As I walk into the store Olga is behind the counter on her cell phone and was startled by my entrance. I ask for help and say I've called the number on Yelp (doesn't work by the way) and have been honking and sitting there with my door open and no one is helping me. Has the nerve to dispute my story and starts calling me a liar when I said I've been here more than 10 minutes and refusing to help me with my car wash!! Completely unprofessional. I asked for a managers name, managers working number or email and she refused to give me any information. I'm just appalled by "service" or lack there of.

It took almost 10 minutes to fill the gas tank and after awhile, I start noticing gas coming out of my tank. When I pulled it out, a puddle of gas came out. Then I notice it's like 11.5 gallons on the meter and my car is a small car, the max gallons are probably 11 gallons to fill my car. So basically instead of stopping by itself when the tank is full, it kept filling and eventually spilled out. Complaint to the gas station attendant, said there's nothing that they can do. Didn't even offer to refund the extra gallon money to me. It is very sad as I go to this gas station frequently and it is close to my home. Now I will go somewhere else!

They also used to have very competitive prices, only 8c above wholesale, which is below industry average. Their warm food used to be fresh and organized, their cooler well stocked and their restroom free and clean. When they ran out of regular, they would lower the price of premium to regular to keep customers happy until the delivery truck showed up. It used to be a 5-star business 10-20 years ago. Now they have fallen off the wagon a bit. Employee moral seems down and service is lagging a bit. They still have some pluses, but it's a mixed experience now. Sad to see this location decline.

Some times it gets a little crowded during peek hours but the low gas prices are worth the wait. Prices I know it's not the best gas to put in your car but when you go on a Ralph Lauren & Versace shopping spree, this place doesn't seem so bad. Gas prices fluctuate with the economy but overall this is one of the Arcos in the area that offers super low rates per gallon. ampm This Arco has an ampm where you can find a rather large selection of snacks and libations. They have some pretty good deals on snacks and drinks here. It's also clean so you don't have to worry about roaches or vermin. Customer Service I've never once been mistreated by any of the employees here (knock on wood). I'm always greeted politely when entering the store and I have no complaints about any of the employees (good management at this place). Most expensive fuel around…read more Chevron down the street is always .10 cheaper and the 76 up the street is alway .29 cheaper and I've proven that you get less fuel mileage with arco cause it's got a lot of ethanol in it. I avoid this place like a plague now.
