One of the worst gas station experiences I've ever had. My wife asked me to pick up an order she had placed here, but two employees--Marquese and an older bald gentleman--refused to give me the order. I understand that there is a policy they have to follow, but it didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification, Marquese repeatedly responded, "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that there's a policy," without offering any real explanation. I made it clear that I understood there was a policy, but I didn't understand why it existed. The employees then suggested I might be trying to pick up the same order at two different locations at the same time, which didn't make sense because the order only listed one address--this location. They said that unless I confirmed the order through the app, they couldn't release it, even though I had the correct name and the unique code. The issue was that the order was placed on my wife's phone under her name, and I only had screenshots. This has never been a problem anywhere else--we've placed many mobile orders before, and typically only a name or code is required. They told me the only way I could get the order was if my wife came in herself. That wasn't possible and was a major inconvenience. Since they wouldn't release the order, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Overall, it was a very frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would not recommend this location. read more

I stopped by to get some snacks and a beverage around 1 am, cashier guy was really good and great attitude. I walked out and tried to turn on my car to leave and the battery did not worked so it did not start. I live an hour away so I was thinking what could I do to fix my car at 1 am. I went back into the gas station and asked to see if by any chance they had jumper cables I could borrow to see if someone could help out. The cashier guy fortunately did have some cables and he right away offered to help me with the jump and with using his car. Thanks to him I was able to start my car and drive home. Great spot to get coffee and snacks, coffee is grinder to order one of their two automatice machines. Depending on the size of your cup the machine with grind the beans and then dispense the coffee. I would recommend that you select no cream as it still gives ample room to add cream and sugar. One of the best things about this location is that they service THRIFTY ice cream!!!! They have about 8-10 flavors that they will hand scoop to order definitely a plus. They have about the same amount of ready to go food such as hot dogs, pizza slices, breakfast sandwiches, taquitos etc etc. Lot of beer choices and a few ready mixed cocktails. When to this store late in the evening yesterday got gas and other things. Once I got home which was about 15/20 minutes away I realized there was a problem with something I purchased. Called to inquire about what could be done and the manager Natalie remembered who I was and made a note for the morning manager that would be in today to help. Not the best gas station based off of gas prices, but it's convenient! They have tons of multiple gas pumps and no matter the time of day, it's usually not busy. Despite other reviews about the car wash at this location, I tried it anyway. Next time I will pay attention to the review!! I went inside to pay for gas and a car wash. At this point the experience was a pretty normal gas station experience....nothing to write a review about though. After I pumped my gas things went awry. I drove around to the car wash and there were yellow cones blocking the entrance. I assumed it wasn't working but wondered why they would sell me the service if it wasn't working. I thought maybe they forgot to remove the cones (it was 6:30am). Instead of parking and going inside the store, I decided to call. The young lady who answered seemed surprised that the cones were there. Someone came right out and removed the cones. I proceeded through the car wash and attempted to enter the code. The touchscreen was. not. working! I called again. The young lady who answered said "it must not be working, I guess that's why the cones were there". I said, really, why would you guys sell a car wash if it isn't working. She said "I don't know, I just started my shift". Wrong answer! I said, so now I have to be inconvenienced and go back inside to get a refund. She said, "no you don't, the code is good for a year". Excuse, me. Wrong answer, again. She then said "let me see if I can reset it". I said, thank you and she said "thank you" in return but mocked my tone. She came out and attempted to reset it...nothing. She said there was nothing she can do and she had no way of knowing it wasn't working since they are "inside". Oh ok. I park, go inside and ask for a refund. The cashier (a different young lady) acts as if she doesn't want to give me a refund and repeats the same thing the other young lady said..."the car wash code is good for one year". I said, I paid to get a car wash TODAY, I'd like a refund please. I asked her why they would sell a car wash if it was broken, you may have guessed it. She said, we didn't know it was broken because we just got here. I guess the Circle K customer service training manual trains their associate to shrug off responsibility and say "I just got here" and also advises them to try to avoid giving refunds by telling the customers the service they paid to receive today "is good for a year". No biggie. ‍ This, ladies and gentlemen, is why this Circle K gets one star from me. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This was my last gas purchase at this station. Their credit card readers don't work at any of the lumps I've tried over the last several purchases. My last trip I complained a d they said they knew about it and would fix soon. On this trip they denied the problem. I'm not comfortable having them Overcharge charge my card to fill the tank hoping they will credit the balance back. It's either that or stand in line twice to make one purchase. The following are reasons why tou should avoid this carwash at all cost!! 1. $$$ Expensive $$$ starts at $9 for the basic so I wanted something nicer for this car, so I chose the next level at $11. Evidently didn't know that you could pay $14 at deer creek and get unlimited hand carwashes for a month!!!! What a rip, for a stupid machine wash and blow dry. 2. Its a 5 min wash. Granted I chose the touch free wash. But the machine spent more time moving forward and backwards over my car with no water rather than washing it. Its nice it took the layer of dust off, but theres still dirt and stains all over my vehicle. 3. If there's people in front of you and each one takes 5 min, it takes freaking forever before its your turn. And heaven forbid another car is behind you because now your stuck in line forever. Took a good 30 min for the entire process. 4. The quick blow dry did a terrible job!! Literally left hundreds of beads of water all over my hood and windows. So obviously by the time I got home there were dozens of water spots all over the car I'll still use this place to fill up on gas since the prices are reasonable. BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE CARWASH. This used to be my favorite destination for a Soda and a Snack. Whether it's the Nachos, the Hot Dogs, or the Breakfast Burritos. I would frequent this location multiple times a week, sometimes more than once in a day. That however, is all about to change... I went into this location a couple of weeks ago, and was disappointed to find that the dispenser for the Chili and Cheese for the Nachos was broken. Oh well, it happens. So today I go inside. I am greeted by a nice young lady who is stocking the cups at the soda fountain. She gives me one, and I enquire about the Chili and Cheese. I ask her if it works, and explain the reason for my enquiry. She assures me that it works, and is stocked. I fill my drink, and prepare my boat for my Nachos. Then, of course, the first button dispenses, nothing! The second button dispenses, nothing. Now I'm pissed! I open the dispenser to find the the cheese is all out, and the chili is virtually out. She sees me open the dispenser and asks what's wrong. I explain that, once again, there's nothing in there. She, to her credit, storms off trying to find chili and cheese to replace it with. She understood my frustration, and has now, more or less lied to me. So she's trying her darndest to rectify the situation. She walks by the Manager more than once, as he nonchalantly la-di-da's around behind the counter. Not once asking her what's wrong. Not once does he try to engage me, the customer, who at this point is standing in front of the machine, looking right at him, arms crossed. After about 5 minutes of scrambling, she returned to me, and apologizes for being out, again, of the necessary toppings. I get in line to pay for my drink, and the cashier doesn't engage me either. No "How are You?", no "Did you find everything?", nothing. Yes, I'm sure she probably witnessed the entire thing, and could tell I was pissed...but it would have gone a long way in making me feel a little better. Looks like it's time for me to start using 7-Eleven, or AM/PM if this is the way that Circle K is going to continue to run their establishment. read more

Worst car wash experience ever. First, there were signs up (way past the entry) that stated the card reader wasn't working, so leave you car in the line and come pay inside. No big deal. But after waiting a half hour for three cars ahead, I pull up to the kiosk to enter the code. I waited until the screen prompted and the truck ahead had finished half of their time, and then entered the code. The truck finished their wash and dry and then backed up!! And started another cycle on my code! I went in to get a resolution, but the clerk blamed me, said I had done it wrong and schooled me in the right way. I was upset about the complete lack of service! How do you enter a car wash code wrong??? It is all electronic, the kiosk prompts you through the transaction. She told me if I was going to be angry she would not give me what I wanted. So then she gave me a new code. I returned to the car wash with the new code, waited for the wash thief to leave, put the code in and then drove forward. But the wash never started, it just said drive forward. Valid code, no wash. I don't come here regularly because of the reviews and several years ago my friend applied for a job. He wasn't hired. The people who work here in general are not as efficient compared to other gas stations with car washes. There is usually a line. No different today like the other times I have been here. Today there was 1 cashier with 10 people in line on a Sunday before 3pm. The second cashier came after I stood in line for 20 minutes but was talking to a friend while setting up the cash drawer. I know the work ethic of my friend so I am happy he found a higher paying job. I am not sure who they do hire but they let a good worker get away. I am writing this review while waiting in line for the car wash. I think it's backed up because the same people were standing in line waiting to pay. I will not be coming back even though I live in walking distance. No matter what time I come, I have to wait longer than usual. There is no reason for this wait. The gas prices aren't great and the basic drive-thru car wash is $9. There is no value to waste my time. It took 50 minutes to get $20 worth of gas and a $9 car wash. I love this Circle K! The staff is always personable and friendly. What I appreciate most about this particular location is that if you're a regular they pay attention to what you typically get and will either get it for you or inquire if you're going to get it today i.e (cigarettes, chips, or ice cream). I also like the fact that you can get a 44 oz beverage for less than a dollar and they even have the Blue Mountain Powerade which my son loves. I got a yelp account specifically to leave this review and warn others to take their car-washing needs elsewhere. Yesterday, I waited in line for twenty minutes for the car wash. When it was my turn, I paid at the machine, and pulled into the carwash. It broke down. I went inside to get a refund. At first, the cashier told me that "You can only pay at the pump", but that is absolutely not true, as they have a payment machine in front of the wash. I had to wait for ten minutes for the manager to come back from a break to get a voucher to come back another day. On my way home today, I saw the car wash working, so I got in line to use my voucher...AGAIN...waited twenty minutes AGAIN...and it broke down AGAIN, this time a few cars in front of me. I wish I could just get my money back (and the 40 minutes I wasted in line!), as I am NOT going to wait and try that car wash again. read more
