On top of that she tried to illegally withhold my ID even though I showed her multiple debit and credit cards with the SAME NAME on them as the ID. Not believing me is one thing but her not wanting to return the card that belongs to me is extremely odd and illegal. Hire someone with a brain next time.

With gas prices being absolutely ridiculous right now, I'm especially grateful to be driving a hybrid these days. I mainly stopped by to use my Ralphs rewards and save a little money at the pump. The station itself looks pretty decent overall, and the pumps appear newer -- although they definitely didn't behave like it. The first pump I pulled up to had an error message on the screen, so I had to move to another one. The second pump worked, but very slowly. It asked me to insert my card, then seemed to lock it in the machine forever while the prompts slowly loaded. Thankfully it eventually worked and I was able to complete the transaction without any further issues, and got my card back! They also have a car wash and offer a discount when purchasing gas, which is a nice perk. Overall, not a bad stop once everything finally got going.

This place never has receipts at the pumps, (I.e need the car wash code). I walked in and saw a big o sign that states cashier lane closed, went to the other cashier lane like a normal person would, stood there, cashier look and saw me standing there, while he was playing aorund and stacking scratches card by card. I stood there for about few mins and did not want to by rude, he still just stacking away card by card. Few minutes later, he says "are you ready". I've been ready, I've been just standing there looking at him, i stated "Yeah", then he points over to the close cashiers lane. I then walk back to the close lane to get me receipt. Mind you the close lane and open lane is arm length away on his side of the counter. I'm not even mad about walking in and going from one side of the counter to other side to get my receipt. I'm just amazed on how some functions.

I was so glad that this gas station was not only open, but it was clean and the clerk was very friendly. I fueled up. I got some water and I needed to use the restroom before I jump back in the car. Everything was so easy. The restrooms are clean and available. All the prices and promos were clearly marked and labeled. This was a very easy pitstop. And before I forget to mention, I want to say that I really appreciated how well lit the fueling stations were, and the fact that there was no trash flying around. Nice!

I pass by this Chevron whenever I'm in the Fontana neighborhood shopping at Summit Heights Gateway (gas station is located here) or I'm across the street at Falcon Ridge Town Center doing more shopping. This Chevron's location is perfect as it's right before you head up north to the Devore area on 15 Fwy. Quite convenient. However, its gas prices here are a bit higher than at other Chevrons IMHO. The gas pumps are a bit dated, too. Hope they'll get some new pumps in 2025. I was here last night to get some gas. I paid at the pump so I didn't have any interactions with the staff. While I was pumping gas, I found myself stepping on sticky and dirty grounds. It was not the most pleasant gas pumping experience. Even though its location is convenient, I may have to find myself another Chevron that is cleaner at the pumps and cheaper in gas prices. Good luck Chevron!

My only complaint would be organization if you are looking for a preferred soda or energy drink it could be in 3 or 4 different locations . Coffee baked goods and hot foods are all available along with the usual convenience stores favorites. Prices are comparable to other convenience stores.
