I came in to this Walgreens to exchange some things. When i attempted to pry a cart away from another that was stuck, I jammed my finger and I let out a scream due to the pain. The guy at the register, nor the other employee didnt bother. They were busy talking to each other and didnt bother to ask if I was ok. I asked them if they knew that their carts are stuck together and it caused my finger to get jammed. Neither responded. They just said, "Oh." Then they carried on with their conversation. I continued my shopping and eventually made my way to pay. Again, the cashier behind the counter didnt pay attention because he was busy talking to someone in front of me (he wasn't buying anything). The cashier started to ring up items in my basket and I stopped him and told him that im making an exchange. He replied, "With what? What are ypu exchanging here?" His tone was rude so I said, Excuse me? That's rude of you to say. He then said, "HEY! DO YOU WANT TO GET THIS DONE OR WHAT?!" I was flabbergasted to say the least. I have never met anyone as rude. I told him, Dont Hey Me. You're so rude! He once again responded, "You want a manager? Here, this is my name!" HARLAN is what his name tag read as he flashed it across so that i can see it. He then called the MOD and then told me to "Go over there, she'll help you there! Next!" He did this as he pointed his finger and pretty much dismissed me. What the heck just happened? This guy is out of control!! I spoke to an MOD who was extremely apologetic. She kept saying she will inform the Store Manager who's out on vacation until next week about this incident. She didn't seem surprised at my complaint. Perhaps he's done this to someone else before. Its been about 25 mins and im still upset and shaking. Its amazing how people think they can speak to customers this way. read more
