There is always a problem with how the prescriptions are written. I talked to the pharmacist he was extremely rood and had bad customer service. He told me i should work on getting the prescription fixed. i am the patient and not the pharmacy they should assist the patient if clarification is needed on the prescription instead i got a cold response and no compassion. On December 11 at 5 o'clock I call to see if my medication was ready. the pharmacist she (Amiah) she have a very horrible unprofessional attitude like always is not the first time. every time for some reason it seems like she likes to fight with customers. Racing her voice mine not letting me finish my sentences , even if they made a mistake with my medicine taking more than three weeks, that mine insurance already pay, and Neglecting to give me my medicine, I don't know how such a big corporation like Walgreens allow this unprofessional people keep working, if you see the reviews, everybody is giving a one start because they say they cannot give a zero but everybody's complaining corporate office. Everything! They told me my prescription would be ready in one hour. I went in an hour and a half and they told me it was out of stock and they would order it and call me when it was ready. After not hearing anything for two days I called back and they told me again . It would be ready in 90 minutes. I went back two hours later and they told me it was out of stock. They have to order it again. They would call me when it was ready after not hearing from them for two days. I called again and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When my daughter came down with a fever late at night, I urgently searched for a 24-hour pharmacy. The Walgreens location I went to was the only one listed as open within 20 miles. Upon arriving around 2 a.m., I was immediately concerned by several individuals loitering around the entrance and homeless individuals sleeping nearby. For a parent with a sick child in the car, it didn't feel like a safe environment. To make matters worse, the doors were locked and a handwritten sign was posted stating, "Gone for lunch until 4 a.m." A two-hour lunch break during a critical overnight window? Completely unacceptable for a location advertised as 24/7. Desperate, I drove another 30 minutes to a different Walgreens location, only to find that it too was closed. The open pharmacy department told me management had "called out," so the store was closed altogether. This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience during a time of need. Walgreens, if you advertise as 24-hour service, you need to deliver on that promise. Parents and families rely on you in emergencies. Please do better. read more

Use to like coming to shop here, always have a hard time finding help or Products. The newer employees there, will they don't have work ethics or customer service and the cashier just add a cost of a bag on to your bill with out asking you. And after they ring you up , you don't want to return just to get your 10 cents taking off. Went to the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions and the two girls working the drive thru were complete and total u know what . I kept my cool because they are going to make me go back for the rest of my prescription and I don't want them messing with my stuff . They are too lazy to just go grab a bottle of an over the counter prescription that they should have had ready but they didn't. I was nice the entire time and they both were miserable . I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. Truly, I've never even experienced such a low level of service from any pharmacy in my over fifty years of life. There is always at least a several-hour wait for refills. All my prescriptions were transferred here (without my knowledge or permission) when Rite Aid closed, and I'm still trying to get them moved elsewhere. I went to pick one up (after waiting eight hours for it to be ready) and sat in the drive through for 85 minutes - behind FIVE CARS. There had been six, but one person gave up and left. Today, I went to pick up my RX that I ordered yesterday. It was finally ready, supposedly. I arrived just after 10, and they had (without notice) decided to change their hours and were closed. No longer 24 hours, but at 8pm they'd told me it was ready. I cannot stand this pharmacy or the fact that they answer the phone and then put you on hold without saying a word repeatedly. You'll likely sit on hold without hearing from a live person for up to half an hour or longer. My on-hold-time record is two hours. I've only been dealing with them for a little over a month, and this is my experience so far. I'm glad I have found a MUCH BETTER pharmacy to take my business to. read more

They don't serve to be there, plus regardless you're getting paid whether you like it or don't like your career/job. Choose a different path if you're not happy with your career/job. She was inconsiderate of my pain which is why I choose the drive thru that she kept sending back to line up 3x (wait time 1 hour+) and said if you don't like it then come inside the store, which makes no sense when I clearly stated that I was in pain to even get off the vehicle. It's unfortunate that I was mistreated for just trying to get my medication when I was in pain, plus I was being polite! When you go in person, the pharmacy staff is rude. The computer frequently crashes. When you call on the phone, they put you on hold without ever asking if you will hold. I have been on hold for up to 45 minutes trying to straighten out an RX problem because their website is so bad. When they finally answer your call, the computer usually crashes and they are still rude. read more

Spent hours in surgery prescriptions were sent prior to surgery. Arrived will be ready in 20 Arrived again will be ready in 30 Arrived again 20 minutes Each time I arrived I was in line for about 40 minutes Called and a lady answered saying she's over 400 medications behind and I'm not the only person, than changed to she started at one followed by we've been short staffed for months. And that there is no filler onsite. Would highly suggest you take your prescriptions elsewhere if you need them in a timely manner. read more

Lazy pharmacy! I just had surgery this morning. Doctor gives me order for norco. Cvs across the street ran out, so I was forced to go to this place. They give my husband a hard time and say 3 hours after they verify the prescription in hand with the doctors office. 2.5 hours later get the text ready for pickup. He goes back to get it and they won't take his copy of the insurance card. I'm the primary and they say nope, doesn't match, won't process and $34.99 cash if we want my pain pills. He pays, and I get an alert 2 hours after saying ready that its delayed due to insurance. A$$ backwards don't you think? I call to see what the issue is, and the incompetent clerk says since he paid they can't see my profile to tell me the issue. I've been in the pharmacy industry over 25 years. It takes no more than 15 minutes to enter and fill a prescription. They're understaffed that's why it takes so long. And no customer service, just pay if you want your meds. read more

Don't ever come here if you're children are sick all they do is lie about when prescriptions will be ready, don't do their job when you are down there, and don't care the slightest about their customers in the pharmacy. I will be telling my hospital to never recommend anyone to this pharmacy again. Was told at 6 am my 2 year old sons prescription would be ready in an hour been down there twice now as he has a fever of 104 it's now 2:30 pm and was just told they are just now processing it snd will be another 2 hours and when brought to their attention they just laughed and said oh i didnt know. Then we go back two hours later and they only give us part of the prescriptions, we call to find out why and she said they are sold out and no one told us and then hung up on us while we were still asking questions. All the other reviews are not exaggerating. This place is the worst. I don't know how they haven't been sued. Trying to switch pharmacies but you can't even call cause they put you on hold for 30 minutes and then they hang up on you. Can't go in person and ask for help cause they're too busy so you're just standing around for minutes to hours. It's actually funny how bad this place is. Came here around 2:30 am, to give enough time for their scheduled lunch break which should have ended at 2. Woman pharmacist came back from her lunch break, told me to give it about 10 minutes. Complained about being behind, then told me to wait for the drive thru first. I get it, understaffed. But be for real! Hire enough people to staff a lunch break and not leave someone alone. This Walgreens sucks!!! I went in to pick up a package dropped off two days earlier as they were closed the first time I tried to pick it up. Well the manager who helped me said he couldn't find the package and decided to blame the new hires they have...um no, you are a manager and you should be training the new hires the correct way to do things and not blame them! This guy was truly a POS as the package even had my name on it, and last 4 of tracking were correct and yet, he couldn't find it and he even said it wasn't there, yet about 10 mins later, he comes back and seems to have found it! Not happy at all with this Walgreens.. Went in Saturday to develop some photos and was told to pick up my order on Monday after their delivery of more photo paper. Went by after 6pm Monday and still not done. Was told to return Tuesday. Employee was very rude saying she "says things how it is". Yes we may be in a not so nice area but customer service should always be top notch to have customers return. Last couple of years I've seen it decline but when you have employees like that I now know why. read more
