The cashiers are very unprofessional. Today I went in and the younger guy that works there rang my items up with thick red cheeto dust on his fingers . Like really? Not to mention, 80% of the time there is a strong musty scent in there. No exaggeration. Your employees need to have better hygiene. This is unacceptable and gross. They take credit cards now for gas, inside has always been nice and clean. Restroom looks like hell but it's always clean just needs a makeover. BUT I'd rather have an ugly looking clean restroom then a beautiful one that's dirty. Plenty of snacks, sodas and beer to go around. read more

1-Gas pump payment system down- had to go and pay inside (and there one terminal was also down ) 2- car wash is the 2nd time I paid top price and gave me the regular carwash 3- vacuum no working properly ....still paid for all services... 4- oh! and I decided to call them to let them know all these...but the telephone number listed is out of service!!! we'll at least I can give a review here. very disappointed read more

All I have to say is pay attention to how much your items are and how much you give them. (If you pay with cash) Items I had were rang up correctly. I paid with a $20. The change was all wrong. I asked for a receipt. The guy behind the counter seemed to try to convince me the transaction was correct. I was insistent. The transaction was off by over a dollar. The cashier was concerned i didn't have exact change. Paid me my change incorrectly and ultimately shorted me because he either didn't have pennies OR didn't care to mess with them. Look... i get it. Pennies are a waste. But if you want to round, you don't round in favor of the business. But to round AND short a patron seemingly on purpose is not a good business practice. He comes back crying saying the guy MOE was asking where his parents where and that he was holding up the line. I love your gas, but the only thing that doesn't make sense at all, is the AMPM app. If you guys are going to be super picky about it, than state in the app. I don't understand why you guys say you are a franchise..... I've had two problems with this AM/PM and I've decided to no longer go there. I live around the corner in The Homecomings complex and I would pump at this station atleast twice a week. I drive to LA for work and the prices are generally lower than any other stations in the area. My first issue was with an employee with an attitude. I had gone in there to get change for a twenty. There was a long line of people and I waited by the register until she was done talking to the customer and I asked her politely if she could break my twenty when she opened her draw. She stopped what she was doing, looked me in the eye and said NO. I stood in disbelief, waiting to see if she was joking. She wasn't. She could have told me to wait in line, or give her a minute, I would have completely understood, but instead I got a blatently rude reply. I decided not to call managment over the issue, you never know when someone is just having a bad day, so I just let it go. But then the second issue came up that I am very disappointed with how it was handled. It was cold so I started my pump and sat in my truck to wait. When I looked to see why it was taking so long, I realized it was pumping more than there was room in my gas tank!. The handle never clicked off and gasoline was pouring out of my tank. This was on pump 1 for anyone interested. I went inside and asked for reimbursment for the lost gas. They told me to call the next day and speak with Daisy. I called a few days later and spoke with her. I was told that she saw pictures and there was no more than 15 CENTS on the ground! It was rediculous! I have an 18 gallon tank, with a 1/4 of the tank left in it (which leaves room for AT MOST 16 gallons to be put in it) I WAS CHARGED FOR 17.432 gallons!! I got no refund and was told there was nothing she could do. I am really upset with the answer I got and I will not be going to this station anymore. I am not against the station, rather the incredibly poor management and rude employees. read more

Crappy upkeep on the payment machines caused my husband's credit card to be stuck in the machine while trying to pay for fuel. Communicating with staff was difficult at best; as the language barrier was ridiculous!!! We never got the card out and had to contact the bank...Such a hassle!!! read more

Not much to say about an Am/Pm you get what you get. The review is more about the cashier than the store. The skinny kid with glasses looks at you like why are you here and hurry up and get out. It's ok to be personable but if you're not happy don't bring the vibe of your customers down. read more

This & almost every arco station I've attempted to buy gas at, there's been a problem with something! Pumps not working, ATM isn't working, keypad is inoperable, Out of order etc, etc, etc. The only reason I ever go there is out of convenience. One night I pull up & an employee was outside sweeping. He & I were the only 2 outside. As I walked into the store he was a few steps ahead of me & I'm 6'4" so I know he saw me & he lets the door swing closed on me. I could probably go on but I think I made my point. Shitty business, shitty gas, shitty employee's! Fuck these places! There are better options! read more

I went in this morning and the lady at the counter with her fake long nails was super slow and rude. When I asked to get a quick pick she said show me ID. When I showed one of the employees he didn't care and after paying the other employee, the first employee, came outside and accused me of stealing the drinks! This place is like hell on earth, why does a company insist on making it hard to do business? Their credit card policy is horse doodoo, I bought one gallon of gas, so that I could drive to the closest gas station, not ran by fascist jerks. Next time I am here I'm going to leave an upper decker. I also picked out about 35 items and had the cashier ring them up, then told him I didn't want to pay the credit card transaction fee. Buying gas is all about price to me so I stop at Arco quite a bit to buy my gas. Arco is usually cheaper but not at this location. For some reason its almost the same price as the Shell across the street. Its substantially higher than other Arcos. I guess the owner doesn't realize he has a Arco and thinks he's running a Mobil gas station. read more
