I usually don't post but Chevron definitely needs to sell this station to a company that is respectful to the people who live in the community. Today I had an extremely bad interaction with their guy at the counter and I plan to never return. While checking out I was on the phone and after my transaction I asked for a bag. The guy behind the counter told me I was disrespectful towards him because I was on the phone. Well I had to remind him that we live in America and a woman can walk into a gas station and talk on my phone anytime they feel like it. Who in the heck owns this gas station because in a minute Chevron is about to have some serious publicity issues if they don't get rid of these owners. Not sure who the hell they think they are but the last time I checked walking into a gas station on the phone is legal. I told him being disrespectful is when you walk into a store and don't pay. Very poor first impression here. Had to make a pit stop for my dog, walk him around and such. I realized I messed up and forgot his collapsible water bowl, so I thought to go inside and ask for a cup for water. The employee working there said they would have to charge me for it. I wasn't trying to argue, since I understand running a business takes money. I expected maybe ten cents to a quarter maybe, but the guy insisted on paying a dollar. Now that's just criminal for an empty cup. I'm ok with a quarter, but this is the principle of just trying to nickel and dime everyone. Went over to Victoria's Mexican Grill next door and they were more than happy to give me a paper cup for free for water for my dog. This disgruntled review is not that he wanted to charge me, but the outrageous amount behind it. (Yes I know it's only a dollar, but the principle behind such an outlandish fee is what put me off). read more

Very friendly and nice people working here, I love this place and the store also is so clean and fresh, the workers are so polite and if you looking for something that you couldn't find they always offer you if you need help. The workers always greeting you nicely. read more

While oil has been down lately this place has been raising their prices nearly every day. Though they depend on nearly all of their business from local residents, they seem to think nothing of gouging us. Very short sighted. The tide will turn and the shoe will be on the other foot. Please tell me how to push 0 stars! We were very disappointed with this gas station and their service person named Susan. We observed a young girl asking the attendant to turn on the air for her low tire, Susan would not turn on the free air for her. Susan insisted that the girl has to fill up with gas in order to get free air. We gave the girl the $1.25 and helped her put air in her tires. As our neighborhood gas station, I Will be taking my business elsewhere, even if it means driving further. To see that they can't even give a teenager free air for their troubles was sickening. What if that was your child? You could have been a hero and helped this girl out, but withholding Air! I will be telling All my friends and family about this and not to buy gas from this location. Bathrooms are always closed here. What's the point of the sign that says "bathrooms inside" if the employees never let you use them? Came at 9pm on a Sunday and asked to wash my hands because their pump had gasoline all over the handle and the guy inside had it closed down. read more

They haven't fixed the pumps to where you can use your gas rewards and get 20 cents off per gallon.

I had to say when this place was a little smaller, the people who work here treating customers with a tiny bit more respect. Some of them still do. But here I am today taking 10 minutes to fill up my car with 10 gallons of gas. I come out to the city clerk but it is taking an extremely long time to fill up the tank. The first he didn't listen and he thought maybe it wasn't working at all. He looked at the pump, looked back at me and laughed, said sometimes it works very slowly. To which I replied don't you think there's something wrong with that? He walked away and said have a nice day and left again. So I guess I'm not coming here anymore. I will just go to shell which is just up the street. At least they treat me with respect read more

This gas station is alright. I don't have a problem with them. They seem to always have water to clean my dirty windows, which keeps me a happy camper. Their store is quite small as it's just a little counter. Late at night at times, you can only access them via the window. I'm usually just in and out to get gas so they're fine by me. read more

I've been coming here for years mainly because I have befriended a couple of employees over the years... today some new guy that works there comes banging on my window as I'm parked in a parking spot.... He said 15 minute parking and to get out of here... mind you I just filled up my tank for $80 and was a paying customer... as I proceeded to leave he then parked his car where I was parked in the shade..once I saw that i re parked and went to talk to the other employee in there who sees me every day for at least the last 10 years and politely ask her where I can park for more than 15 minutes since there are no time restriction signs posted anywhere in the parking lot..the other male employee just starts to interrupt saying this is there property and I need to leave for asking where I can park... I don't feel I should have to explain to them I'm waiting on a drs phone call and don't want to be driving when it comes in... I park away from every thing in a public parking lot and try to follow the law but then you just get people like this guy who think they are entitled..I will tell you this..I will be coming back every day parking on that same spot now and I dare him to pound on my car again...that's a law suit waiting to happen read more

Small gas station away from what passes for the hustle and bustle of Rancho Cucamonga (aka Foothill Boulevard). It's never too crowded here and employees are generally nice. There is no mini-mart attached, but the pay booth does have a few snacks and sundries for sale. I wanted to give this station a four-star "I'm a fan" rating, but today I went to put air in my car's tires only to find out that they changed machines and now charge a dollar! It's quarters only, so have that exact change ready and fill your tires quickly. I barely finished my fourth tire when the machine shut off. I'll be nice and give the station three stars based on my dozens of visits here. But the $1 for air gets no stars. read more

This gas station is great I've been going for about 12 years they're always open when I need gas even at two in the morning everyone that's work there that I've come across has been super helpful and friendly and they just built a new store in front it's awesome they also have propane and water. Needed air for my tires. Had a full tank of gas already though. I know they like to charge for air but I thought I'd ask anyway since I didn't have any change and I don't trust those outdoor credit card readers. I asked the clerk if he can turn it on and he was adamant that it was only for people purchasing gas. I told him that I don't buy gas there all the time but my ex-wife and my daughter do because they live right next door. Still no. OK, I understand they are trying to run a business. But I had no change and now I did try the credit card reader on the air machine but it did not work, it did not even work on my Apple Pay. I went back inside I asked the clerk if he could turn it on because there's no way I could pay for it he said no, I asked if he could charge my credit card inside he said no. I then asked if he would let me buy $1.25 worth of air and again no. I didn't need gas but he proudly pointed to a sign that said I needed to buy gas to get free air. My hope was that he was just going to make an allowance this one time especially since their equipment was faulty ( I tried my CCC). But nope he would not budge. It's just that a little bit of customer service would have been appreciated. I could've become a regular customer at that place but now they lost me and 2 others. read more
