I've been going to this shopping center for years and somehow never realized there was a Shell station here! With gas prices being absolutely ridiculous right now, I'm especially grateful to be driving a hybrid these days. I mainly stopped by to use my Ralphs rewards and save a little money at the pump. The station itself looks pretty decent overall, and the pumps appear newer -- although they definitely didn't behave like it. The first pump I pulled up to had an error message on the screen, so I had to move to another one. The second pump worked, but very slowly. It asked me to insert my card, then seemed to lock it in the machine forever while the prompts slowly loaded. Thankfully it eventually worked and I was able to complete the transaction without any further issues, and got my card back! They also have a car wash and offer a discount when purchasing gas, which is a nice perk. Overall, not a bad stop once everything finally got going. read more

This Shell store is horrible...they won't let you cash out on lottery scratchers of $100 or more. So what's the point of buying lotto tickets here if you cant cash them out? The gas pumps also have credit card skimmers in them...beware! read more

Came here specifically to use the Ralphs rewards fuel points to fill the car, since gas prices have gone up. The pumps are newer than some other Shell stations so the process was very easy. Simply entered my Ralphs rewards number and it automatically applied the max discount of 50 cents off per gallon, which saved me quite a bit on a whole tank. I did not go inside, but the pump area outside was clean and maintained. read more

The machines here really need an update! It always sends me back to the main screen after I input. y fuel rewards ID, no apple pay, and honestly just seem sketch when you use card. The workers inside are always nice and helpful with things like Fuel Rewards so if you're trying to use it go inside. Overall, major inconvenience problems. read more

5 STAR GAS-STATION! Plenty of pumps, with spacious room between each pump. This shell is located on baseline, in a nice area where no homeless or change beggars are to be found. Self-serving stations as you'd expect, with credit card processing at the pumps with the ability to opt for a car wash if desired. Additionally, there is a Mexican restaurant inside the station should hunger be approaching ;) Restrooms within this place are well maintained. There is graffiti inside of them "etched into things, private" but that's natural when you don't lock them, and anyone uses them, abuses them, but nonetheless they're fully usable and aren't a disaster. Another cool thing about this station is they have vacuums available for a few quarters as well as water, and air. Need propane? This station is the perfect spot -- they individual cages full of propane tanks; they must sell a lot of them. Overall, nice staff, beautiful station, nicely maintained and an array of snacks available inside too! This is a 5-star station. read more

Review is for the drive thru car wash. This one uses the large/ thick vinyl bristles that seems more damaging to the body of your car. Was hard enough to smash open my gas lid which needs to be pushed in then it pops out. Also the drying process is two dryer cans at the end you have to drive slowly thru on a 120sec meter. I came here this morning to buy my kids some snacks before school. The cashier scanned each item twice and over charged me. Never gave me my receipt and treated me with disrespect. The manager is also rude to me every time I come in here. This store really needs new management and employees. I definitely won't be coming back. I hope corporate see's this and makes some changes. read more

Thus station is easy to access and get back on the road from. The lot has enough space maneuver without being crammed with other vehicles. Always clean and service is great. read more

I like their gas better than the Chevron across the street, which is always busy for some reason. I never go inside, so I can't speak to the staff or convenience store. I like the video screens at the pump, but the screaming Spanish commercials for the lottery can be annoying. read more
