lower copays. Proactively assess the pharmacies intake and give them time to fill it accordingly. Bad reviews sound like Karen's and Kevin's. I had a great experience and didn't feel the need to rush the staff with their shortages. Bless their hearts. read more

I was waiting in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes to be told my prescriptions weren't ready - when I was told when I was there the night before that they would work on my prescriptions and have them ready in the morning. Only reason I use this Walgreens is for the drive up pharmacy. Will need to find another pharmacy. They seem to be lacking in customer service and staff. The wait time us always longer than normal. I arrived today 7/25/21 at 9:55 am. WIRING till 10:11am and rang the bell. They said please wait we just opened. No they open at 10am not 10:11am it's 10:15 and I'm still waiting in my car. Not sure what is going on but this is not excitable. They always get my prescription wrong and never place my items on auto fill. Only three people in line for pharmacy on Sierra Way pick up this morning around 11:30am, November 4. First person at counter already. When he walked away the young lady at the counter ignored the second customer. Second customer and I stood there waiting for 10 minutes or more while counter girl chatted with another worker about nothing. When she finally acknowledged the 2nd customer, took care of her. She then ignored me. She filed prescriptions, chatted more with the coworker and, after an additional 10 minutes or so, I'd been in line for so long that I gave up, left without prescription. On the way out I did tell the Manager ... a very nice professional gentleman he is, that the girls were chatting, ignoring customers. He went to have a talk with them. I doubt they cared. I won't go back for the medication. Will ask prescription be sent elsewhere. The photo lab at this location is fabulous. The Pharmacy sucks. read more

Wait time at the pharmacy is too long, unless you go close to closing. If you go close to closing, they are trying to get you away from the counter even though they are slow. They start partially lowering the metal shutters as a not so subtle clue to get rid of you. We called to see about transferring a prescription somewhere else with shorter wait times, and the pharmacist was easily confused, gave confusing answers, didn't answer some questions because she said she was confused. I guess "How many refills are left on this prescription, is it 4 like the website says?" Is confusing. She was very snappish and impatient, and hung up with "OK." read more

Came here to the pharmacy to get a covid booster. Already printed and filled out the long essay of paperwork ahead of time (as recommended on the website when you set up an appt.). Get here and the lady says they can't take it. She'll send an email link to complete it. Then why have me fill it out ahead of time? Waste of time. Then clicked on email link, but it DOESN"T WORK. So she says "I have to input all your info to my system manually and THEN you still have to fill out some other forms." What is going on here? CVS for my last shot was in and out 5 minutes with my insurance card and zero forms. And this place can't even get their forms straight. It's like a bad 3rd world bureaucracy. To top it off they are slooooow as molasses. Every time I walked up no one is at the front counter and I have to wait several minutes for them to notice. To top it off, the lady is coughing left and right and has no mask on, and telling another customer "I have a cold or SOMETHING." Holy smokes, you work in a pharmacy during a pandemic and giving boosters to the elderly while you cough on everybody! Almost an hour after my appointment I finally get out of there. Her and the pharmacist were nice and polite, so 2 stars. Please work on overhauling the paperwork and your speed of processing people. I'm sticking to CVS in Rancho. read more

The store itself is ok, but the wait time at the pharmacy is ridiculous. Can't even blame the amount of customers for the delay because too many times there's only 2-3 others waiting and they still take long. At least a handful of times they've been out of certain prescriptions and I've had to go back to the primary care physician to get a paper rx to take elsewhere.
