Walgreens Pharmacy: given wrong test strips for glucose monitoring. Cost: $60. As a new pt. monitoring glucose, I was unaware what strips fit my machine upon opening bottle. Had to repurchase strips at $60. Total unnecessary expense: $120. Prescription was left on "under review" and pending for over 3 days when told it would be ready by 4pm same day. Awful! If you can read this, you can avoid this place and also trust every review. Your choice! If it wasn't such a hassle to switch pharmacies, I would. Staff members are very busy handling drive thru and walk-ins. Always a line. I never have waited less than 40-50mins. I have only seen one cashier on premise. I dread coming here so much! read more

I was on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be finally attended by Jane, who claimed to be the supervisor. Her rudeness and lack of help were absolutely infuriating. When I asked to speak to someone else, she had the audacity to insist that she was the supervisor. After waiting so long, I expected better treatment, but instead, I was met with condescension I asked her to check for a prescription, and she bluntly told me there was nothing in the system. When I asked her to look under a different last name, she snapped back that she had already checked, as if I was wasting her time. This level of service is unacceptable! Just dumb as hell the store basically blocks your Wi-Fi signal to your phone so you have no reception on your phone but then they want you to use an app to get all the deals but since you can't have any reception on your phone because the reception is terrible in there and then they don't offer Wi-Fi to any other customers, but they want to require you to use an app. You don't get the discounts on what you're supposed to be getting discounts on because you can't even use the app it's not possible in their store, but it's so stupid to do this. I literally had to pay five dollars more for something that I was supposed to be getting five dollars off on, but I can't use their app absolutely ridiculous. This is why I don't shop at these stores that make you use their freaking apps. read more

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. As a prescriber, I sometimes need to connect directly with a pharmacist to trouble shoot medications. Recently, a patient of mine was not able to pick up a prescription for some reason. When I called to clear up the issue, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes at which point the automated system timed out and hung up on me. I am currently on hold again trying to get my patient the medication they will not dispense. This is clearly terrible patient care as it delays their care. If this Walgreens will not dispense a medication and call providers to clear up issues, they should at least pick up the phone. Walgreens, you can do better than this. read more

WORST Walgreens EVER! Urgent care sent prescription at 9am kept getting emails it was delayed decided to head over to see what was the problem and waiting over an hour! They brought an employee to come help out since they had a long line and she was the rudest person ever! They made me wait and never called me up but they did call up another customer that was way after me. I ended up going up to them again. This pharmacy is so so so slow !! We waited like two hours for a medicine that was supposed to be ready at a certain time!! TO SLOWW

They have the worst pharmacy; when dropping off or picking up a prescription you have to wait a minimum of 40 mins to an hour. They have long lines inside and the drive-thru with only one person helping both lines. There are other staff members but just wondering around the pharmacy instead of helping. Don't even try calling, I was on hold for 40 mins with a person picking every few mis saying she was going to place me on a "brief" hold, only for the call to get disconnected at around 50mins of hold. I had to call numerous times back in order to be able to speak to someone after 1 and 30 mins. Horrible pharmacy, this is the worst I've been to; they take advantage because there are very few pharmacies in the area. read more

My pharmacy was out of my son's prescription drops so I came here to have his prescription transferred as it was after hours and the physician wasn't available for a script change. The pharmacy staff was so kind and helpful and I'm so grateful that they were steadfast in getting a hold of the other pharmacy and transferring the prescription before they closed. They kept me updated constantly on progress despite being busy and the young lady getting rude behavior from the drive thru folks for their insurance company's rules as if she has any control over that. This Walgreens has by far the worst Pharmacy!! The drive thru lines, at times go around the building; and the lines inside go around the aisles. I don't know who is the manager for this store but he must not know how to manage very well since he is running the pharmacy, with 1 clerk and 1 pharmacist for both the inside line and the drive thru line. 2 weeks ago I had to pick up a prescription for my mom, and i tried inside but the line was crazy!! So i decided to go thru the drive thru. That was a waste of time cause that line was also huge. It took me 50 minutes!!!! 50 minutes!!!!!!!!! To get the medication!!! I waited in line well before 9:00 pm and once I got to the front the rude worker did not want to fill my prescription because she claimed my doctor just sent it over and they were already closed... she literally said "we were super busy and I just want to go home" I was the last person in line... Reviewing the Pharmacy in this Walgreens. I came in on time for 2 vaccine appointments and the line had 4 people ahead of me. Each person took a very long time. When I got to the window I was told to have a seat and they'll be with me. I waited for 25 minutes and then they gave me paperwork. Should have given me that from the beginning. I have been waiting for an hour past my appointment and still no assistance. Very disrespectful for any place to waste so much of someone's time especially when we took our time make appointments. I seriously don't even know where to start with how incredibly rude and unprofessional the SHIFT LEADER - MARTHA was towards my friend and I after we tried to pick up 1 PICTURE we needed for my a wedding that was in 2 days! She stated that she was not going to be able to give us the picture because of copy right issues even though my friend has printed many of these pictures before at the exact same location without any problems. She laughed at my friend after she explained how stressed she's been about the wedding and how all she needed was the picture -- Martha stated that the photographer would have to sign the form and that if not he can sue Walgreens. Your shift leader could have communicated this information without being rude and condescending towards my friend. At the end of the day, please do a BETTER job at training and hiring management. I do not know what the qualifications are to become a shift leader but I am pretty sure being professional towards customers is important.
