I enjoy this location as it's less crowded. I have my children asleep in my car and appreciate the fact that I do not need to go off my car. Boy was I wrong. Waited 12 - 15 mins today sitting at the car wash bay for someone to come and help me. I do not want to leave my children alone. But I back out of the wash and park up front. As I walk into the store Olga is behind the counter on her cell phone and was startled by my entrance. I ask for help and say I've called the number on Yelp (doesn't work by the way) and have been honking and sitting there with my door open and no one is helping me. Has the nerve to dispute my story and starts calling me a liar when I said I've been here more than 10 minutes and refusing to help me with my car wash!! Completely unprofessional. I asked for a managers name, managers working number or email and she refused to give me any information. I'm just appalled by "service" or lack there of.

They also used to have very competitive prices, only 8c above wholesale, which is below industry average. When they ran out of regular, they would lower the price of premium to regular to keep customers happy until the delivery truck showed up. It used to be a 5-star business 10-20 years ago. Now they have fallen off the wagon a bit. Employee moral seems down and service is lagging a bit. They still have some pluses, but it's a mixed experience now. Sad to see this location decline.

Wide lanes makes it easy for big car and small car drivers alike to navigate through. This Costco gas station is also located next to a Costco Business Center (so not your regular type of Costco) - which helps I think with the smaller crowd. There was no wait at the time I stopped by (a little after 7am on a Sunday). Prices as usual is always great - $5.39 for premium at the time of this review. No issues with the pump other than it not reading my mobile app membership QR code, but luckily, I had my backup card with me. The service attendant was present keeping things tidy. Wide lanes so that you can navigate around other cars to get to an open spot and even on a Sunday afternoon, there was no line to get gas with so many pumps available. Costco has always been known to have really affordable, cheap, but not watered down gas, so it's a god send for people who are members. I honestly think my only issues were that it didn't take the app version of our membership no matter which pump we tried and we had to talk to a team member to manual activate the pump and get our membership ID number. Also, the Internet connection near every Costco is infamously awful, so there's that too.
