The value of the gas is the best in town. I refuse to get gas anywhere else locally. I didn't encounter a service agents there but they do have workers available if you need assistance getting your gas. I'd definitely consider a Costco membership if you don't have one, just for the gas!

AMPM is a more less like 7 11 but only bigger, there is always two cashiers working and always friendly to me, this story in really large and clean, I always have a problem with only one restroom open, there is two restrooms but a sign on one of them read for staff, so every one else has to use the other dirty restroom

I was so glad that this gas station was not only open, but it was clean and the clerk was very friendly. I fueled up. I got some water and I needed to use the restroom before I jump back in the car. Everything was so easy. The restrooms are clean and available. All the prices and promos were clearly marked and labeled. This was a very easy pitstop. And before I forget to mention, I want to say that I really appreciated how well lit the fueling stations were, and the fact that there was no trash flying around. Nice!

I pass by this Chevron whenever I'm in the Fontana neighborhood shopping at Summit Heights Gateway (gas station is located here) or I'm across the street at Falcon Ridge Town Center doing more shopping. This Chevron's location is perfect as it's right before you head up north to the Devore area on 15 Fwy. Quite convenient. However, its gas prices here are a bit higher than at other Chevrons IMHO. The gas pumps are a bit dated, too. Hope they'll get some new pumps in 2025. I was here last night to get some gas. I paid at the pump so I didn't have any interactions with the staff. While I was pumping gas, I found myself stepping on sticky and dirty grounds. It was not the most pleasant gas pumping experience. Even though its location is convenient, I may have to find myself another Chevron that is cleaner at the pumps and cheaper in gas prices. Good luck Chevron!

I followed up with the gas station in Rialto on Sierra Lakes and spoke with the shift manager 'Jennifer' to be told she advises everyone to come in and pay instead of using the pump, she also said there's a little yellow sticker on the pump that says a service fee will be added to your receipt, I expressed to her that it was not right and people need to know this, especially the amount you are holding, also it was not added to the my receipt, there is no indication of the fee on the receipt anywhere, Jennifer assured me the money will be refunded in a few days and she added that all gas stations are doing this. In closing, that is not true, I have used Chevron, Shell and many other gas stations and not one charges a service/holding fee. If anyone goes to any Pilot Gas Station, please be aware of this please.

One thing that makes me giggle at this store is that theft is high in terms of "liquor store runs" or misc items, and for some reason the people never get caught rather later the store employees find out via footage, and with that being said they print the footage and tape it to the front door. It's a great way to shame people for their pathetic actions, such as theft.

A wildly ridiculous business decision, especially in this strained economy. No wonder people go across the street to the Chevron instead. The Summit store mailed out giveaway postcards to residents and after reading the details, I was excited to try out their revamped services, like using the app for gas discounts or trying the monthly car wash membership. I just switched from an electric to gas car, so the timing was perfect to find my new fill-up location. The postcard had coupons for free items on specific dates, like a fountain drink or hot dog. I gave the coupons to my young son, who thought it was the coolest thing ever. We went to the store a couple times for gas and I let him use the coupon for that particular day. He was all smiles. This evening, my son was getting ready for bed when I realized we forgot "free cookie day". I checked the terms and it only required that it be used at the Summit location on today's exact date. There were no other details like any time restrictions. It was after 9pm, but he was so excited to jump in the car and hurry over there. We went inside and saw about 2 dozen cookies on the counter. I told the cashier that we were so glad we made it in time for cookies and he said the time had already ended. The look on my son's face was pure disappointment and borderline horror. LITERALLY NOTHING ON THE POSTCARD OR COUPON SAID IT ENDED AT A CERTAIN TIME. The two cashiers discussed it and said the promotion was over at 7pm, even though that's not what the coupon stated AT ALL. Their remedy was that I could purchase cookies for $1.39/ each. That pretty cool to lure people in with a promo and then add some unposted conditions that essentially void it. Like the ultimate bait & switch while my son is trying to be tough, but I can clearly tell he's starting to tear up. Yes, I can afford to buy $1.39/ cookies, but now it's the principle of the situation. I would be more forgiving if it was for me as an adult, but my son was truly bummed to drive over and then be told no. He was looking forward to taking it to school the next day. So heartless.
