Be careful when picking up medicine thru the drive thru pick up. That window in the pick up has been broken for over a month. Kinda odd it's not replaced by now. So unless you are pushing that button several times so you can get service they will not see you. Unfortunately while I was picking up. Waiting in my car there was a guy on drugs walking up to my car. In the middle of the day on a Sunday. Luckily the pharmacist handed me my meds and debit card and was able to roll my window up before he can come. Yasmin Pharmacy staff, the worst attitude. I tried to transfer my Prescriptions to this location, but right away I regretted doing so. You think with all the pharmacies shutting down, that they would welcome new customers, instead they treat you like shit. After two weeks I still haven't gotten my pain medication. At the time I complained about Yasmin to the Pharmacy Manager, I did not get his name, so today I called asking for the manager, he answered without giving his name and he gets an attitude when I asked for his name, he would not help in any way for the spelling, so I assumed he said "SANDY" condescending as f$@!. Trying to find the status of my order it's like pulling teeth. He did not want to give me any details of my order, he said "what medication?" Also said he could not give me any personal info. Even though I was giving him all my personal info. Because of his " I don't give a shit" attitude, Is the reason I'm posting this today. But, Before posting it, I started to read the negative comments, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, Yasmin pops up again. I NOTICED A TREND......... The PUBLIC RELATIONS TEAM puts up, a number for people to call THEY make people believe that they have addressed the problem. They never talk to the customer, "ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER CARE" I am told. In my recent visit a old Latino woman with black hair and make up attempted to argue with me in regards to a return. She rudely stated that since I did not input my phone number in the system that my discount was not registered. I explained to her that there was no option for a phone number to be entered at the time of check out and she said, " IT ALWAYS ASKS FOR A NUMBER!" As I reiterated to her from my previous experience, she cut me off mid sentence. I was so furious with her actions I did not purchase the initial product. This is my favorite Rite Aid in Fontana. Best place to get good ice cream and for a low price. There's always plenty of parking and the staff is friendly. The store is clean and I like to go for the sales on holiday items. The holiday items are usually 50% off. It's nice to come and shop the sales and get some ice cream. read more

Update as of 5/31/16 the worker I reviewed is sending me very rude messages and threatening me through yelp definitely never going to rite again! Very unprofessional. Rite aid needs to fix this. A few days ago, my almost 70 year old mother who has been shopping here since the day this place opened, got accused of stealing. The young smug cashier kid who finished ringing my mom up told her to take an item out of her pockets that was sticking out. That item was her cigarettes that rite aid doesn't carry!!!! She has never stolen anything in her life. My mom has never felt so embarrassed until that smug kid. There was never an apology from him until my brother went to that store and talked to the manager. Their sweats are not the best quality. It retains moisture and smells more than sweats from other stores. The black sweats are probably the best color to get because it is able to hide most stains. The crotch tends to wear out fast also. After about 2 or 3 weeks worth of continuous wear, I could see fading and material degradation. It seems like the crotch almost dissolves and rots away from the moisture. The elastic bands in the waist and ankles doesn't seem to have that much integrity. The elastic waist in my sweats broke inside the sweats. One way to prolong the life of their sweats is to buy their axe spray, which is located a couple aisles down from the clothing. Spray the axe liberally on the sweats, especially in the crotch area. I would say these sweats are a couple steps below Wal-Mart brand sweats. Target has the best, in my humble opinion. read more

I live down the street and therefore I am a regular shopper there, As soon as I walked into the store , it did not feel cluttered and looked clean. The cashier greeted me as soon as I walked in. I went in to find some snacks and came out with a bunch of other stuff. During my shopping, the manager, Susana greeted me and asked if I was finding everything okay. If you remember, for those of you grew up on Thrifty Ice creams for like $0.30 per cone, welp, they are now at Rite Aid! Woo hoo! They still have the same variety of flavors and the price? The price is still relatively cheap. For a single scoop, it's $1.19. Can you believe that? I had the strawberry ice cream. Of course, the taste doesn't really compare to those of Handel's (which has the authentic strawberry flavor) or Cold Stone (which is much creamier). For $1.19 for a single scoop though, I'm not going to complain. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! Poor customer service and they have been out of stock of my prescription twice now.

I have come to this rite aid since it has opened but doubt I will be back again after today's visit. Lourdes was extremely rude and provided horrible customer service as other customers that saw agreed. She would not accept my valid ID for a purchase, I showed her other cards/IDs proving that it was me and even showed that my phone Apple ID matched. She still would not accept my ID or let me purchase. I go there frequently to purchase the same thing and she HAS helped me this month but still claimed that the ID wasn't mine. read more

We came here strictly for the Thrifty ice cream. It's an easy 4 star quick-fix dessert that takes me back to the good old days. My only gripe is the light and sugar free offerings are exclusive and don't have a fatty, more cholesterol-y, sugary counterpart. I got 1.75 quarts of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream in the brand new Breyer's-like carton. They no longer use the flimsy carton with the tabbed sides. You know what I'm talking about. As you scoop it out, your hands become sticky from trying to keep the box steady, but it folds and you accidentally get ice cream on your hands from both the inside and the outside of the flaps. It melts quickly for some reason. Strangely enough, sometimes the ice cream leaks out of the corners and makes it more of a chore than it should be. But no matter, you still lick your hands clean of ice cream anyway. We also got Pecan Praline because it was two cartons for $5.00! Pecan Praline has become my newfound ice cream love. I'm rating this specifically for the experience. I went in, got ice cream, a friendly greeting and a "thank you, have a great day" from the cashier, and checked out of there. This is a decent Rite-Aid. The inventory is varied and they keep the store clean. The lines can get long in the evening and during the summer at the ice cream bar. The staff at the pharmacy are pleasant and prescriptions get filled fairly quickly. read more
