If you don't want to be SCAMMED AND OVER CHARGE multiple time then avoid this place at all cost. I've read older reviews and it seems like this is their thing is scamming people. I used to pay for a purchase that was $37 and he immediately notified me on my end that it went through as I'm grabbing my purchase. The older man tells me that it's been declined mind you on the monitor it said thank you for your purchase. I told him, sir no I've been charged and as I'm trying to show him he wouldn't even look at my phone and continuously told me " Nope Declined " and i said no it not it went through so I go in swipe my card again and this time it took out half the amount which was about $15 so I told him why did it take out $15 and he said again " NOPE DECLINED " extremely rude and as im going back-and-forth with him. This gentleman walks in and pointed at the old man and says you overcharged me I was charged twice. I intervened and said wow same thing is happening to me. So he starts to go off on the man and telling him to bring his purchase back the man was like why would I do that you already charged me twice. So I go to the ATM with the same card and take out $40 and said why did it work at the atm and he ignored me. So I'm thinking that the purchase would just fall off by the time I make it home which is just up the street. By the time I get home, the purchase is still pending so basically a $37 purchase just turned into almost $90!!!!!!! so I went back up there immediately fuming, and going off on these men, and they took no accountability. He then printed a receipt that showed that the purchase was pending. And then try to gaslight me and say see the purchase is just pending. I said you said it didn't go through, but it did. Well, it should fall off soon he said so I said so it did go through.!???? Now I'm waiting for the purchase to be reversed!!! Like why not take accountability why would you rather argue with me and continuously tell me it declined when in all actuality and never declined and they probably have to manually reverse the payment! 0 customer service! They need to be trained on how to deal with customers he argued with me and another man who were overcharged it's not a coincidence that both of us at the same time are saying that we were overcharged within minutes of each other. read more

I would rate 0 stars at the moment!!! We've been long time ago of 7-Eleven, but this new location that we have started going to because it is closer to our new home clearly doesn't care about 7-Eleven image!! They overcharge everyone for items that are offered we would order a cheese pizza and they would put in a pepperoni and claim they don't have a button for cheese! Only after we complained, did he physically scan the cheese pizza and even then the normal price is 10 but the discount rate they were promoting just $5 right now and wouldn't even adjust it to that!! They were also running a few drink promotions. They even failed to apply those at our check out!! Unless you order thru the app for the discount rate they REFUSE to honor It at the register!!! when we tell them that price is incorrect and show them the correct price. They speak in a different language in front of us and ignore us over us even on a free Slurpee day just days ago they put out of order signs on their machines so that they didn't have to give away free Slurpee to even been reported on their yelp page. This is a really great 7-Eleven if they would honor the prices and actually do the promotions that 7-Eleven promotes! Will 100% contact corporate!! This place blows! The people running this store are scamming their customers. We purchased drinks, alcohol, and a full pizza. According to the app, and the in-store signage. Our Brisk drinks were supposed to be $1 a piece. The cheese pizza was supposed to be discounted to $5.00 instead of $10.00 (we were charged, first for a pepperoni pizza. Then, when I raised the question, he only then scanned the cheese pizza for the non-promo price), and the Mtn Dew was on sale for $1.00 (charged $2.99). The gentleman cared more about yelling over everyone in the store, in order to speak to his coworker. Wouldn't even look me in the eyes. Would not listen to a thing I said. And then spoke over me numerous times as I was explaining to him the price problems. Being that there was a long line of people behind us. We wanted to move out of the way. I paid these stupid prices just because I wasn't getting anywhere with anyone that could do anything. Very disappointed!!! The day people here are great and friendly. The night people on the other hand are rude F-n Basterds. Poor lady brought her kids in for the free slurpee day, but as they where out of cup, the clerk had them pay as did I. They refused to talk and give the lady an explanation as to why it wasn't free when it clearly should have been. These night time towel heads that are the owners or part of the family is ruining a great brand. Very shady guys working here, never smile, never say hello, rude as shit. I want to expose this place's employees for acting like my lottery ticket was not a winner, the guy deliberately acted like i didn't win cash on my ticket and gave me my free play that printed out, i asked him if that was it, confused because i knew i scanned it on the lotto app and it said i won money, he proceeded to say no that's it and called up the next customer. I can not believe how deceiving people think they can be!!! I have the app jack ass! I know i won!!! I had to ask for my ticket back to double check all my numbers and went back up to ask for my money the other employee went and grabbed my money for me without questioning me. These people know what they are doing!! People please check your lotto tickets before cashing them in, who knows how much money they've stolen already!!!!!!!!!! The gas here is like any other gas. During the weekdays is when I stop here on occasion for coffee. The staff at this time share nice, upbeat and work fast. The coffee is great and usually fresh with many options, condiments and a variety of designer creams. Refills are a dollar so if u bring your own cup its a great deal. There is a gas station on site but one can find cheaper gas near by but when I'm rushed is nice to fill up and get good coffee at the same time. On top of if all, there is a Red box for movies, so its very convenient. No pun intended :) read more

Best 711 in the world!!!!! They have some of the most awesome crap and these amazing things called slurpees that come in a whole range a flavors. They gots cheap gas and their hot are the bees knees.
