This cvs pharmacy doesn't observe urgency here . THIS IS TH E WORST CVS PHARMACY I have ever been . Just to drop off prescriptions with 2 ahead of me and it takes almost an hour before the customer ahead of me was called . She said she has been waiting but they move slowly and there are only 3 attending to the customers with drive through and picking up prescriptions. This was the worst experience I've ever had with CVS. I had an 11 AM vaccine appointment at the Rialto location, and when I showed up the doors were locked with only a handwritten sign saying the system was down. Nobody bothered to call or notify me even though I had a confirmed appointment. I then drove to the Fontana CVS, where I sat for over an hour while they went in circles because Rialto hadn't canceled the appointment properly in their system. The pharmacist clearly didn't care, and the only person who even tried to help was the lady at the counter--but nothing got resolved. After wasting hours of my Saturday, I left and went to Walgreens, where they had no problem helping me right away. CVS completely dropped the ball here. Zero communication, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. read more

Whatever you do, don't try to call and speak to anybody because there's a new automated system that wants all your information for the pharmacy and when you don't have an account because that's not why you're calling it hangs up on you. I need to speak to the manager it's bad enough that everybody there is rude. The store is a mess and you can't even call in to speak to anybody. read more

I need to start off by saying y'all are amazing and I'm so appreciative of you! As soon as I leave any of my doctor's offices with a prescription, I'm already receiving a text from them they're working on it and pickup in the same day or next. If I have any issues I call in leave a message, receive text to confirmed call, and then get a callback at a decent time. It's a popular pharmacy/location so it's always busy, so I always bear that in mind. If I'm picking up in store I'll have the barcode ready and skip the line to the left, love it! I was nervous at first but then I seen a woman do it and I was like that was fast and easy! If I have questions or concerns and have to wait at the drop-off window, I'm always acknowledged and if waiting than no longer than 5 minutes. I also got my TDAP shot here, quick and easy, love their bandaids. Jeff the pharmacist is really kind and always ask about my day, it's the little things. To be honest there's so many people that come through there, but I always notice the staff working as quickly as possible. I feel for them...they do so much and are always in good spirits. Love the pharmacy here. However, they have all of the strong scented cinnamon brooms and other holiday smelling stuff right at the entry. Don't go if you have allergies or sensitivity. Always leave with a racing heart and panic attack. read more

Nothing against this particular CVS. I'm just sick of CVS in general. I've always hated that their discounts and coupons only last for a few days, but this last little trick was the final straw. I get a coupon in the mail for 30% off up to $100. It is addressed to me. I go in for a prescription and take the time to look around and pick up a few other items. I wouldn't normally buy at CVS because they are more expensive, but, hey, I've got 30% off. Only when I try to use the coupon they say it is connected to a different account. I try my cell phone and my wife's but nothing. So even though it has my name I can't use it. ! I just left without the stuff. Shame on you CVS! What scam just to get me in there! read more

I had a Dr appoinment yesterday at Kasier in Fontana hosptial. after leaveing my Dr. appoinment. I decide to shop at a couple of stores while I was down the hill, mind you I live in Victorville, Ca. I picked up Neut Body oil and Dove Body wash used my CVS card to get my discounts per usual. AFter I had got to my car, I said let me use the restroom before heading back up the hill. I went in and got the same cashier lady who help me with my purchase CSHR#0588424 STR#1035 and rudely reply we dont have a public restroom, whcih I could not believe due to we are not in covid anymore and their was no sign that says that. Also coming from the victorville area three of our CVS has public restrooms. Iam very upset about this due to the fact Iam a CVS memeber who pays monthly for their service and I could not use the restrooms and I had to try to find one 10 mins away at a Target near Sierra Lakes. Not only was my experience at CVS was terrible this Cashier lady did not want to help me when I asked to get the items out the clear cabinets that I thought were locked, she had a very bad attitude and said their open there you go. The UPS store here is drop off only. Your package has to be ready to go. Labels printed. And taped up. They don't have the resources to help with packaging, taping or labeling. Your stuff has to be ready for shipment, and you can drop-off at the front where the cashier is at. The store is clean and organized. Decent size and selection if items. Staff are really helpful. There was no line at the pharmacy when I was there. That's a win. It could have just been luck on the timing. Even though I wasn't able to ship my return packages (my fault for not having them ready to go), I was able to grab some snacky snacks and deodorant here. Bad customer service is bad for the company. This team member named MICHALA is soooo RUDE!! We had our passport pictures taken and even my kids noticed her discourteous attitude towards us. Seems like we catch her on a bad mood, or she just hates her job so much that she's taking it out to customers. She was called to help us with our photos. She looks very annoyed when she came. Never looked back at us when she's giving instructions. She sounds upset when my son was smiling before she took the picture. My turn came, I was bit smiling and she got more upset that she had to retake! We had our passport renewed several times. FYI: We are allowed to smile as long as the mouth is closed and eyes are open. Now all of us look mad on our pictures that she took!! Very awful experience. Remember, it is important to have a positive behavior at work, because it impacts your sales and the name of your company. You don't need a lot of training with this kind of job, you just need to be human. So unfortunate that this CVS location hired a team member MICHALA who has a VERY poor work behavior. read more

Employees at CVS on Baseline/Citrus, Fontana are rude, harsh, obviously not trained in customer service. In the morning yesterday and today, Sept.8. 2024, 8am the cashiers in the front acted like they didnt have time for the customers. The front desk service is terrible! The service attitude is careless, the salesmen are constantly chatting with each other, and it took 10 minutes to buy a box of medicine when there was no queue. And they took a long time to bring the goods to us after we paid. Your branch really needs to improve the front desk service! read more

They lack service and professionalism to customers. They appear bothered when someone approaches them and need to serve. I made an online appointment to get MMR vaccine. When I showed up, they told me to wait in the vaccination area. I waited and the pharmacist didn't show. I peeked out and he saw me and came towards me to tell me that they didn't have the vaccine. when was he planning to tell me? He could not reassure me when they will get it, so I was waiting for nothing. He didn't apologize or offered any useful advice. He asked the clerk to assist me. However, the only advice I received was to go somewhere else such as Minute Clinics or another CVS. They don't care whether you stay or go somewhere else, so I recommend leaving and go somewhere else, because these people will frustrate you with their lack of service and attention to customer service. read more

They used to be great at calling or texting to let me know when my prescriptions are ready. I've been having to call and remind them about my prescriptions. The last 2 times I called to check on the status of my prescriptions and they've had them ready just sitting there... A text would be nice please and thank you. read more

I've never felt so humiliated as I did coming to this CVS. I went to load money on a card and I handed the cashier Diana 2 older one hundred dollar bills. She marked one twice and then the other one three times. She hands it back to me and says, " I can't take these, do you have any other bills?" I asked her why she wasn't able to take them and she said that the lines would get lighter in some places....ummm.... !!??WHAT??!!.....I pulled a Karen and asked to speak to the manager. Low and Behold she WAS a manager. I informed her that she could be the one making it lighter in places by pressing it softer. She didn't understand it's as simple as it's sounds YOU PRESSED IT SOFTER WHICH MAKES THE INK NOT AS DARK AS WHEN YOU PRESS IT HARDER!!!COMMON SENSE!!!!! I told her she needs to call the police if she thinks they're fake because I know they're 100% REAL! She called up another manager. She explained to him she can't take them bc the line gets lighter in spots...he looks at them and then proceeded to agree with her! OMFG!! TWO NUMB-NUTS RUN THIS STORE!!! I explained to the second manager Donald, that if he believes them to be fake then he needs to hold them and call the police, he said that's not the new CA law that he's just supposed to hand them back. So you're supposed to be witness to a FEDERAL OFFENSE And not bother to call the police???????psssshhh...MMMKAY! I call bullshit! How am I NOW supposed to use those bills that you marked all over. I had to go out of my way to CHASE to ask them to exchange my real "fake" money. The teller chuckled "How can they be managers if they can't count money and secondly ITS SUPPOSED TO TURN BLACK," while handing me two crisp one hundred dollar bills. Came to CVS for the second Covid-19 Vaccine. Huge mistake. The lines were sooooo long. Even with an appointment I waited about 40 minutes. The pharmacy technician trainee Andrew was so rude and unprofessional. When I asked him to sanitize the chair he gave a sigh like it was a bother. When I asked that he change his gloves because he had touched a million different things that was an issue. When I spoke with the manager to complain about his horrible behavior he actually had the audacity to leave his vaccine station to hear my complaints. Remember there were about 6 people still waiting. The pharmacy manager was no help either. Her response showed she could care less. Thanks for making me never stop at this CVS!! read more

Yikes! I've only used this CVS to pick up convenience items and today was the first time I tried to get a prescription here. Whoever answered the phone on 6/29/2020 at 7:16 pm should not be interacting with people. Nothing inappropriate was said but he made an extra effort to be unhelpful. Background: I went to CVS in Placentia to try to pick up my mom's prescription. It's not in stock. They check inventory for me and locate some at this location in Fontana. I called to try to transfer the prescription (I'm glad I called). The first thing the guy tells me is that they close at 8 (ok, it was about 40 minutes until then but I guess he wanted me to know I was an inconvenience?) So he looks up my moms information and lets me know they don't have what I need. Fine, that part is why I called so I got that far. I ask if anyone else had it in stock "I don't know! We don't have" My fault for assuming if one store can look it up so can this guy. My expectation of this man's capabilities and helpfulness was clearly too high. Notes: I did a quick Google search after-the-fact on what I needed: 1.There was an over the counter alternative available 2.The item I wanted apparently is having a national supply issue 3. Whoever I spoke with at the pharmacy likely had no idea about 1&2 which seems problematic to me. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. I have been picking up mine and my family's prescription medication from here for years. I came by on Monday to pick up my medication when they told me it was backordered. I came by today, Thursday, to pick up other medications I had filled when the staff member gave me a difficult time. Firstly, I had a coupon for one of my medications given to me by my doctor. When I tried to apply the coupon, the worker Lily asked why I needed my medication repriced and seemed irritated that I wanted to use it. She told me to hold off to the side until they could get the adjusted price. I was waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to call me back to the register to get checked out, but no one called me back. I had to go back to the register to remind them that I was still waiting on them, to which they then decided to check me out for my medicine. I made a comment to the clerk, stating they appear understaffed, when she remarked they weren't understaffed. I told her they must be understaffed because all of these people are waiting in this long line and off to the side, if they weren't understaffed there wouldn't be a line like this. She said "well everyone has to wait." I let her know I was patiently waiting off to the side as instructed, and have been waiting longer than all of these people just coming in. Finally, when I asked about the status of my medication that was on back order, they said it still wasn't there and left it at that. No update on when it could arrive. I let her know this same situation happened to me 3 months ago with this medication, just as a statement, and she deflected saying "it's not our problem, it's the manufacturer." Incredibly rude and worst customer service ever. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! read more

My husband hand them the prescription around 3pm today, its already been almost 7pm and we dont get any text from them, so my husband decided to come over again to check if the medication were ready, when he got there they havent started it yet and thats were the only time they send us the text message right after my husband came back into their pharmacy . So unprofessional! We're supposed to have dinner outside, the time were messed up because of this unprofessionalism! Never again on this pharmacy! I placed an order for photo prints for same day pick up ( placed the order 6pm, I figured I will pick up tomorrow to give them some time. I called in to see if my prescription was ready since they didn't have it in stock a few days ago. The lady that answered told me it will be ready in a hour. A few hours later I got a text like she said I would receive saying my prescription was ready . I go to pick it up wait in a line for them to tell me it's not ready only one was available and that one they are saying is ready has been ready a few days ago when the Dr put the prescription in . The one I called in for today is the one they said was going to be available in a hour and it was not . So frustrating when they told me another 15 minutes and there is another big line for pick up. This never happens when I go to Walgreens for my prescription. I only changed cause it was getting over crowded there but now this CVS is over crowded with bad service. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This pharmacy is the WORST. They tried to give me the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. I called to make sure that my medication was the right one because my old pharmacy closed and this CVS was the one who took over all the patients. The main Pharmacist is a total idiot. He told me that "they don't have my birth control in stock" so they have to give me a different one (after I've been on the same one for THREE YEARS). After that he told me that they wouldn't be getting it in stock until Monday and that I have to wait for them, and to just "double up" (meaning take two birth control pills). ANY PERSON knows that you can't just "double up" because it can mess with your whole entire body... He has no emotion or empathy for his customers. He talks to you like your stupid and makes you feel like crap for TRYING TO ASK FOR THE RIGHT PRESCRIPTION! The girls that work for him are nice. Other than that the place is trash. If you want to have a pharmacy that tries to change your medication without asking you then go here. Best believe after today I'm changing my pharmacy. read more
