Put gas and decided to run my car through the wash before work. Pulled into the wash no problem, soap came out, and then it completely stopped working with my car covered in soap. The younger gentleman I'm assuming the owner or owners son casually strolled into the wash at the most leisurely pace and proceeded to push buttons. He then motioned for me to pull forward with my car fully covered in bubbles. Rolled my window down "it's being serviced that's why the arm is down" to which I responded, "the arm was not down, otherwise I wouldn't be in here..." When I advised I needed to get going to go to work, he let me know I could either wait until he fixed the wash or he could hose down my car. So when I asked him if he could hose off my car he yelled "REALLY!?" At me and when I insisted on a refund he told me to come back for a free wash... no refund. How would it be free .... I'd be coming back to receive a service I had already paid for.... One of the most incredibly rude, cheap, selfish people I've ever come across. Keep my $14, you clearly need it more than I do. read more

I went to this expensive ass gas station and pumped several gallons of gas so i could use the car wash at a discount....The car wash smeared all the dirt around on my car, but didnt really remove any of it...WTF...$8...theres dedicated car washes out there for $5 that actually REMOVE the dirty, not just swirl it all around. read more

Zero stars they were too lazy to get propane. They told me it would be ten minutes. I said okay waited ten then they came out and said we can't serve you. Why would they make me wait then not serve me. They just made excuses from there. The absolute worst service in town. Ughhhhhhh! Wait in line to get my car washed. There are two cars ahead of me. Finally get up there and it's not accepting debit/atm cards. I find EXACT change for the machine (as posted) . It takes my money, but does not start the machine. I go inside to tell what happened, and she says "sorry there's nothing I can do". I said I paid 10 dollars you cant start the wash or print out the receipt that I paid with a new wash number? She says no. That was it. Not....let me check with my manager, I'm sorry i will give you a call when we get this issue fixed so i can give you a refund, nothing, nada, zip. What kinda scam are they running here?? Fueled up at 1:25am 8/22/2021, paid at the pump and bought a car wash. Screen said Clerk Has Receipt, discovered sign at door that read Store Temporarily Closed; waited, no sign of anyone. Does Mobil regularly steal money from patrons? No sign at pump indicating anything wrong. I do not trust the carwash machine o process payment after having trouble with it before. What the fuck? The worst car wash by far!!! Taken my car twice to see if it was, a fluke. But no it wasn't my car was more dirty than when I first brought, my windows had soap and dirty water filming on all my windows. The manager was rude saying no one else was complaining. She kept coming back at me with I don't understand and repeated that answer. You public relations need work lady. You will have customers going elsewhere. I no! I will!!! Today my fiancé and I went to put gas and get a car wash. As we were getting the car wash it stopped working on us so my fiancé went out to tell the red head lady who is a rude b****. She did not want to give us another free wash or refund because we didn't have the receipt. We had thrown it in the trash after punching in the code for the wash. She wanted us to take it out of the trash. When she could've easily printed a new one out when she was the one who charged us. We were in mind prior to this. So basically we spent money and didn't get the wash we were going for and didn't give us a new wash or refund. please beware of the car wash located here. *it broke my windshield* during the wash due to the hydralic fluid leak and the missing rubber nozzle cover - its been 2 weeks and they are trying to make the repair process as difficult as possible even though they have accepted fault for my damages. read more
