The line wasn't too bad, I waited about 15 minutes since I waited on the farthest line to the left. The process was easy to follow and pump gas. I was impressed by the prices of gas here. Too bad it's a bit out of my way to come here every time I need gas. But I'll have to try and do this every month I'm here. Wide lanes makes it easy for big car and small car drivers alike to navigate through. This Costco gas station is also located next to a Costco Business Center (so not your regular type of Costco) - which helps I think with the smaller crowd. There was no wait at the time I stopped by (a little after 7am on a Sunday). Prices as usual is always great - $5.39 for premium at the time of this review. No issues with the pump other than it not reading my mobile app membership QR code, but luckily, I had my backup card with me. The service attendant was present keeping things tidy. As I found out during my recent stay - there's also a Starbucks and yummy poke bowl spot in the same shopping center.

Wide lanes so that you can navigate around other cars to get to an open spot and even on a Sunday afternoon, there was no line to get gas with so many pumps available. Costco has always been known to have really affordable, cheap, but not watered down gas, so it's a god send for people who are members. I honestly think my only issues were that it didn't take the app version of our membership no matter which pump we tried and we had to talk to a team member to manual activate the pump and get our membership ID number. Also, the Internet connection near every Costco is infamously awful, so there's that too.

Filled my gas tank to full and go home that is less than 2 miles away. I park inside my garage and didn't start the car until the next morning when I was heading out to work. I start the car and it starts shaking with the engine wanting to shut down. So I take it to Ford of Upland that is near me. They test out the fuel and comes out contaminated. (Picture I've attached is sample of gas they took out.) This is why I know they sold me bad gas. 1) New car 2) I filled my gas tank up completely with their fuel 3) Car was locked in the garage without moving until the next day. I call the gas station to complain because now I have to pay $650 to fix my car plus now I'm lost $50 on the fuel I purchase. I had no answer via phone so I end up going to the station in person to talk to someone. They end up telling me to call the supervisor. After speaking with him he then tells me that they where going to look into it. At this point I had to pay out of my pocket for the repairs because I needed my car. As I'm getting my car back the service advisor tells me that they received another car with bad fuel that was purchased at this same gas station. Few days later I finally get a call back letting me know that they tested their gas and they didnt find any contamination and there wasnt anything they can do about my situation. It was basically a he said she said. Surprise surprise... of course they wouldn't take responsibility. So I ended up reporting them to the state and letting everyone know to not buy gas here.

I really try to avoid these times of day because the traffic jam to get gas is so chaotic. If this Sam's ever has the opportunity to remodel and expand the gas station space I hope they do. Today took over 15 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out. The service reps here are always helpful and have recently been walking around asking if you're interested in a Sam's credit card. Gas at Sam's Club remains one of the cheapest. It's currently $5.65 so it makes the wait worth it. I just wish they had a better system because people hold the lines up when they are determined to only pump on certain sides of the car. FYI - this is not a 24hr gas station - only open during club hours.

BAIT & SWITCH TO A CHILD. This location likely just spent tens of thousands of dollars to go…read morethrough a major overhaul, only to permanently lose customers over a $1 cookie promotion. A wildly ridiculous business decision, especially in this strained economy. No wonder people go across the street to the Chevron instead. The Summit store mailed out giveaway postcards to residents and after reading the details, I was excited to try out their revamped services, like using the app for gas discounts or trying the monthly car wash membership. I just switched from an electric to gas car, so the timing was perfect to find my new fill-up location. The postcard had coupons for free items on specific dates, like a fountain drink or hot dog. I gave the coupons to my young son, who thought it was the coolest thing ever. We went to the store a couple times for gas and I let him use the coupon for that particular day. He was all smiles. This evening, my son was getting ready for bed when I realized we forgot "free cookie day". I checked the terms and it only required that it be used at the Summit location on today's exact date. There were no other details like any time restrictions. It was after 9pm, but he was so excited to jump in the car and hurry over there. We went inside and saw about 2 dozen cookies on the counter. I told the cashier that we were so glad we made it in time for cookies and he said the time had already ended. The look on my son's face was pure disappointment and borderline horror. LITERALLY NOTHING ON THE POSTCARD OR COUPON SAID IT ENDED AT A CERTAIN TIME. The two cashiers discussed it and said the promotion was over at 7pm, even though that's not what the coupon stated AT ALL. Their remedy was that I could purchase cookies for $1.39/ each. That pretty cool to lure people in with a promo and then add some unposted conditions that essentially void it. Like the ultimate bait & switch while my son is trying to be tough, but I can clearly tell he's starting to tear up. Yes, I can afford to buy $1.39/ cookies, but now it's the principle of the situation. I would be more forgiving if it was for me as an adult, but my son was truly bummed to drive over and then be told no. He was looking forward to taking it to school the next day. So heartless.
