This store is unprofessionally ran by rude, arrogant and unqualified management! Joanna talked over me, interrupted me, was sarcastic and hung up on me several times. On my last call, I was put through to Marlena who said she was the assistant manager above Joanna but proceeded to do the same and refused to address my concern. She said "Can I go now" several times before finally hanging up on me. I'm assuming they both felt inconvenienced for working on a Sunday or "working " period. After calling to verify if what time my medication would be ready she told me a time and I was there it wasn't ready she had to verify something with my doctor once she verified it she asked me a question and took the medicine back and said she wouldn't give it to me and after having my doctors office call her she still refused to give it to me that she needed to verify it again! Usually the staff is great and helpful. Never have any issues, but lately there is this very rude female employee. Has terrible blonde hair she does herself and eyeshadow you can't miss. She has zero customer service experience. I've encountered her a few times and have gotten the same attitude ever time. I give 4 stars for the rest of the staff. This applies to PHARMACY ONLY they seem a bit disorganized and manic at times. They're dealing with walk-ups and drive-thru both seems to have long delays. The Pharmacist really should do consults over to the side sometime you hear everyone's business. I suggest downloading the app and take advantage of the auto refill on your frequent scrips. It's faster more efficient and you receive a call/text when your scrip is ready. read more

INCOMPETENT AND DANGEROUS! PHARMACIST gave my brother the wrong prescription labeled with a female's name and info. When we returned to the to the store the pharmacist just looked at the med and shrugged it off stating it was not the wrong medication only the wrong label and that it was no big deal. WTF?? I'm an RN and its a HUGE deal..secondly when the pharmacist returned the bottle to him it DID NOT have the original med in it. She acted like we were too dumb to know the difference until I called her bluff. She continued to say it was no big deal and dismiss us. Needless to say that will be our last trip to Walgreens EVER! read more

I am going on a cruise for my honeymoon. The cruise ship requires a negative PCR Covid test 72 hours or less before we embark on a Sunday afternoon. We got our tests at this Walgreens exactly 72 hours before we are scheduled to get on the ship to give them the most time possible to process the tests. We are now in Seattle waiting to board our cruise with no results. We called the lab Walgreens works with and they said they do not process tests on the weekends and Monday is a holiday. So we could expect it Tuesday or Wednesday which it too late to board and not even within the time frame required. Walgreens does not inform you that their lab does not work on the weekends and that the hours it takes to process tests only apply to lab business days. We are now stranded in Seattle with no cruise for our honeymoon. If I had known this is how Walgreens runs their Covid test, I would have gone somewhere else so I could go on my honeymoon. read more

I utilized the drive-through pharmacy for the first time. The girl who checked me out, her name is Melissa, was very friendly and responsive to me. When I pulled up to the window she had a customer in the main area so I had to wait. She connected to the intercom to notify me so I knew it would only be a moment. This location has a Fed Ex department in the photo section. I've went to this location twice in the past and have used them with good customer service. Today I went to ship a form that I already had the FED EX PAID shipping label and just needed the FED EX ENVELOPE (FREE) to put my document in and send. The manger Bry told me they don't supply fed ex envelopes. I said you have a stack right there on your counter and I've got one here before. She sent me to isle 12 which is regular stationary and envelopes. (NO Fed Ex). I went back and she still wouldn't give me an envelope stating those are just for their use. I said I can pay for it. Nope. Her attitude stinks and shouldn't be in customer service let alone a manager... I have been coming to this Walgreens for years, but with customer service like hers, i will surely take my business elsewhere. read more

Don't buy your personalized calendars here. They don't know what they are doing. The pages don't flip the way they are supposed to. Then you try to get them to redo it and the store manager is like a parrot repeating himself over and over again with none sense trying to cover up their poor job. If you want a good calendar DON'T go here!!!! The only good help they have there is Marlena, Assistant Manager. She at least attempted to check the settings on there machine that supposedly "can't be adjusted." read more

My review is solely for the Pharmacy/Immunization area. I am genuinely stunned at how uncoordinated things are here. I had an appointment to get a Covid shot and a flu shot in the morning but the whole process was an upsetting experience. I was told that I would have to fill out some forms which I had already filled out online because I did get an email telling me I would have to do so. They were insistent I fill them out but I told them to check as I had filled them out and they were able to find them after a couple of minutes. Things only went downhill from here as I noticed that there was only 3 other people waiting for the flu or covid shot. It wasn't until about 40 minutes that they only got to one person who was also waiting. I know things have slowed down but after I was waiting for about an hour I decided to ask them and they told me that they were going to take a bit more and that I could reschedule if I had somewhere to be. I was not going to argue with the workers and I decided to schedule my appointment through the county offered appointments and their process was a lot more streamlined and organized than compared to Walgreens. Absolutely thumbs down to Walgreens. read more

I was prescribed 2 medications for my fractured & badly sprained ankle on Monday February 18th. The pharmacy said they had to order the second med. I figured 24-48 hours would be acceptable. I have been calling and even reached out on their facebook page. 9 days later, I still cannot pick up my prescription! Last night they told me they can't get the right med and have to talk to my dr. to substitute something else...REALLY 9 days later? They should have made the dr. call 24-48 hours after the med proved to be unavailable. No access to the meds for anti-inflammation and pain for a fracture! Horrible service....And of course I have not heard back from them today...so if I EVER get the meds? It will be almost 2 weeks after they were prescribed. read more

Want a nice, thoughtful, FUNCTIONING calendar to give away as a gift? DONT go here. Literally pick ANY Walgreens that isn't this one. I decided to try this Walgreens because the one by my home was back ordered and I needed a desk calendar before they could supply one to me. I get my calendar from here (both desk AND wall) and one WON'T OPEN and the other is tough to open. I brought it to their attention and they said there was nothing they could do, and their machine was set properly. I brought it to another Walgreens and they told me they were embarrassed they even sold that to me, bring it back to them, and tell them to recalibrate their machine. I did so, and all of the employees in the photo area were giving me attitude over it, telling me it's "impossible" to fix their machine even though I was told it needs to be done, but they can try to redo it for a third time if I'd like. So I asked if they would be changing the settings on their machines before retrying for a 3rd time and they said no they couldn't. So I laughed, and had to call a different Walgreens to see if they'd rush order this for me since a branch of theirs was very incompetent, rude, and poorly ran. Even their DISPLAY desk calendar doesn't open. Clearly there's a problem with the machine, so I'd recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

This is specifically for the pharmacy. I arrived at approximately 12 pm and I had scripts for antibiotics and a pain reliever. The lady said that they were backed up and the expected time was 3:30 pm. Later in the day I arrived late at 6 pm because I had taken a nap from the pain. It turns out the medicine was not even ready by then. I had to wait a while in line and then I was asked to sit down and wait "5 minutes" for the pharmacist to go over the medicine. I left almost 30 minutes later and by this time I was more than upset because my infection was worst and the woman had to ask me what my name was as if she had forgotten about me and only then she finally pulled the medicine out. The store is absolutely wonderful! The workers are so nice and very helpful when you ask them questions. Everything is kept clean and orderly and everybody moves quick to keep it that way.
