I have been to this station about three times, it is located off the 210 freeway E/B at Citrus Ave Intersection, it's a pretty huge station with 8 pumps that can handle 16 vehicles, plus it also has a car wash. AMPM is a more less like 7 11 but only bigger, there is always two cashiers working and always friendly to me, this story in really large and clean, I always have a problem with only one restroom open, there is two restrooms but a sign on one of them read for staff, so every one else has to use the other dirty restroom read more

Went here for business on 05/08/2026 and tried to use their card reader for a credit transaction, but I was never given the prompt by the cashier, who was combative after I explained that I preferred not to pay a surcharge for their machine. She began to yell, " Ma'am," and I explained, refrain from such a tone and label because it's unethical. Her colleague Joe kept inserting points that it's not feasible to use the machine in that capacity, although I explained that I use it in that manner whenever I'm there with no issues. Joe overspoke while I was speaking, after I explained that I was talking, so be patient to discern what I was sharing. Joe persisted stating, "I'm talking," and was very combative, stating how much tenure with the company existed and so on. I requested the manager's info. I called on 05/11/2026 multiple times, and the clerk kept ending the call without ever picking up to say hello. I called a few more times, then someone answered stating, "I'm with customers," and ended the call again. I called again and requested the manager, and the name of whom took the call. The clerk stated, Luis and I asked why are you ending calls while in a place of business? Said person, Luis stated, "Because I am with customers, but I'm not now, I had two lines, so I told you to call back in 10 minutes." Luis failed to state when the call was finally answered that I was stating the manager's name and asking to speak with the manager or to leave a message for the manager. Perhaps no customers would walk in within the next 10 minutes, and Luis could forecast that it seems. I asked when the manager would be available, and Luis had no idea. I've been going there for years now and never had a horrible experience until these two encounters. Business has ended. read more

The city says they can't help with the situation even though they are the one that approved their application to do business in the city. A complete disgrace to me. I was just in here at this Arco Location. The Inside is very clean, and the service is fine. very quick service from the workers. The cleanliness is good. The restrooms are well equiped, is not that bad. The outside area is ok. This is second time I have been in here. This Gas station was busy and there's people wandering around the parking lot. I guess some people like to spend their time in a Gas Station hanging around. Nothing wrong in that. God Knows. People start checking your receipts. I chose unleaded and they charged me for premium. I spoke to the girl in charge (I guess) and she asked me if I was sure. I asked her if they have cameras, then told her to check them. She told me to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager. This has happened to me at another Arco. Check your receipts! read more

This is honestly the worst gas station I have ever used. I live very close by and have now gone here to get gas 5 times just to try and avoid the very long lines at costco. I have horribly regretted it 3 times. 3 out of 5 times I have come here the pump I pulled up to has not worked. Worse, is they don't have any sign saying out of order..So I pay...get charged the 35 cent fee and then have to move to a different pump and REPAY. When adding if I can get reimbursed for the fre I have been told no. This gas station is complete garbage. Trust me, go to another station. So its more convenient to get gas here....never filling up here again though, gonna do it elsewhere from now on. This is the story of why i will never return to This Gas station ever again. I accidentally forgot my wallet at home as we all do because were human. I had to resort to using my change cup which consists of nickels and dimes totaling to an amount of 10 dollars to make it home. I went inside to get gas but the cashier looked at me like i am some kind of crazy person trying to use something other than the regular American currency. She then ignored me and starting taking customers to her right. I felt so ashamed, I have never in my life experienced customer service worst than this. I went to this station to get gas and snacks. I placed my snacks on the counter and asked the attendant for gas on my pump, but I also wanted to verify that I had the correct pump e attendant. He told me that it was not his responsibility or concern if I had the correct pump and that with that was something that I needed to do. I told him that I thought I had the right pump, but just wanted to verify that pump 9 was on the other side of 10. He gave me dirty look and told me that was something that I needed to make sure of. He was so exceedingly rude that I could not believe it. I told him that he was being rude and he argued with me, loudly, that I was out of line and that he was correct! It did not matter who was wrong because all I asked him to begin with was did I have the correct pump! He was indignant and very disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that He was the manager, but I know that is a lie. I have never seen that fool in there at any time. If they would have such an unintelligent, disrespectful, idiot working there, I will do them a favor, and never darken their doorstep again. And, I will tell my friends and neighbors to do the same.
